Exemplarisch ist die Bodensteckdose 3302E
abgebildet. Das Montageprinzip gilt für alle
Bodensteckdosen der 33er E-Serie: 3301E,
3302E, 3303E.

The installation principle applies to all floor sockets
from the 33 E-Series: 3301E, 3302E, 3303E.

Montage im Estrich
Schritt 1
Den Geräteträgervom Rahmen 
abmontieren. Anschließend die Schrauben
am Rahmenlösen und mit dem Deckel
aus der Boxnehmen.

Schritt 2
Vor dem Gießen des Estrichs einen
Polystyrol-Block(PB), der in seiner äußeren
Abmessung umlaufend ca. 40mm größer
ist als die Dose*, als Platzhalter auf die
ausgelegte Dämmschicht(P) kleben. Danach
die Leerrohre(L) verlegen und senkrecht
am Polystyrol-Block(PB) befestigen (zum
Beispiel mit Klebeband).

Schritt 3
Nach dem Gießen des Estrichs den
Polystyrol-Block (PB) aus dem Estrich
entfernen. Die Boxnun in die
entstandene Bodenaussparung auf
ein Mörtelbett*(M) einsetzen und
die Leerrohre(L) in die Öffnungen der
Boxeinführen.

*Achtung!
Die Höhe des Mörtelbetts muss so
vermessen werden, dass der Abstand ’t’
zwischen Wasserwaage(W) und
Estrich(E) so groß ist, wie die spätere
Belagsstärke. Zudem muss das Mörtelbett
für die entsprechende Belastung der
Bodensteckdose ausgelegt sein.

Schritt 4
Die Box abdichten. (Tipp: die Box
beispielsweise mit Pappe(D) abdecken,
wie abgebildet.) Die Aussparung um
die Box nun mit Mörtel(M) auffüllen.
Die Position der Box vor dem Aushärten
des Mörtels mit der Wasserwaage(W)
überprüfen!

Schritt 5
Nach dem Aushärten des Estrichs(E)
den Belag(B) im Raum verlegen.
Danach den Rahmenmit dem Deckel

wieder in die Boxeinschrauben.
Zuletzt die Steckdosen anschließen
und den Geräteträger einschrauben.
Die Bodensteckdose ist nun erfolgreich
eingebaut. (Siehe Querschnitt unten)

Montage im Hohlboden
Schritt 1
Den Geräteträgerund den Deckel
vom Rahmenabschrauben.

Schritt 2
An gewünschter Position einen Ausschnitt
in der Größe der Box
-Einbaumaße
in den Hohlboden(H) sägen/schneiden.
Die Leehrohre/Leitungen (L) zu dieser
Position verlegen.

Schritt 3
Die Leerrohre/Leitungen(L) von unten
oder seitlich in die Boxeinführen.
Anschließend Konstruktionskleber(K)
(z.B. „beko ALLCON 10“), rund um den
Ausschnitt auf dem Hohlboden(H) verteilen.
Nun die Bodensteckdose in den Ausschnitt
absenken und auf den Rahmen
aufsetzen.

Schritt 4
Die Steckdosen anschließen, danach
den Geräteträgerund den Deckel
anschrauben. Fertig!

Installation in the screed floor
Step 1
Dismantle the device carrierfrom the
frame. Then loosen the screws on the
frameand take the lidout of the box.
Step 2
Before pouring the screed, a polystyrene
block(PB) with a circumference of approx.
40 mm larger than the box in its outer
dimension*must be glued to the insulation
layer(P) as a placeholder. Then lay the
conduits(L) and fix them (e.g. with adhesive
tape) vertically to the polystyrene block(PB).

*Attention!
The height of the mortar bed must be
measured so that the distance ’t’ between
the spirit level(W) and the screed(E) is
as large as the subsequent covering thick-
ness. In addition, the mortar bed must
be designed for the corresponding load
on the floor socket.
Step 3
Remove the polystyrene block(PB)
after pouring the screed. Now insert
the boxinto the resulting floor
recess on a mortar bed*(M) and install
the conduits (L) into the openings of
the box.

Step 4
Seal the box. (Tip: cover the box,
for example, with cardboard(D),
as shown.) Now fill the recess around
the boxwith mortar (M). Check
the position of the boxwith the spirit
level(W) before curing the mortar!

Step 5
After the screed(E) has hardened, lay the
covering(B) in the room. Then screw the
framewith the lidback into the box.
Finally connect the sockets and screw in the
device carrier. The floor socket is now
successfully installed. (See cross section
below.)

Installation in the raised access floor
Step 1
Unscrew the device carrierand the lid 
from the frame.

Step 2
Saw/cut a cut-out in the size of the
box (!) installation dimensions into the
raised floor (H) at the desired position.
Then lay the conduits (L) to this position.

Step 3
Insert the conduits(L) into the boxfrom
below or from the side. Then spread the cons-
truction adhesive(K) (e.g. „beko ALLCON 10“)
around the cutout on the raised floor (H).
Now put the floor socket into the cutout and
place it on the frame.

Step 4
Connect the devices and screw the device
carrierand the lidback into the frame.
