BUSIN, please read this manual carefully before using the products, please always keep this manual
for future service or warranty.
For future upgrade by better component or technology. BUSIN has the right to upgrade without prior
notice.This manual describes the characteristics, function and operation, in some cases, there will be
slight different as the picture is just a prototype device, please ask the relevant information from our
company or dealers.
This manual is only applicable to BUSIN touch screen. This manual includes the latest information at
the time of printing. The company solely responsible for the manual revision and explanation, and
keep the right of printing after changes without notice. In some cases, this manual is only for reference,
if discrepancies in pictures, refer to the actual product.
This equipment must be installed by the customer service staff or dealers. For damages cause by
no-authorized change or false wiring, BUSIN shall not be liable for incidental or consequential
damages .
SAFETY CAUTIONS
1. Please always put the device on smooth and vibration free table.
2. Please always avoid direct sunlight or large temperature difference, away from the water and dust.
3. Please keep the device away from strong electromagnetic field.
4. To avoid electric shock or fire, please do not block or cover the vents, avoid any objects fall into
the machine.
5. It shall be equipped with separate power supply for the area with unstable power grid.
6. This product uses standard grounded plug socket, do not change it arbitrarily. Make sure the
voltage is in the voltage range of the spec.
7. Please make sure the power plug properly earthed in case of any accident such as electric shock
or fire.
8. Please do not use the device with other high power devices in a same power outlet.
9. The power should be cut off if there is smoke or scorches. contact your nearest dealer at the first
time.
10. Before any installation or cable connection to the set, please always make certain that the system
is turned off and the external power source to the set is removed to prevent electric hazard!
11. Do not use water or chemical reagent(such as gas) to clean the device.
12. If a failure occurs, cut off the power to stop using immediately, do not disassemble or repair
without permission , please contact with nearest dealer.
13. Please note the product may cause radio interference in the living environment.
14. Please always choose the right mainboard battery recommended by dealers.
15. Please do not connect other devices to the port of customer screen(5V) in case of any damages.

1. Unpacking
Please check all of the parts when unpacking, please contact BUSIN if there is damages or
missing parts.
2. Preparation before installation.
Check shell , signs, labels, to see if they are correct.
Please always follow the requirements of the using environment.

INSTALLATION GUIDES
CAUTION: Before any installation or cable connection to the set, please always make certain
that the system is turned off and the external power source to the set is removed to
prevent electric hazard!Never touch any metal pin in the connectors or circuits to
avoid high voltage hazard or electrostatic discharge damage unless the operator is
well grounded. Failure to do the above will void the product warranty!
TILTING LCD PANEL
The tilting mechanism for this terminal utilizes hinges and there is no particular skill to turn the LCD
panel to most suitable angle for best view.
CONNECTING CABLES
Please connect all required cables to the appropriate connectors. Please make sure that each connector
is connected to the correct port with the correct orientation. Damages due to incorrect connection or
orientation are not covered by product warranty!
Some connectors like the CUSTOMER DISPLAY ( COM1 ) or LAN connector have to be gently
inserted until a click is heard. It is recommended that connectors such as the COM2/3 and LPT and
VGA connector be screwed into place once seated.
Please make sure that each connector has to be connected to the right device in the right way.
Please follow steps sequentially with reference to pictures below to do cabling for this model.
Opening Back Cover For Cabling
For cabling extension, essentially opening
back cover on the I/O plate then doing
connection properly for complete function.
Step A: Hands on figure 1, 2 position, pull
to open the back cover.

Step B: Put the wires through the line inlet inserted into the corresponding sockets on mainboard .
POWER ON/OFF CONTROL
1. Hardware Power Switch
This power switch controls the power on/off of the system. After external power is preset, this switch
turns the system on when pushed only. This switch turns the system off when pushed again during
power on status. However, if the system hangs due to any reason such as software resource conflict, a
simple push power switch may fail to turn off the power. In this case, please utilize the forced power
off feature by pressing the power switch and holding for more than 15 seconds.
There must always be at least 10 seconds waiting before switching on again once the system is
powered off successfully.

2. HDD LED
HDD LED shows the activity of a hard disk drive. Avoid turning the power off while HDD LED is lit.
3. Power LED
The LED is lit when the system is power on.
USB PORTS
There are in total 6 USB ports for external connection: 2 at right side of the main unit; 4 in rear I/O
area; All of them comply with USB 2.0 standard.
CUSTOMER DISPLAY
Please follow the instructions on the manual that comes along with the customer display when it is
installed.
DISPLAY ISSUES
Main LCD Display
For best viewing result please set your display resolution at 1024 x 768 with high color for “12” &
“15” type.
VGA Port
The VGA port in this terminal supports top mount 2nd display. To support the +12V DC power to the
2nd display monitor, have a qualified technician to set a software setting to supply the required power
through the internal BIOS setting according to BUSIN technical information. Do not connect other
monitor to this port before the power in this port is disabled.
SERIAL PORTS –COM1/2/3
This terminal features 3 COM ports. COM2/3 ports are standard DB9 connector as status at delivery.
COM1 is RJ11 serial port,it is configured to supply +5 V DC output.
PARALLEL PORT
For this terminal, the parallel port with DB25 female connector is mandatory.It should be connected to
the LPT port on the rear I/O area.
TOUCH PANEL
When the touch driver is properly installed, this touch panel works exactly like a standard mouse for
each interface. This device uses 10 points capacitance touch screen.

BIOS SETUP
Introduction
The purpose of this chapter is to describe the settings in the BIOS Setup program on this motherboard.
The Setup program allows users to modify the basic system configuration and save these settings to
CMOS RAM. The power of CMOS RAM is supplied by a battery so that it retains the Setup
information when the power is turned off.
Basic Input-Output System (BIOS) determines what a computer can do without accessing programs
from a disk. This system controls most of the input and output devices such as keyboard, mouse, serial
ports and disk drives. BIOS activates at the first stage of the booting process, loading and executing
the operating system. Some additional features, such as password protection or chipset fine-tuning
options are also included in BIOS.
The rest of this manual will to guide you through the options and settings in BIOS Setup.
Entering Setup
Entering Setup Power on the computer and press <Delete> straight away to enter the BIOS setup
menu. If you missed the BIOS setup entry point, you may restart the system and try again.

Using Setup
In the BIOS setup utility, you will see General Help description at the top right corner, and this is
providing a brief description of the selected item. Navigation Keys for that particular menu are at the
bottom right corner, and you can use these keys to select item and change the settings.
CHIPSET MENU
This submenu allows you to configure the specific features of the chipset installed on your system.

LCD Panel Type
This item allows you to select flat panel type.

BIOS RESET
If to recovery to defaults, please turn off the device then keep press “CLEAR CMOS” on back socket
of mainboard for more than 1 second then release. Turn on the device and enter BIOS setup, press F9
to automatic optimization, then press F10 to save.
Notice
The default BIOS settings apply for most conditions to ensure optimum performance of the
motherboard. If the system becomes unstable after changing any settings, please load the default
settings to ensure system’s compatibility and stability.Use Load Setup Default under the Exit
Menu.
For better system performance, the BIOS firmware is being continuously updated.The BIOS
information described in this manual is for your reference only. The actual BIOS information and
settings on board may be slightly different from this manual.
