Keep your arms tight against your body
while holding the camera firmly by the
sides. Using atripod is also effective.

3. Aim the camera at the subject.
4. Press the shutter button lightly (halfway) to focus.
•When the camera focuses, it beeps twice and the indicator lights
green (orange when the flash fires).
•If nblinks red, we recommend shooting with aflash
(p. 65) (the
message "Raise the flash" also appears
in tmID mode).
