Description of WARRANTY
Can-Dan Rehatec Ltd. As manufacturer warrants from the DATE OF DELIVERY TO
THE FIRST CONSUMER that each item described below, as NEW AND UNUSED, will
be free from any defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of:
Four (4) years on Change Table Frame
(Manufactured by Can-Dan Rehatec Ltd.)
Twi (2) yearson Linak Actuator
One (1) year for accessories
Accessories include: Hand Control
Table Top
Mattress
Safety Belts
Front Cover
Defective parts must be returned to Can-Dan Rehatec Ltd.
All parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Can-Dan Rehatec Ltd.
The warranty specifically excludes:
Normal wear and tear items;
Labour, parts and lubricant costs of all maintenance services;
Installation done by a non-authorized representative;
Damage resulting from improper repairs, modification or use of non-approved
part or repairs done by a non-authorized Can-Dan Rehatec representative;
Damage resulting from accident, fire, theft, vandalism or any Act of God.

Maintenance
Check the following regularly:
Check safety belts for signs of wear
Clean Velcro on table top and mattress
How to remove front acrylic cover:
Remove table top
Unscrew two ¼” bolts on top of front cover
Unplug the hand control from the power supply box
Replacement of Hand Control:
Follow instructions above on how to remove front cover
Remove two (2) screws on the side of the front cover (top and
bottom)
Lubrication of Wall Mounted Frame
One (1) time each year, REMOVE the front cover (follow instructions above)
and grease the steel track. Only use “Super Lube” Synthetic Grease with
Syncolon.
Check list for yearly maintenance

Safety Precautions
IMPORTANT
Please read these instructions carefully, note the safety instructions
and warnings. Use the product correctly and with care for the purpose
for which it is intended. Failure to do so may cause damage to property
and/or personal injury. Please keep this instruction manual safe for
future use.
Before using, always make certain:
Caregiver has received appropriate instructions and training
The Instruction Guide has been carefully studied and understood
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS:
Use a qualified person to maintain the table in good condition. Keep
it clean for best and safest performance.
Use this table for lifting purposes only. DO NOT use it for any other
purposes it is not designed to perform.
Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
DO NOT make any modifications to the lift
Ensure the individual is secured to the table using the two (2)
integrated safety belts provided
DO NOT, at any time, leave anything under the change table
Requires a GFI receptacle (15 amp)
Maximum Lifting Capacity: 250 lbs
NEVER LEAVE USER UNATTENDED ON TABLE
WARNING: The warnings, cautions and instructions discussed in this
instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations
that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common
sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product,
but must be supplied by the operator.
Operating and Handling Instructions
Unlock safety lock bracket (support bracket with padlock)
Unfold table (holding onto table at all times)
Using the hand control, the caregiver lowers the table to a height
where they can easily and safely transfer the individual from
wheelchair to padded table top.
Upon completion of transfer, the caregiver must secure the
individual using the two (2) integrated body safety belts provided.
Once the individual is safely secured to the change table, the
caregiver can proceed to raise the table to a comfortable working
position.
When finished using the change table, FOLD the table into it’s
upright positon .Use the safety lock bracket to hold and secure
the table top, lock with supplied padlock.
Before using, always make certain:
The Instruction Guide has been carefully studied and understood.
The caregiver has received the appropriate instruction and
training.
The individual is secured to the table with the two (2) integrated
safety belts.
At any time DO NOT store anything under the table top.
Requires a GFI receptacle (15 amp)
NEVER LEAVE USER UNATTENDED ON TABLE

Installation Instructions
For Load-Bearing Block Wall
Place MAIN frame against the wall
Adjust the legs to get the frame in level (use a level)
Hold the frame against the wall and pre-drill with 3/8” drill and install
“Single Expansion Shields”
Bring the frame back and fasten with 3/8” bolts
Must be installed on a load bearing block wall or re-enforced wall
approved by a structural engineer.
Engineer/Client of record to validate wall is a structural wall capable of
supporting change table with 250lbs weight rating.
Power Supply
Place the front cover up close to the frame and connect the plug from the
front cover to the power supply box.
Note: In slot on box
Front Cover
Place the front cover over MAIN frame and fasten with 1/4” bolt.
Scope of Application
The Wall Mount “Fold Up” Change Table is a lifting device. Through the
use of an electrically powered hand control, which is connected to a 24V
actuator, the table is lowered to the height of the wheelchair, enabling the
caregiver to provide transfer assistance onto the table in a safe manner.
Once on the table, the individual must be secured using the two (2)
integrated safety belts. The caregiver can then proceed to raise the table
to their ideal working height.
With a lifting capacity of 250 lbs., it is suitable for use in schools, clinics,
private homes, and other caregiving situations for children.
