benötigt; verwenden Sie kein Standard-USB-
Kabel. Sollten Sie dieses Kabel nicht haben,
können Sie es in unserem Internetshop
erwerben.
•Zum Installieren der Software und Treiber
benötigen Sie unter Umständen
Administratorrechte auf Ihrem Computer.
•Achtung: Kontrollieren Sie, ob Sie die richtige
Software (passend für Ihren Gerätetyp)
ausgewählt haben. Unpassende Software kann
Schäden an Ihrem Gerät verursachen.

Bei anderen Geräte Versionen kann diese Software zu Schäden an den Platinen oder Sensoren führen

Vorbereitende der Installation:
1. Laden Sie das Installationspaket von unserer Webseite www.cce.tm herunter und speichern Sie es auf Ihrem Computer.
2. Entpacken Sie das Paket (z.B. mit WinZIP, kostenlos im Internet erhältlich). Das Starten des Programmes aus der ZIP Datei
heraus funktioniert nicht!
3. Wählen Sie den zu Ihrer Windows Version passenden Kabeltreiber aus und installieren Sie ihn. Bitte beachten Sie, dass
Windows dem Kabel einen der ersten vier COM Ports zuweist. Höhere COM Ports werden von der Software nicht
erkannt. Informationen zur Einstellung finden Sie im Windows Gerätemanager.
4. Stecken Sie das Netzkabel Ihrer CCE 340 in die Steckdose. Nun verbinden Sie Ihr Gerät über das Updatekabel mit dem USB
Port Ihres Computers.
Um die neuen 50,00 Euro Banknoten zu erkennen, müssen zwei Updatevorgänge durchgeführt werden. Bitte schließen Sie beide
Updatevorgänge ab. Bitte beachten Sie außerdem, dass am Ende des Updatevorganges alle Währungen bis auf den Euro deaktiviert
sind und wieder aktiviert werden müssen. Eine entsprechende Anleitung dazu, finden Sie am Ende des Updatevorganges.
Updaten 3D Master Board:
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät über den rückseitigen Schalter an und warten Sie, bis das Gerät den Selbsttest beendet hat.
2. Öffnen Sie in Ihrem Windows Explorer den Datei-Ordner, in den Sie die Daten entpackt haben.
3. Öffnen Sie durch Doppelklick die Datei „ CCE Programmer 2014“
4. Klicken Sie auf den Button „LOAD FILE“ und wählen Sie die Software aus dem entpackten Ordner aus, deren Name mit
„3DMasterBoard“ beginnt.
5. Klicken Sie auf den Button „Update Soft“. Das Programm fragt Sie nun, ob Sie das 3D Master Board updaten möchten
(„Update Software of 3D Master Board, Continue?). Bitte bestätigen Sie diese Anfrage durch Anklicken von „YES“.
6. Das Display des Gerätes zeigt nun die Meldung „Downloading 3D“ und im Updateprogramm sehen Sie den
Fortschrittsbalken.
7. Sobald das Update abgeschlossen ist, meldet das Programm „Programm Target Success“ und es erlischt die Nachricht im
Gerätedisplay. Schalten Sie das Gerät nun aus und schließen Sie das Updateprogramm.
Updaten Währungsdatei:
1. Halten Sie die Taste „RESTART“ gedrückt und schalten Sie das Gerät über den rückseitigen Schalter an. Sie erhalten dann
die Meldung im Display des Gerätes: „Downloading Please Wait…“ Das Gerät befindet sich nun im Updatemodus für das
Währungsupdate.
2. Öffnen Sie in Ihrem Windows Explorer den Datei-Ordner, in den Sie die Daten entpackt haben.
3. Öffnen Sie durch Doppelklick die Datei „ CCE Programmer 2014“
4. Klicken Sie auf „Load File“ und wählen Sie die gewünschte Währungsdatei aus dem entpackten Ordner aus, deren
Dateiname mit „CCE340MULTI(VB)“ beginnt. Sie erhalten vom System eine Meldung, dass die Währungsdatei nicht
zugewiesen werden konnte: „Can't identify software information from file, Select target?“ Bitte bestätigen Sie diese Anfrage
mit YES.
5. Wählen Sie die Option „Main Board“ aus.

6. Klicken Sie auf „Update Soft“ um den Update-Prozess zu starten. Sie werden vom Programm aufgefordert zu bestätigen,
dass sie das Main Board updaten möchten: „Update software of mainboard, Continue?“ Bitte bestätigen Sie diese Anfrage
mit YES.
7. Sobald das Update beendet ist führt das Gerät automatisch einen Neustart und eine Überprüfung der Sensoren durch.
Sollte dieser Neustart und der Testmodus ausbleiben, drücken Sie bitte die „RESTART“ um den Neustart manuell
auszuführen. Die Update Software meldet nach Fertigstellung des Updates „Programm Target Success“
8. Sollte das Display die Meldung “Internal Memory Fault“ nach dem Updatevorgang anzeigen, bitte die Taste „RESTART“ für
einen Neustart drücken.
Sollten Sie Probleme bei der Installation haben, steht Ihnen als weitere Möglichkeit unser Updateservice zur
Verfügung. Sie finden das entsprechende Formular in dem Softwarepaket, dass Sie von unserer Webseite
heruntergeladen haben.
Aktivieren von Währungen:
1. Halten Sie die Taste „MODE“ gedrückt und schalten Sie das Gerät über den rückseitigen Schalter an. Sie erhalten dann die
Meldung im Display des Gerätes: „Note Type Select“.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste „RESTART“ einmal. Sie erhalten dann die Meldung im Display des Gerätes: „-A- EUR“.
3. Mit der Taste „CUR“ wechseln Sie zwischen den Währungen, die in der Maschine installiert sind, hin und her.
4. Mit der Taste „MODE“ schalten Sie die Währungen auf aktiv (Anzeige „A“ über dem Währungskürzel) oder auf inaktiv
(Anzeige „0“ über dem Währungskürzel).
5. Drücken Sie einmal die Taste „RESTART“, das Gerät startet nun neu und führt den Selbsttest durch und ist nach Abschluss
des selbigen wieder einsatzbereit.

Update Instruction CCE 340 Multi ENGLISH
Only for devices with a serial number from 340 M-000651
For other devices this software versions can lead to damage to the boards or sensors
Preparing the installation:
1. Download the update software packet from our website www.cce.tm and save the file on your computer.
2. Unpack the file (e.g. with WinZIP, which is available for download free of charge from the internet).
3. Install the cable driver that is compatible with your Windows version. Please note that Windows assigns to the cable one
of the first four COM ports. Higher COM ports are not recognized by the software.
Information for the settings can be found in Windows Device Manager.
4. Connect the CCE 340 to a wall socket, and via the update cable to your computer
In order to recognize the new 50,00 Euro banknote, two update processes must be executed. Please note that at the end of the
update all currencies except the Euro are deactivated. You will find an instruction at the end of this manual, how to activate the
currencies.
Update 3D Master Board:
1. Switch on the device via the rear sided switch and wait until the unit has completed the self-test.
2. Open in your Windows Explorer the file folder where you have extracted the data.
3. Open via double click the "CCE Programmer 2014" file
4. Click on the button "LOAD FILE" and choose the file from the extracted folder whose name begins with
"3DMasterBoard".
5. Click on the button “UPDATE SOFT” to start the process. The program will ask you whether you want to update the 3D
Master Board ("Update Software of 3D Master Board, Continue?). Please confirm this request by clicking on "YES".
6. The display of the device now shows the message "Downloading 3D" and at the update program, you see the progress bar.
7. Once the update is complete, the device display is cleared and the update program shows “Program Target Success”. Turn
off the machine now and close the update program.
Update Currency File:
1. Hold down the "RESTART" button and turn on the device via the rear sided switch. Then you get the message on the
display of the device: "Downloading Please Wait ..." The unit is now in update mode for the currency update.
2. Open in your Windows Explorer the file folder where you have extracted the data.
3. Open via double click the "CCE Programmer 2014" file
4. Click on the button "LOAD FILE" and choose the file from the extracted folder whose name begins with "CCE340_NEO".
You will receive a system message: "Can not identify software information from file, select target?" Please confirm this
request with YES.
5. Select the "MainBoard" option.
6. Click "Update Soft" to start the update process. You will be asked to confirm the program that you want to update the
mainboard: "Update software of mainboard, Continue?" Please confirm this request with YES.
7. Once the update is completed, the unit will automatically reboot and a make a selftest of the sensors. If this reboot and
test mode does not start automatically, please press the "RESTART" to restart the run manually. The update program
shows “Program Target Success” if the software was installed successfully.

8. Please check after the update, whether the update was successful. For this purpose, compare the display in the update
program at "File Size" and "Send Size". They should be the same. If this is not the case, repeat the entire update process
again.
9. Should the display show the message "Internal Memory Fault" after the update process, please press the "RESTART" button
to restart the device.
If you have any problems with the installation, you can use as also our update service. You will find the form
in the software package that you downloaded from our website.
Activation of currencies:
1. Press and hold the "MODE" button and switch on the device via the rear sided switch. Then you get the message on
the display of the device: „Note Type Select“.
2. Press the "RESTART" once. Then you get the message on the display of the device: „-A- EUR“.
3. Press the "CUR" to switch between the currencies that are installed in the machine
4. With the "MODE" button you turn the currencies to active ("A" under the currency abbreviation) or inactive (display
"0" under the currency abbreviation).
5. Once you have selected your default currency on the display, press the "Restart" to save the settings.
6. Press once the button “RESTART”, the device will now reboot and start the self-test and is ready for use again after
the test.
