CCH4 STOVE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
SOMERSET IV

READ ALL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS.
Remove the top pot grate(s) and set aside.
1. Place stove upside down with the front facing forward. Install the 4 legs as shown
using M6 x 12MM Button Head Screws and 6MM lock washers. Note that the rear legs
use 4 screws each and the front legs use 2 screws each. Do not tighten hardware at
this point.

2. Install the top panel using the supplied screws as shown. Do not tighten hardware at
this point.
3. Install the bottom panel using the supplied screws as shown. Do not tighten
hardware at this point.
4. Install the bottom tray using M6 x 12MM Button Head Screws and 6MM lock washers
as shown. Do not tighten hardware at this point.
5. Tighten screw indicated before assembling wheels.
6. Install the axle through the cart and assemble wheels. Install axle nuts and tighten.
7. Install wheel caps onto wheels
8. Install leg levelers
9. Stand stove upright.

Tighten this screw before assembling wheels.

10. Install the 4 shelf brackets using M6 x 12MM Button Head Screws and 6MM lock
washers. Check width of brackets with shelf before tightening hardware.
11. Install the bottom strap as shown using M6 x 12MM Button Head Screws and 6MM
lock washers. Note: Do not use stove without this bottom strap installed.
12. Tighten all hardware.
13. Assemble side shelves by inserting hook over the bottom rod of the brackets. Lift
shelf up and rotate into upper rod. Press shelf down to lock into position.
14. Reinstall pot grates.
