7] Preliminary recommendations
• Installation and testing must be carried out only by qualied personnel to guarantee the
correct and safe functionality of the automatic gate.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages deriving from any incorrect
installation due to incapacity and / or negligence.
• Before proceeding with the installation of the automation, check that the gate is fully
functional, well incardinated to its hinges and properly lubricated, as well as in compliance
with the safety regulations in force in the country where it is carried out the installation.

Introductory notes
Make an excavation suitable to contain the foundation box, determine the opening angle to be
obtained, insert the sheath for the passage of the power cable, drill holes in the ground for water
drainage and wall the box well balanced.

FIXING OF THE FOUNDATION BOX
Make an excavation suitable for containing
the foundation box of the gearmotor (C1)
Insert the sheath for water drainage in the
prepared hole (F1)
Insert the sheath for the passage of the
power cable into the prepared hole (F2).
Note: when positioning the foundation box,
keep the minimum distance between the
pillar and the rotation center of the gate
hinge.
Cement so that the box cannot be moved,
wait drying and proceed with the assembly
of the gearmotor and the levers.

ASSEMBLING THE GEARMOTOR AND THE LEVERS
Insert the gearmotor into the box and secure
with the nuts and washers supplied.
Insert the ball into the pin on the box and
engage the gate anchor lever (L1)
Insert the connection lever (L2) between the
levers (L3) and (L1) and lock with the screws
and washers supplied

FIXING THE GEARMOTOR LEVER TO THE GATE
Insert and x the cover with the provided screws
Position the gate leaf and the lever (L1) so
that they are perfectly aligned and x them by
welding or other.

EMERGENCY UNBLOCKING PROCEDURE
Insert the supplied key C into the
appropriate hole (V), which is located
on the Lever L1.
Turn the key.

9] Troubleshooting

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
• The installation must be performed by professionally competent personnel and in compliance with applicable
local, state, national and European legislation.
• Before starting the installation check the integrity of the product.
• Installation, electrical connections and adjustments must be made a “Rule of art”.
• Packaging materials (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene, etc.) must not be released into the environment and
must not be left within reach of children as potential sources of danger.
• Do not install the product in areas where there is a danger of explosion or high electromagnetic elds. The
presence of ammable gases or fumes is a serious danger for the safety.
• Provide protection against overvoltage on the power supply network, a switch / disconnector and / or
differential suitable for the product and in compliance with the current regulations.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility if devices are installed and / or incompatible components for the
purposes of product integrity, safety and safety operation.

7] Raccomandazioni preliminari
• Le operazioni di installazione e collaudo devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualicato
ai ni di garantire la corretta e sicura funzionalità del cancello automatico.
• La casa costruttrice, declina ogni responsabilità per i danni derivati da eventuali errate
installazioni dovute ad incapacità e/o negligenza.
• Prima di procedere al montaggio dell’automatismo, si verichi che il cancello sia
perfettamente funzionante, ben incardinato alle proprie cerniere e opportunamente lubricato
nonché rispondente alle normative sulla sicurezza vigente nel Paese dove viene effettuata
l’installazione.
8] Modalità d’installazione
Note introduttive
Praticare uno scavo idoneo a contenere la cassa di fondazione, determinare l’angolo di apertura
che si vuole ottenere, inserire la guaina per il passaggio del cavo di alimentazione, praticare nel
terreno fori per il drenaggio dell’acqua e murare al cassetta in modo ben saldo.

PROCEDURA PER L’INSTALLAZIONE DELLA CASSETTA.
Praticare uno scavo idoneo a contenere la
cassetta portante del motoriduttore (C1)
Inserire la guaina per il drenaggio
dell’acqua nel foro predisposto (F1)
Inserire la guaina per il passaggio cavo di
alimentazione nel foro predisposto (F2).
Nota: nel posizionare la cassetta, tenere
conto della distanza minima che deve
esserci tra il pilastro e il centro di rotazione
della cerniera del cancello.
Cementare in modo che la cassetta non
possa subire spostamenti, attendere
l’essiccazione e procedere all’assemblaggio
del motoriduttore e delle leve.

PROCEDURA PER L’ASSEMBLAGGIO DEL MOTORIDUTTORE E LEVE.
Inserire il motoriduttore nella cassetta e ssare
con i dadi e rondelle in dotazione
Inserire la sfera nel perno posto sulla cassetta
e innestare la leva ancoraggio cancello (L1)
Inserire la leva di collegamento (L2) tra
le leve(L3) e (L1) e bloccare con le viti
e rondelle in dotazione

Inserire e ssare il coperchio con le apposite viti
in dotazione

in modo che siano perfettamente allineate e
