1-1 Model Table
1.2 Purpose of the Manual
The manual describes the installation, configuration and use methods . By reading the
manual, user can set up and use the product according to their requirement.

1.4 Notice
1 . Don't disassemble it, install the hard disk please ask professionals .
2 . Stay away from high temperature ; Avoid direct sunlight.
3 . Pay attention to water, when water contacts the device please turn off immediately.
4 . Do not use in excessively humid environment, use within the reference of applicable humidity
range (85% RH or less) .
5 .Avoid use in hot or cold environment, use in the reference temperature range (-25 ℃~ +80 ℃).
6 . The machine should be installed horizontally or wall mounted, avoid vibration place, do not put
other devices on the machine.
7 . Our package through seismic design and test, to ensure any damaged during transport s, so
when you move the machine, it is best to use the original packing materials.
8 . Avoid moving servers in extremely cold and hot places to avoid condensation inside the
machine, affecting the life .
9 . Move the machine with electric is prohibited, otherwise it will damage the hard disk and the
motherboard.

2 Product instruction
2.1 Brief instruction
Xiamen Caimore SD Card 3G/4G wireless Monitoring is an integration intelligent terminal, which is
independent researched and developed by Xiamen Caimore communication Technology Co.,Ltd.
The device combines multiple high technologies, such as,3G/4G wireless communication
technology, video capture, video overlap, voice and intercom, alarm, GPS positioning, image
capture, PTZ control, disk storage, SD storage and remote playback etc.
The wireless monitoring supports smart sensor connecting to achieve on-site monitoring and
alarm processing includes intrusion detection, proximity, occlusion，temperature and humidity，
smog, gas detection etc.
To assure that the users have a better remote operation, Caimore developed a management
platform, which has a stable system and rich functions to meet different needs. The user can have
a real-time online checking on the remote video monitoring by logging in Caimore monitoring
platform. Besides, the platform supports functions of video replay, image capture, GPS positioning,
voice intercom and PTZ control etc.
The equipment adopts high-powered industrial embedded processor ARM9 with large memory to
cache data and instruction ;has a high-speed data accessing and instruction processing,
successfully solved the difficult problems ,such as, "fake online", "fake death", "crash" etc.
Meanwhile, it adopts strong realtime and stable Linux operating system.
The product is strictly designed in accordance with the requirement of industrial grade and its
exterior adopts the design philosophy of fully closed and aluminum structure, with advanced
patented technology of anti-vibration and dust proof and heat dissipation. System designed with
watchdog( WDT) protection, while loaded System Watch Protection SWP (System Watch
Protect); If it appears that the network is abnormal or system receives Strong interference anomaly,
the system will auto reset, which thoroughly solve the problem that it needs maintainer to pull out
electric when the system appears abnormally in the industry, and ensure that the system is stable
and reliable. Meanwhile the products passed 3000V power shock test, particularly suitable for
harsh industrial environment. The device adopts the patented technology to maintain the system
stable and ensure it always on-line. After rigorous design, testing and 8 years practical
application, the products show stable and reliable performance.

2.2 Product function

Support 1-4 CH real-time video recording, has two resolutions 1080P@100fps；720P@100fps and
can figure the frame rate, data rate ,I frame interval etc.
Support 3G/4G Wireless communication and Ethernet communication.
Support Voice transmission and Voice intercom.
Support GPS positioning.
Video saved on the hard drive or TF card, TF card can be up to 64G and the hard drive can be up
to 2T （2000G）,the video files can be overwritten.
Support checking SD card storage and formatting the memory card.
Support browsing video through streaming video, TV wall, mobile phone and local monitoring.
Support regular video recording, motion detection video recording, planning video recording,
alarm video recording and video tracks

3 User Manual
When you get the device, first set all cable like pic. 2-2, then connect the device to the
computer with a network cable or the equipment and computer lines respectively connected to the
same router. After power supply,follow these steps to complete setting before first use

3.3 Date and time seeting

Click【Synchronized with the PC system time】，make device time consistent with the PC
system time.
3.4 Network parameter configuration
Configure network parameters is provided to enable the device to connect to
our server, complete the following configuration.
3.4.1 Video server configuration
The device supports 3G / 4G wireless networks and wired networks three access ways to
real-time view video and Recording.Users choose the corresponding mode in "Network
preference" item according their requirement .For further convenient configuration，please set the
device IP address same to computer,same gateway with The IP address option to set the device to
the local computer in the same segment of the IP address, gateway and PC Default Gateway .（IP
address and default gateway is the IP address and default gateway before local network
connection configuration .)After that you just put in “http://IP after configuration”when you
login .

After below configuration ，click “reset”to restart the device,put PC IP,default gateway ect.
Local network connection back to the configuration before local network connection.
