PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS AIR PURIFIER
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and
personal injury, including:
Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
Do not expose the appliance to rain, or use it near water, in a bathroom,
laundry area, or other damp places.
Do not use the appliance where combustible gases or vapors are
present.
Do not place objects in front of the air outlet or air inlet, so as not to
block the air inlet and outlet. Do not insert fingers or other foreign
objects into the air outlet or air inlet.
Do not let water or any other liquid or flammable detergent enter the
appliance to avoid electric shock and/or a fire hazard.
Do not clean the appliance with water, any other liquid, or a (flammable)
detergent to avoid electric shock and/or a fire hazard.
Do not spray any flammable materials such as insecticides or
fragrances around the appliance.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the
local power voltage before you connect the appliance to the electrical
outlet.
Always switch the appliance OFF and unplug it from the electrical
outlet after using and before cleaning, moving, and changing the
filters. Be sure to remove the plug from the outlet. Never handle the
power plug with wet or damp hands.
Do not lay power cords under furniture or electrical appliances. Keep
the power cord away from heavy traffic areas to avoid tripping people.

Do not put the cord under carpets or similar coverings or near heat
vents and open flames.
Place the appliance near a power outlet and avoid using extension
cords.
Do not use the plug in or near a power outlet equipped with an electric
air freshener to avoid damage to the plug.
Do not use the appliance outdoors. For indoor use only.
The marked electrical rating of the cord must be as great as the rating
of the appliance.
Do not hang it on the edge of the counter or table to avoid being
pulled by children or being tripped unintentionally.
If the power cord, plug, or motor is damaged, the device does not work
normally, or if it malfunctions or is damaged in any way, do not operate
the appliance. Discard the air purifier or return it to an authorized
service facility for inspection and/or repair.
Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near a
child or disabled person.
This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure
they do not play with the appliance.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock,
do not use this appliance on windows or with any
solid-state speed control device.

This appliance is not a substitute for proper ventilation, regular cleaning,
or use of an exhaust fan or hood while cooking.
A loose fit between the AC outlet (receptacle) and plug may cause
overheating and a distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified electrician
to replace the loose or worn outlet.
Never use the appliance unless it is fully assembled and with filters in
place.
The appliance must be used in its upright position.
Make sure the appliance is assembled/connected properly after cleaning
the pre-filter or replacing the filters.
If the appliance will not be used for a long period of time, unplug it
from the power outlet, and clean the appliance and filters before
storing.
Make sure that you plug the appliance into a proper AC power outlet.
Always place and use the appliance on a dry, stable, level, and horizontal
surface. Make sure the appliance cannot be easily knocked over by a
person or object.
Leave at least 20cm/8in free space behind and on both sides of the
appliance and leave at least 30cm/12in free space above the appliance.
Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
Do not sit, stand, or place heavy objects on the appliance.
Do not place the appliance directly below an air conditioner to
prevent condensation from dripping onto the appliance.
Make sure all filters are properly installed before you switch on the
appliance.
Only use the original Bulex filters specially intended for this appliance.
Do not use any other filters.

Cautions

Do not use the filter as fuel or for similar purposes.
Avoid knocking against the appliance (the air inlet and outlet in particular)
with hard objects.
NEVER tilt, move or attempt to change or replace a filter while the
appliance is operating. Switch OFF and unplug it from the power
outlet first. Do not move the appliance by pulling the power cord.
Do not use this appliance when using indoor smoke-type insect repellents
or in places with oily residues, burning incense, or chemical fumes.
Do not use the appliance near gas appliances, heating devices or
fireplaces.
Do not use the appliance in a room with major temperature changes,
as this may cause condensation inside the appliance.
Use this appliance for its intended household use as described in this
manual. Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer.
The appliance does not remove carbon monoxide (CO) or radon (Rn).
It cannot be used as a safety device in case of accidents with combustion
processes and hazardous chemicals.
Always wash your hands thoroughly after changing or cleaning the
filter.

Important Note about the Plug
THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG
(one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit in a polarized outlet in only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,

3. Filters Overview
Multiple levels of cleaning include a combination HEPA filter that
captures pet dander, pollen, and an activated carbon filter to remove
odors.

Getting Started
Before operating the air purifier
Carefully take out your air purifier from the box and remove all
packaging materials.
Place the unit on a firm, level, and horizontal surface.
Before using it for the first time, please open the bottom cover
and take out the filters, remove the wrapping bag of the filters,
then insert the filters and close the cover (See chapter “Replacing
the filters”).
Plug the power cord into the right voltage AC outlet.
Make sure the side with the clip is pointing towards outside when
installing filters.
Wash your hands thoroughly after installing filters.

Using the air purifier

Insert the plug of the air purifier into the power outlet.
Touch the Power On/Off button to turn on the air purifier, and
the Power On/Off button indicator light turns blue.
Touch the Power On/Off button again to switch off the air purifier,
and the Power On/Off button indicator light turns red.
There are several fan speeds available. You can touch the Fan Speed
button to repeatedly select the fan speed you need (Low (I) , Medium
(II), High (III), Sleep ( ).
With the timer, you can have the air purifier operate for a set number of
hours. When the set time is over, the air purifier will automatically switch
off.
Each time that you touch this button , the fan speed is adjusted
from Low (I) to Medium (II) to High (III) to Sleep ( ). The default fan
speed is at the Low (I) speed. The Fan Speed button indicator light
turns blue and automatically indicates the selected fan speed.
In the sleep mode, the air purifier operates quietly at a very low speed.
All indicator lights will go off after 3 seconds in the sleep mode.
You can turn on the indicator lights manually by touching any
button.

This air purifier is equipped with a filter reset indicator to make sure that
the air purification filter is in optimal condition when the air purifier is
operating. When the filters need to be replaced (The filter lifetime is 2,000
hours with normal usage), the Filter Reset button indicator light turns
orange.
Touch and hold the Filter Reset button for 3 seconds to turn off
the Filter Reset button indicator light after replacing the filters.
When the air is heavily polluted, you can replace the filters even the
filter reset indicator light may not be on. Touch and hold the Filter
Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the filter lifetime counter manually
after replacing the filter.
With the Night Light button, you can switch on or off the night light.
Touch the Timer button repeatedly to choose the number of
hours you want the air purifier to operate. The available intervals for
the timer are 2, 4, and 8 hours. The Timer button indicator light turns
blue and automatically indicates the selected timer.
The timer is deactivated by default.
Touch the Night Light button to turn on the night light, and the
Night Light button indicator light turns blue.
Touch the Night Light button again to switch off the night light,
and the Night Light button indicator light turns white.
Always switch off and unplug the air purifier before replacing the
filters.

Cleaning the Air Purifier/Pre-Filter
1. Cleaning the body of the air purifier
2. Cleaning the pre-filter
Clean the inside and outside of the air purifier regularly to prevent dust
accumulation.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean both the interior and exterior of the air
purifier.
The air outlet can also be cleaned with a dry, soft cloth.
If the pre-filter is very dirty, use a soft brush to brush away the dust.
Always turn off the air purifier and unplug it from the electrical
outlet before cleaning.
Never use abrasive, aggressive, or flammable cleaning agents
such as bleach or alcohol to clean any part of the air purifier.
The filters are NOT washable.
Do not attempt to clean the filter with a vacuum.
Wash your hands after handling the filter.

Replacing the filters
When the filter reset indicator turns orange and flashes, it reminds you
to check and replace the filter. After replacing the filter, press and hold the
Filter Reset button for 3 seconds, and the filter reset indicator will go
out.

Step 1: Switch off the air purifier
and unplug it.
Step 2: Remove the bottom cover.
Hold the unit firmly and rotate the
bottom cover counterclockwise to
unlock and open it.
Step 3: Take out the used filter
according to the filter reset
indicator light status.
Discard the used filters.
Step 4: Remove all packaging
materials from the new filters.

Step 5: Insert the new filter.
Make sure that the one with
cover is pointing towards
outside.
Step 6: Reattach the bottom
cover.
Step 7: Close the bottom cover.
Rotate clockwise until the“ ”in
bottom cover reaches “ ” and
upon hearing a “click” sound.
Step 8: Reset the filter timer.
Touch and hold the Filter Reset
button for 3 seconds to turn off
the Filter Reset button indicator
light and reset the filter timer

Storing the Air Purifier
Turn off the air purifier and unplug it from the wall outlet.
Clean the air purifier and the pre-filter (See chapter “Cleaning”).
Air dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
Wrap the filters separately in air-tight plastic bags.
Store the air purifier and filters in a cool, dry location.

Troubleshooting
This chapter summarizes the most common problems people encounter
