a tripod. The built-in high-quality
Image Stabilizer even works while
panning or zooming.

Recording
Did you ever wish you could capture
video and photos at the same time?
The ZR400 is able to shoot VGA quality
(640 x 480 pixels) photos to a memory
card while recording video to tape. This
is ideal for those times when you want
to capture e-mail ready photos without
missing any of the action.
Low-Light Features
The camcorder’s Night Mode allows
you to capture video under low-light
conditions. It selects the ideal shutter
speed and sensitivity combination to
help brighten up the scene, without
sacrificing color. For shooting in dimmer
conditions, the Super Night Mode uses
a built-in LED lamp to provide extra
illumination.
Compact, Slim and Easy to Use
Offering a sleek, slim design, the cam-
corder is compact enough to carry any-
where—so you’ll never miss a precious
moment.
LCD Backlight
For shooting on bright, sunny days, the
LCD Backlight button improves the visi-
bility of the 2.4" LCD viewscreen, making
it easy to compose sensational shots.
Memory Card Slot
The ZR400 features a built-in slot for an
SD Memory Card or MultiMediaCard.
Easily transfer digital photos to your PC
directly from the camcorder using USB
and IEEE1394. You can also record movie
clips in Motion JPEG format for the full
length of the SD Memory Card. These
