Brunton Solo 3.4 User manual

3. Plug the chosen adapter end into the electronic you are
trying to charge
4. Push the ON button. The light will turn green, indicat-
ing the electronic piece is charging. When the GREEN
light begins to flash, the battery level is getting low,
recharge the SOLO3.4.
SOLO 3.4 CHARGE TIMES
The light on the SOLO 3.4 will turn RED. This indicates
the SOLO 3.4 is charging. When the light turns GREEN,
charging is complete.
Charging the SOLO 3.4 by USB (computer)
1. Plug the Mini USB adapter into the retractable input/
output cord
2. Plug the Mini USB end into the IN port of the SOLO 3.4
3. Plug the USB end into a USB port
The light on the SOLO 3.4 will turn RED. This indicates
the SOLO 3.4 is charging. When the light turns GREEN,
charging is complete.
CHARGING ELECTRONICS (CELL PHONE, IPOD, ETC)
1. Plug the chosen adapter into the retractable input/
output cord
2. Plug the USB end of the retractable cord into the out
port of the SOLO 3.4
CHARGING THE SOLO 3.4 WITH USB AC ADAPTER
1. Plug the Mini USB adapter into the retractable input/
output cord
2. Plug the Mini USB adapter into the IN port of the
SOLO 3.4
3. Plug the USB end into the USB AC ADAPTER
4. Plug the AC adapter into the wall to charge
The light on the SOLO 3.4 will turn RED. This indicates
the SOLO 3.4 is charging. When the light turns GREEN,
charging is complete.
CHARGING THE SOLO 3.4 WITH USB DC ADAPTER
1. Plug the Mini USB adapter into the retractable input/
output cord
2. Plug the Mini USB end into the IN port of the SOLO 3.4
3. Plug the USB end into the USB DC ADAPTER
4. Plug the DC adapter into a vehicle adapter (cigarette
lighter)

DISPOSING OF YOUR SOLO 3.4
• Do not incinerate or dispose of your SOLO 3.4 in a re
or microwave.
• Do not dispose of your SOLO 3.4 as ordinary refuse.
• Consult your local municipal or civil authority for
instructions on correctly disposing of a Lithium-Polymer
Battery Pack.
Common Troubleshooting Steps
1. Un-plug and re-plug all connections.
2. Charge the Battery Pack.
3. Test the Battery Pack on another USB device.
BRUNTON, Limited Warranty
Brunton warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, for a period of one year. This warranty extends to the original
purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
This Warranty is void and a charge for repair will be made if the Solo has
been damaged by negligence, accident or mishandling, or has not been
operated in accordance with standard operating procedures, or if the Solo
was altered or repaired by other than a Brunton repair facility.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you also have rights, which
vary from state to state. No other warranty, expressed or implied, applies to
the Brunton product, nor is any person or company authorized to assume
any other warranty for Brunton. Brunton does not assume any responsibility
for any consequential damages occasioned by this product. Should the prod-
uct prove defective, contact Brunton, and you will be provided with a Return
Authorization Number (RA#). Send a copy of your proof of purchase, the
RA#, a short description of the problem and the product to Brunton at the
following address. Brunton suggests insuring the product in case of damage
or loss in shipment.
