BUHEL D01 IS A BLUETOOTH° HELMET COMMUNICATION SYSTEM THAT
ALLOWS YOU TO GET PHONE CALLS, MUSIC AND INFORMATIONS WHILE
RIDING YOUR MOTORCYCLE OR SKIING.
D01 CAN WORKS AND COMUNICATES WITH MOBILE PHONES AND MUSICAL
READERS EQUIPPED WITH BLUETOOTH° TECNOLOGY.
D01 CAN BE FITTED AND USED ON ANY COVERING EARS HELMETS, WITHOUT
EFFECTING STRUCTURES; IT DOESN’T AFFECT HELMET HOMOLOGATION
AND CAN BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME JUST PULLING.

DO NOT disassemble or modify the product. Such act may cause malfunction,
electric shock or fire.
If anything unusual such as smoke, heat or bad smell is detected, immediately
disconnect the power and stop the usage. Continued use may cause electric shock
or fire.
DO NOT throw the product into the fire. Built-in battery may explode.
Conversation on the cell phone at the time of drive is extremely dangerous. Please
pull off the road for the telephone call.
Wrong usage could result in injury.
Please do not try to change the setting or talk on the cell phone while driving, it may
cause a accident.

CAUTION
Do not change the mic when it gets wet. With water exposure, it may cause fire,
electrification or failure.
DO NOT expose the product to open flame or under the direct sunlight for a
prolonged period of time. Such environment may cause malfunction or fire.
DO NOT drop or apply shock to the product. Such act may cause irreparable
damage to the product.
DO NOT lick, bite or put the product into the mouth. Such act may result in serious
injuries/accidents. Take utmost caution around children.
At the time of battery charge, if any strange odor or high heat, please immediately
pull the plug from the body. It may cause smoke generation or smoke.
Do not leave the product in a state of charge long after the charging is completed.
Such condition may cause smoking/ignition.
Charge battery at least once every six months even if the product is not in use for an
extended period of time. Over discharge may require battery replacement.
In case of water immersion, fallen, damaged case on impact, unusual sounds,
smoke generation or strange odor, it may cause fire, electrification or failure. Please
turn off the power and do not use. Please contact your local dealer after checking no
smoke on the body. Do not intend to repair by yourself to prevent the accident.
Do to bring closer to the magnetic card at magnetic of installed board.
CARE To clean, wipe with a moist or antistatic cloth only, never with a dry cloth ( risk
of electrostatic charging ) or a strong cleaning agent.

How to Fit
Base plate’s attachment
Printed line must be down and parallel to the helmet border
After wiping oil or dirt on the face of helmet, peel paper liner of base plate and attach base plate
firmly on the helmet.
Important: Please make sure to attach the base plate on the helmet left side and near to left ear
position
Mic attachment
Put the lower side of charged D01 parallel to baseplate printed line and fix D01 on baseplate by using
magnet. ( make sure that D01 is correctly fitted by smoothly turning it )
On full face helmets fix F.F. Mic closed to the mouth by using hook and loop Tape.
On open face and flip up helmets adjust O.F. Mic closed to mouth by bending O.F. Mic boom
Attaching mic unit on the D01.
Insert mic connector D01.

Operation before using
Please charge battely before to use D01.

How to Use
1. ON/OFF power switch.
Push Power/Pairing button from 3 to 6 seconds. Blue indicator 2 flashes slow
as the power turns ON. Another push to the
Power/Pairing button 4from 3 to 6 seconds turns the power OFF and the indicator goes out.
2. Volume control
The volume can be controlled in five levels.
The volume increases by one level as each time the volume button 3is pushed.
Another push at maximum level brings back to the lowest level.
（1, 2, 3, 4, 51, 2, 3・・・）
3. Reconnect with the mobile phone
Once the pairing with your mobile is completed, automatic reconnection and wait mode is achieved
by turning the power switch ON.
Some mobile phones may require the following procedure.
Turn ON the power switch of the product. Select ［Temco BT- 0 2 ］from the Bluetooth equipment list
on your mobile screen. Connect the product with your mobile.
4. To answer incoming Call
Once the headset is in wait mode, switching to a talk mode is automatic when there is an incoming
call on your mobile.Pressing the Power/Pairing button 4switch to a talk mode.
If there is an incoming call on your mobile while listening to the music, volume is minimized and
automatic connection with the mobile is made（automatic switch function）.
5. To end a call
Wait for the other party to hang up or push Power/Pairing button 4 to end a call.
Talk mode changes to a wait mode.
The mode switches back automatically to the music mode if you were listening to music.
6. To block incoming call
Press Power/Pairing button 4 from 3 to 6 seconds while the phone is ringing. The call is blocked
without answering.
7. To switch a call
Push the volume control button 3from 3 to 6 seconds while talking on the headset.
The call is switched from the headset to your mobile phone.
Also, while talking on the mobile, push the volume control button 3 on the headset from 3 to 6
seconds to switch the call from the mobile to the headset
8.Redial
Push the volume control button 3from 3 to 6 seconds while in a wait mode. Previous number can
be redialed from the headset.

* For switching a call or redialing, depending on each cell phones, pairing time could be change. If
any boink sound may come from the body, release the finger from the bottom.
Pairing
To achieve wireless connection with your Bluetooth mobile phone, initial setting called “Pairing” is
required. Pairing enables listening to a music and phone call without radio interference by other
equipment. Paring is needed only when the product is used for the first time. From the second time
on, a push to the power switch to ON is all that is required. Directions for the pairing are as follows:
1. At the time of power off, press and hold paring bottom 4until fast blue blinking comes from
indicator 2. (Approximately 7 seconds.) You can see LED light on for 3 seconds, keep to press
bottom 4for fast blue blinking.
2. Search for the Bluetooth equipment on the Bluetooth setting screen of your mobile phone.
（For detail, refer to your mobile phone manual.）
3. Name of our product（Temco BT-02）appears on the screen as the search is completed.
4. Input ［0000］if the password is requested.
5. The blue indicator 2changes from fast to slow flash when the pairing succeeds.
*D01 is adapted for audio profile, hands free profile and headset profile. Depending on suitable
profile, you need to follow above procedure from 1 to 5.
If you use cell phone for call and bluetooth transmitter for audio profile at same time, need paring for
each profile. ( Please check each manuals for further notice.)
【Attention】
Lower battery indicates fast flashing twice as the time of slow blinking in a standard mode.
（Blue indicator 2）. You can also hear beaping sounds from the speaker while internal
blinking. Please recharge the battery if the light flashes accordingly this.

Special Instructions for Power/Pairing Button
LED display and the headset mode change according to the duration of the Power/Pairing button
pushed at “OFF” and doing nothing after the Button is released as shown in the following chart.
Shaded part shows the normal workable range. Please use in the workable range.

*If nothing is done while in Pairing Mode, the mode is cancelled after 120 seconds and the power
shuts “OFF”. The same occur when the pairing process fails.
When using the headset after the pairing is completed, pushing the Power/Paring button for more
than 6 seconds in a row, brings back the paring mode.
If in a wrong mode, turn the power “OFF” and push again the Power/Pairing button for the mode of
your choice.
Note
Rechargeable high-performance lithium polymer battery is used, but it is expendable. Although the
battery under normal use has a long life, such characteristic deteriorates with time. For maximum
performance, usage under normal temperature is recommended.
In outdoor use under strong wind condition, party on the other end may have difficulty hearing your
voice. In such case, move to less windy location.
