1. Introduction
1.1 Production introduction
DAS-Q6 is portable, simple operation equipment, which can connect to
computer for data backup and power recharge, and the matchup software can
be used in Windows Server/Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8, easy to
install and customize the installing directory.

2. Software Introduction
2.1 Definition
Data: audio/video, photos and logs that are saved in the device.
Device: body worn camera.
U-KEY: For software to authorized.
Device password: For the user to login the device to do the setup.
System password: For the user to login the software.
2.2 Software Overview
This software support time sync, data collection, data management and
device setting, etc., the data can be remotely uploaded to the management
platform via Internet

4. Install and Uninstall
4.1 Install
4.1 .1 Open CD-ROM and double click “Body Worn Camera Manager” to
enter setup wizard, as follow:

4.2 Uninstall
4.2.1 Click “Start” at the bottom left of the computer and finds the software
“Body Worn Camera Manager”; click “Uninstall” to uninstall the software.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Start to Use
Insert the encryption lock and double click the icon “BWC Manager” to
start the program.
Remark: please make sure you have plug in the U-key, and there is no
body worn camera connected before run the software. The U-key will come
along with the docking station.
5.2 Data Import
5.2.1 When you select the interface “Data Import”, the system will pop up
“Please insert device” as follow; it will automatically import all the data after
inserting the device success.

Remark: when the disk capacity is not enough, it will remind that “disk is
not enough, please delete the data in time”.
5.2.2 When more than one device is importing data, it will display the data
collecting status on the interface (when the icon on the left of alarm is green, it
indicates the data collection is finished), displays the user info and data
collecting progress, as follow:

Remark: when the data collection is finished, it will be saved in local
disk and the data in the device will be automatically deleted.
5.3 Data Management
5.3.1 Select the interface “Data Management” and input the system password
(default password is 110801), click “login”, as follow:

5.3.2 The data can be indexed as per police’s ID, name, device number, date
of collection. Click the check box to copy, cut, delete or upload one or more
data.

5.4 Device Setting
When select the interface “Device Setting”, the system will pop up
“please insert device”, then please input the administrator’s password (Default
device password is 000000)and click “Login” to enter (as follow).
You may set up or change the device applications, password and user
info, you may also delete the data inside the device and synchronize the time
manually.

5.5 System setting
Click “System Setting” and input system password to login, in this interface,
you may change the password and upload settings, as follow:
5.5 Upload
A. Upload Now: click “Upload Now” to upload the imported data
immediately;
B. Timing upload: click “Timing upload” to set up a time to
automatically upload the data.

Remark: Please make sure you have setup the correct FTP server address,
username and password.
