• Spot clean as needed.
• Lay at and allow to air dry.
• Keep charger opening dry
while cleaning.

down for two seconds to turn o.
Replenish battery by plugging USB
charger into the charge port.
Use as needed to maximize pain relief.

Recharges in minutes with USB
charger. Simply plug one end into
AC wall adapter or powered USB
port on alternative device and other
end into the band. Lights will
illuminate as unit charges. Blue light
indicates full charge. Fully charged,
band will operate up to 45 minutes
on high frequency.

Press button once to begin low frequency
vibration. Press button again to toggle
between desired vibration levels.
To turn on, simply hold button on side
of the band for 2 seconds until a blue
light is illuminated.
