Firstly, make sure it is in the Timekeeping Mode.
DST Setting Module : 3159
Press (C) button once.
<Timekeeping Mode Screen>
-Upper display
Day of week, Date
-Lower display
Current time

If you don't know which mode it is,
press (C) button several times to
change the mode.
In the Timekeeping Mode, hold
down (A) button until the city
code starts to flash.

Current DST setting will appear.

Use (D) button to toggle ON and OFF.
Press (A) button to exit the setting screen.
