TA120 NOISE SENSOR MAINTENANCE GUIDE
EN
Noise measuring sensor
7. Start up the calibrator and wait a minimum of 30 seconds for the sound level to stabilize, since when
introducing the calibrator, transients that last several seconds may have been created.
8. Check the level on the CESVA Sensor Manager software. Ideally a 93.9 dB level should be dis-
played. Otherwise, the following actions must be carried out:
• If the value is between 93.4 dB and 94.4 dB, the sensor is set correctly.
• If the deviation is greater than 0.5 dB, but not greater than 1 dB, no action is required, but we
recommend keeping the TA120 under observation until the next verification. Si If in the next
check it is still within this range, adjust the sensitivity with the help of the sound calibrator and
the “CESVA Sensor Manager” software”.
• If the deviation is greater than 1.0 dB, TA120 should be sent to the CESVA technical service.
9. Turn off the CESVA calibrator, and remove it from the sensor carefully.
10. Carefully to not damage the microphone, insert TK120 outdoor kit. Screw clockwise using the base
kit.
11. Finally, remove the USB cable type B of the sensor and through a screwdriver type PH2x100, close
and lock the 4 screws on the front cover of the TA120 .
