Some of the illustrations shown in these instructions show the assembly
of 2axle kits for your convenience. The parts included with this kit are for
1axle kit.
Loosen the adjustment clamps on each of the dock legs by turning the clamp knobs counter-clockwise
(see image above) . This will free the legs so they may be taken o the dock. It is recommended to use one
person to hold a corner of the dock upwards while another person slides one leg o the dock at a time.
Do this for any legs which will be used in the installation of the axle assembly.

Unscrew any carriage Bolts connected to the feet (see above
image). The legs will be used in assembling the axle in step 3.
Install a clamp assembly for each side of the axle (AX1).

Use one person to hold a corner of the dock upwards. Insert one end of the axle assembly at a time into the
legs of the dock.* Perform this step for both axle assemblies. If there is more than one axle to install repeat
this step for the opposite end of the dock in. Adjust the legs appropriate to the depth of water you will
be installing the dock in. Turn the adjustment clamps clockwise to tighten the legs to your desired height.

RECOMMENDED
*PLEASE NOTE: Take care to insert both legs of the wheel kit into the dock frame evenly.
Do not try to force or insert one side of the wheel kit more than the other as this will cause unnecessary
binding.
Slide the Wheel(WL1) and Washer (W452) onto the assembled frame (See above). Slide open the retaining wire on the Hitch Pin
(GP1). Place the pin into the holes on either side of the Axle (AX1) (See above). Close the retaining wire on the Hitch Pin (GP1).
Repeat this step for all axle ends.
