Visible quality
All watches made by Bruno Söhnle bear the Glashütte mark of origin;
guaranteeing proven German quality. The centrepiece of every Bruno
Söhnle watch is a Swiss Ronda quartz clock, which is finished in Glashütte.
The quartz clock ensures complete accuracy, can control a numerical or
retrograde calendar, and can simultaneously run a second time zone.
Slim stainless steel casing
We exclusively use stainless steel and high-quality, skin-friendly surgical
steel (316L) for the casing. The casing is characterised by its hardness,
the high level of comfort it offers wearers, and its low nickel content.
One further special feature of Bruno Söhnle watches is that some models
in our collection are provided with a slim-line casing, which offers a snug,
superbly flat fit around the wearer’s wrist.
Sapphire glass – Highly resistant to scratches
Sapphire glass is the strongest type of glass used in watches. The high
level of light penetration means that the face always appears as if in
bright light, which in turn results in clearly improved readability.
Furthermore, sapphire glass is highly resistant to scratches, meaning
that even the most delicate parts of your watch are always protected. All
sapphire glass is non-reflective on the interior surface.

Crown and casing partially (crown) screwed in place and waterproof
Improved waterproofing and increased shock resistance – these are the
requirements for a watch that is to be used day in, day out. Bruno Söhnle
watches ensure these features with their screwed in crowns. A screw
thread is used to fasten the crown tightly to the casing, and in some models
even the bottom of the casing is screwed down, rather than consisting of
a spring lid, thus making it considerably more watertight.
Watchstrap links screwed together and sturdy
Some models in the collection see the links on the watchstraps screwed
together.
Watchstraps with closing clasps
Bruno Söhnle watches are characterised by their classic design and their
high functionality. The clasps use hinges to fasten both straps together.
Putting the watch on and taking it off is far easier as the watchstrap does
not fully open. This also has the advantage of protecting the watchstrap
and thus giving it a longer lifespan.

The casing finish
Bruno Söhnle watches are classics - they should stay with you for a
long time. This longevity is ensured by both the watch mechanism and
by the stainless steel or titanium casing, which is manufactured with the
greatest precision. If you choose a gold-plated watch you can be certain
that your Bruno Söhnle will keep its gold brilliance virtually forever. The
highest quality gold plating, with 10 microns (23 ct. gold), and the PVD
coating both represent the highest level of quality and a natural gold shine.
Chronographs: Make time stand still
With the Bruno Söhnle chronograph you can stop time. These chronographs
feature two extra buttons alongside the normal time display. Pressing
these buttons activates the stopwatch function so you can stop time.
A separate hand system is used to display the stopwatch.
GMT - For life in two time zones
Watches that can display a second time zone are especially popular with
regular flyers. And with our ‘Milano’ watches you will know both the local
time and the time in the place that you have just left, whether that be home
or somewhere else in the world. Set your 'Milano’ watch once and it will
always keep you informed of the correct time, wherever you are in the world.

sure of 3 bar. These watches are protected against surface contact with
water. Avoid immersing in water and heavy perspiration. This level of water
resistance is not recommended for swimming or other water sports.
Water resistant to 5 bar:
This Bruno Söhnle watch has been tested to the stated atmospheric
pressure of 5 bar. The glass and seals withstand this pressure. This watch
may be worn for swimming. Have your dealer check the glass, crown and
seals once a year and after every battery replacement in order to ensure
lasting water resistance.
Water resistant to 10 bar:
These watches have been tested up to an atmospheric pressure of 10 bar
and are the ideal partner for all types of water sports (excluding diving)
thanks to the thickness of the glass and the seals. In the case of intensive

annually to ensure lasting water resistance. Also let the watch be checked
after each battery change to make sure that all elements which contribute
to water resistance are still in good condition.
