1.  Feitian.zip 2 FoldersWindows XP Windows 
Unzip Feitian.zip to 2 Folders separate to Windows XP andWindows .

Light indicator status

Light indicator status

Explaination

Orange light is flashing

Computer detects Smart Card reader

Orange is turn on

Smart Card Reader is established

Blue and Orange light are turn
on

Card insert into Smart Card Reader

Blue and Orange light are
flashing

Retrieve data from card

Condition of Use
1. windows 7, windows 8, windows 1032 bit
64 bit
Computer must install windows 7, windows 8 and windows 10 and useable on 32 bit
operating system or 64 bit operating system.
2. Driver Windows XP Windows Offline ( Windows 7
Windows 8, 10 Driver)
Install Driver on Windows XP andWindows Offline. (no need to install driver for Windows

Instructions for using an Smart Card Reader
1. USB 
Plug USB into Computer
2. 
Open an application
3. Windows Smartcard 


Insert card properly and wait until Blue and Orange light are turn on.
