7] Preliminary recommendations
• Installation and testing must be carried out only by qualied personnel to guarantee the
correct and safe functionality of the automatic gate.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages deriving from any incorrect
installation due to incapacity and / or negligence.
• Before proceeding with the installation of the automation, check that the gate is fully
functional, well incardinated to its hinges and properly lubricated as well as in compliance
with the safety regulations in force in the country where the installation is carried out.
8] Installation details
• Before proceeding to x the supplied brackets, determine the dimensions using the
information shown in Table 1, taking into account that they are valid if the operator is in the
position of maximum extension minus one centimeter of the available travel (CD) when the
gate is closed, for the maximum operating efciency.
• The data B of the table, with reference to the individual values of A, are to be considered as
suggested values
• To x the operator, use the supplied xing brackets.
1 - Determine the value A+ B you want to use.
2 - Note 1: The usable travel Cu of the
actuator must never be equal to or greater
than the available travel Cd
3 - Note 2: The sum of the A + B values
determines the travel Cu used.

9] Fixing plates mounting
Fix the back plate to the pillar. (Fig 1)
Anchor the back of the actuator to the plate
and secure it rmly. (Fig 2)
Warning! When determining the height from the ground at which xing the plate on the pillar
(FIG.1), keep present that the plate on the gate must be xed at the same level (FIG.3).
1 - Fix the front anchor plate to the actuator. (FIG.4)
2 - Close the gate.
3 - Approach the actuator with the plate at the gate
already set.
4 - Bring the attachment to the end of the stroke, bring
it back about 1cm and mark the position of the plate.
5 - Perform the same operation of the opening
6 - If the positions correspond, x rmly the plate on
the gate otherwise review the values A and B of Table 1

To release the actuator,
insert the key supplied in
the carriage pin.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
• The installation must be performed by professionally competent personnel and in compliance with applicable
local, state, national and European legislation.
• Before starting the installation check the integrity of the product.
• Installation, electrical connections and adjustments must be made a “Rule of art”.
• Packaging materials (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene, etc.) must not be released into the environment and
must not be left within reach of children as potential sources of danger.
• Do not install the product in areas where there is a danger of explosion or high electromagnetic elds. The
presence of ammable gases or fumes is a serious danger for the safety.
• Provide protection against overvoltage on the power supply network, a switch / disconnector and / or
differential suitable for the product and in compliance with the current regulations.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility if devices are installed and / or incompatible components for the
purposes of product integrity, safety and safety operation.
• Only original spare parts should be used for repairing or replacing defective parts.
• The installer must provide all information regarding operation, maintenance and the use of the individual
components, parts and the whole system.

7] Raccomandazioni preliminari
• Le operazioni di installazione e collaudo devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualicato
ai ni di garantire la corretta e sicura funzionalità del cancello automatico.
• La casa costruttrice, declina ogni responsabilità per i danni derivati da eventuali errate
installazioni dovute ad incapacità e/o negligenza.
• Prima di procedere al montaggio dell’automatismo, si verichi che il cancello sia
perfettamente funzionante, ben incardinato alle proprie cerniere e opportunamente lubricato
nonché rispondente alle normative sulla sicurezza vigente nel Paese dove viene effettuata
l’installazione.
8] Modalità d’installazione
1 - Prima di procedere al ssaggio delle staffe in dotazione, determinare le quote utilizzando i
dati riportati nella Tabella 1, tenendo conto che sono validi se l’attuatore è in posizione di
massima estensione meno un centimetro della corsa disponibile (CD) quando il cancello è
chiuso per ottenere la massima efcienza di funzionamento.
2 - I dati B in tabella, con riferimento ai singoli valori di A, sono da considerarsi come valori
(consigliati)
3 - Per l’ancoraggio del pistone utilizzare le staffe di ssaggio in dotazione
1- Stabilire la quota A + B che si desidera
utilizzare.
2- Nota 1: La corsa utilizzabile Cu
dell’attuatore non dovrà mai essere uguale o
superiore alla corsa disponibile Cd
3- Nota 2: La somma delle quote A + B,
determina la corsa utilizzata Cu .

9] Installazione piastre di ssaggio
Fissare la piastra posteriore al pilastro.(FIG. 1)
Ancorare la parte posteriore dell’attuatore alla
piastra e ssarla saldamente. ( FIG. 2)
Procedura di sblocco
Per effettuare lo sblocco
dell’attuatore inserire la chiave
in dotazione nel perno del
carrello.
Ruotare di 90° la chiave ed
effettuare lo sblocco.
Attenzione! Nel determinare l’altezza da terra a cui ssare la piastra sul
pilastro (FIG.1), tenere conto che la piastra per l’ancoraggio del pistone sul cancello
deve essere ssata allo stesso livello. (FIG.3)

L’attuatore può essere dotato di necorsa meccanico in apertura e/o in chiusura (optional).
Per effettuare la regolazione allentare le viti situate sul necorsa e spostarlo nella posizione
desiderata.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
• L’installazione deve essere eseguita da personale professionalmente competente e inosservanza
della legislazione locale, statale, nazionale ed europee vigente.
• Prima di iniziare l’installazione vericare l’integrità del prodotto.
• La posa in opera, i collegamenti elettrici e le regolazioni devono essere effettuati a “Regola
d’arte”.
• I materiali d’imballaggio (cartone, plastica, polistirolo, ecc.) non vanno dispersi nell’ambiente e
non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
• Non installare il prodotto in ambienti a pericolo di esplosione o disturbati da campi elettromagnetici.
La presenza di gas o fumi inammabili costituisce un grave pericolo per la sicurezza.
• Prevedere sulla rete di alimentazione una protezione per extratensioni, un interruttore/
sezionatore e/o differenziale adeguati al prodotto e in conformità alle normative vigenti.
• Il costruttore declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità qualora vengano installati dei dispositivi e/o
componenti incompatibili ai ni dell’integrità del prodotto, della sicurezza e del funzionamento.
• Per la riparazione o sostituzione delle parti dovranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente ricambi

• L’installatore deve fornire tutte le informazioni relative al funzionamento, alla manutenzione e

7] Considérations pour l’installation
• Les opérations d’installation et de contrôle doivent être effectuées uniquement par du
personnel qualié en vue d’assurer le fonctionnement correct et sûr de la grille automatique.
• La société , décline toute responsabilité concernant les dommages découlant d’une mauvaise
installation par incapacité et/ou négligence.
• Avant de procéder au montage de l’automatisme, s’assurer que la grille fonctionne
parfaitement, en pivotant bien sur des gonds, et qu’elle est bien lubriée et conforme aux
normes de sécurité en vigueur dans le pays d’installation.
8] Modalités d’installation
1. Avant de procéder à la xation des étriers fournies, déterminer la hauteur sur la base des
données fournies dans le Tableau 1, en tenant compte du fait qu’elles sont valables si
l’actionneur est en position d’extension maximale moins un centimètre de la course disponible
(CD) quand la grille est fermée pour obtenir le maximum d’efcacité de fonctionnement.
2. Les données B dans le tableau, en référence aux différentes valeurs de A, doivent être
considérées comme des valeurs conseillées.
3. Pour la xation du piston, utiliser les étriers de xation fournis.

souhaite utiliser
2- Note 1: La course utilisable (CU) de
l’actionneur ne devra jamais être égale
ou supérieure à la course disponible (CD).
3- Note 2: La somme des valeurs
A + B,détermine la course utilisée CU .

9] Installation des plaques de xation
Fixer la plaque postérieur sur le pilon.(FIG. 1)
Ancrer la partie arrière du piston à la plaque et la
xer solidement ( FIG. 2)
Procédure de déblocage
Pour déverrouiller le piston
insérer la clé fournie dans la
goupille.
Tourner de 90 ° la clé pour
déverrouiller.
Attention! Lorsque l’on établit la hauteur du sol à laquelle xer la plaque sur le pilon
(FIG.1), tenir compte que la plaque pour l’ancrage du piston sur la grille doit être
xée au même niveau (FIG.3)
1- Monter la plaque d’ancrage sur le piston (FIG.4)
2- Fermer la grille.
3- Approcher le piston à la grille avec la plaque déjà
montée.
4- Amener l’attache en n de course, diminuer d‘environ
1 cm de course et
marquer la position de la plaque..
5- Repeter la meme operation en ouverture.
6- Si les positions correspondent, xer la plaque sur le
portail ; autrement reviser les cotes A et B (table 1)
