the Clamp on Bath Rail.
• If any parts are missing or damaged, please do not return to the place of purchase. Please contact our free

cause personal injury and damage to the rail and/ or the tub.
• This bathtub afety rail provides support and increased stability for an individual weighing up to 250lbs. This
item is NOT designed to support the total weight of an individual. Use the bar for assistance only. The
maximum horizontal capacity is 100lbs.
• Ensure all the Clamp on Bath Rail is secured to the tub before each use.
• DO NOT over-tighten on fiberglass and or porcelain tubs as it may crack or damage them.
• CareCo assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper assembly or use of this
product.

Assembly Instructions:
1. Prior to assembly, wash the tub area where the rail will be installed. All contact surfaces must be clean, dry and free of any
residue to ensure a secure attachment.
2. Place washer on the screw clamp and insert into rail, then put the back plate on as shown in Fig 1 below:

3. Turn the screw in a clockwise direction till secure as shown in Fig 2 Below. DO NOT over tighten the clamp on fiber glass
or porcelain tubs as it may crack or damage them.
4. Verify that the Bathtub Safety Rail is secured by pulling it from side to side and front to back. If it moves, tighten again in
the desired position.
WARNING: The safety rail may require tightening from time to time. Check periodically and tighten again when needed.
Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Inspect the bathtub safety rail weekly and tighten as needed to ensure proper installation.
2. To clean; wash it with soap and water or a mild detergent, then rinse
