Touch switch to begin hydrogen generation:
Touch twice for 3-minute mode, see green light on
Touch three times for 9-minute mode, see blue light on
Purpose #1. Use With Provided Cup (as shown in Figure 4)
1. Fill the cup to the water line and close tightly. Water should always be
poured between the water line and 1.5 cm (2/3 inch) above the water
line. Do not overfill or underfill.
2. Select 3- or 9-minute mode and begin to produce hydrogen. When
hydrogen production is complete, water is ready to drink.
Preparing for Use
1.Please fully charge the battery before use.
2. For the first use, unscrew the hydrogen generator base (base) (as
shown in Figure 1). Locate, and remove the silica gel cap on the base
(as shown in Figure 3). Reattach the base tightly to the cup to prevent
leakage during operation. Pour room temperature purified, filtered,
mineral, or distilled water into the provided cup and soak for 3 hours (as
shown in Figure 4). Discard the water and rinse a final time.
3. Once you have soaked the electrode plate/membrane inside the base
(as shown in Figure 3), perform an initial test run before the first use. Fill
the cup with water to the water line. Touch the switch twice to run the
3-minute mode. Discard the water and rinse.

Precautions
It is recommended to use the 9-minute mode every time you drink for
optimal hydrogen concentration. If you have less time, the 3-minute
mode is also very beneficial.
If the unit has been empty and the electrode plate has dried out, pour
30 ml (2 tbsp) of white vinegar into the cup and producing hydrogen
using the 9-minute mode setting. This will remove any bacteria and
calcium buildup. Perform a final rinse and the unit is ready for use.
Please reserve a small amount of water in the cup at all times to keep
the membrane wet to generate maximum hydrogen with each use.
Please do not operate dry. To avoid burning out the membrane, only
use with water in the bottle.
If the red light appears during hydrogen production process, please fully
recharge before continuing use.
To avoid damage never use detergent on device. To clean use only
white vinegar.
Water temperature should not exceed 60 °C/140°F. Never use boiling
water with this device.
Clean gently to avoid scratching the electrode or damaging the
platinum coating on the hydrogen generator. Use only a soft cloth and
never hard or abrasive objects.
Please do not put any of the components into the microwave.
Please do not submerge the unit completely in water.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product in any way.
Purpose #2. Portable Use with Water Bottle (as shown in Figure 5)
1. Separate the cap and base from the provided cup
( as shown in
Figure 1
).
2. For portability, screw the cap directly to the base ( as shown in Figure
2
). Unscrew cap and base when ready to hydrogen production with
water bottle.
3. Open your bottle and pour out a bit of water so the water line is
about 1.5 cm (2/3 inch) below the bottleneck. After creating space at
the top of the bottle, squeeze the water to the very top before screwing
on the base. This removes excess air and gives the hydrogen space to
generate.
4. Screw the base tightly onto the water bottle, making sure there are
no leaks. Turn the bottle over so base sits at the bottom.
5. Select hydrogen production mode and drink when complete. Total
generation time should not exceed 9 minutes to avoid the accumula-
tion of pressure inside the water bottle.
Purpose #3. Use with Hydrogen Inhalation Lid (as shown in
Figure 6)
1. Take out the hydrogen inhalation cap and tube. Take off the water
cap from the bottle.
2. Pour drinking water (purified water, filtered water, mineral water)
into the water bottle to the half position of the bottle. Then tighten the
hydrogen inhalation lid (accessories).
3. Insert the "bell mouth" of the nasal cannula onto the hydrogen
inhalation lid, and wear the other end on the nose.
4. Touch the switch two or three times continuously, and start the
hydrogen inhalation mode for three minutes or nine minutes. It can
operate repeatedly for multiple times of inhaling hydrogen.

Maintenance
Every 1 to 2 weeks of use, please clean base and cup by pouring a mix of
one part white vinegar and two parts water (ratio 1:2) and soak for a half
hour. Shake vigorously to clean. Rinse well before use. It is recommended
to use only purified, filtered, mineral, or distilled room-temperature water.
If using tap or less purified water, cleaning must be done more frequently
to prevent excessive calcium buildup.
To remove accumulated dirt on the lid, remove the silica gel membrane,
clean underneath, and reattach the membrane to the lid.
When activating the touch switch, make sure your finger is not too dry to
keep the bio-electricity strong enough to register.
When using the provided cup (as shown in Figure 4), always make sure
the base and top are screwed tightly to avoid water and hydrogen
leakage. When using the water bottle (as shown in Figure 5), make sure
the base is tightly screwed in and at the bottom when hydrogen producing
Please make sure the silicone plug cover is on the charging port at all
time to avoid water intake, especially during cleaning. Water entering this
area will damage the hydrogen generator and charging effectiveness.
Please do not overfill beyond water line to prevent water spillage.
Monitor the hydrogen production process for water droplets on the lid. If
water is observed, press the pressure relief valve in the middle of the lid
and pour out the water from the inside.
It is normal that drops of water will occasionally appear on the base during
hydrogen production
Sometimes during transportation the silica gel cap shifts and the water
that protects the membrane can accidentally enter the bottle. This might
result in the appearance of liquid or condensation upon opening and is
normal.
Proper hydration is important for good health. There is no limitation to the
amount of hydrogen water adults may consume. Children can consume
hydrogen water at the rate they normally drink regular water. We suggest
an average of 4 to 5 cups per day for adults.
Please do not drop the bottle on the ground when it is filled with water,
otherwise it may cause damage.
Please do not scrape the cup with a hard object, otherwise it may cause
scratches.

Hydrogen water can regulate blood sugar levels after prolonged
consumption. Diabetic patients should monitor their blood sugar and
consult with their doctor to adjust or reduce insulin if levels improve or
become normal as a result of regular hydrogen water consumption.
