STEP 1
Attach the Front Side Rails (P5) to the Front Deck (P2) using six of the F3 bolts
(into the slats), two of the F5 bolts (into the front lip) and six of the barrel nuts
(F8).
When attaching the side rails, insert each bolt and tighten slightly one by one, not
fully tightening. Do not tighten one bolt all the way first, as the others won’t align.
STEP 2
Attach the Middle Side Rails (P6) to the Middle Deck (P3) using six of the F3 bolts
and six of the barrel nuts (F8).
If the rollers (F10) are not already attached, attach them to the Side Rails (P6)
using the two F1 bolts.

STEP 3
Attach the Back Legs (P10) to the Rear Side Panels (P7) using the four F2 bolts.
Then attach the “L” bracket (F11) using the four F6 screws.
STEP 4
Attach the Rear Side Panels (P7) to the Rear Deck (P4) using six of the F3 bolts
and six barrel nuts (F8).
STEP 5
Attach the Frame Supports (P9) to the Arms (P1) using the four F7 screws.
STEP 6
Attach the Stretcher Rails (P8) to the Arms (P1) using the eight F4 bolts and eight
barrel nuts (F8).
Keep the bolts loose so that you can insert the decks in the next section. These are
tightened once the decks are in position.

STEP 7
Join the Front Deck (P2) to the Middle Deck (P3) using two of the Clevis Pins
(F9).
STEP 8
Tilt the decks (as shown in the image) to inset them between the arms and slot the
rollers into the cut out grooves.
STEP 9
Attach the Rear Deck (P4) to the Middle Deck (P3) using the two remaining Clevis
Pins (F9).
