ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
BASE ASSEMBLY
1. Place the 8mm x 25mm hex bolt upward through the front
hole in rear leg section and place matching left hand hole
in front leg section over bolt. *NOTE: If the target thrower
is to be mounted on a tire, the front leg should be reversed
and horizontal. See diagram at right and on page 5 !
2. Place corner hole of support leg over bolt and install 8mm
lock washer and 8mm hex nut. Place two 8mm x 20mm
bolts upward through remaining two holes and install
8mm lock washers and 8mm nuts. Tighten with wrench.
3. Place eye bolt in small hole of rear leg. Install 4mm nut and
tighten with wrench. Base assembly is complete.
4. If the target thrower is to be mounted on a tire, place 8mm
x 150mm long bolt down through center hole in rear leg
and through lug nut hole in wheel. Install 8mm at washer
and 8mm hex nut and tighten. If the rear leg section does
not clear the tire, proceed as follows: Remove the 8mm x
20mm bolt from rear of support leg and rear leg assembly.
Replace with 8mm x 150mm long bolt, install 8mm lock
washer and 8mm hex nut and retighten. Put 8mm x 150mm
long bolt down through lug nut hole in wheel, install 8mm
at washer and 8mm hex nut, then tighten.
5. If the target thrower is to be mounted on a solid foundation
such as a shooting bench, it is advisable to put rubber or
other suitable material between the target thrower and the
foundation in order to give a cushioning eect.
TRIGGER STOP ASSEMBLY
1. Place the stop on the throwing arm so holes are aligned
and the notch faces the near end of the throwing arm.
2. Insert 4mm aluminum post from inside the throwing arm
thru the holes, then screw the 4mm machine screws into
the post and tighten securely with a screwdriver.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED)
ELEVATION ARM ASSEMBLY
1. Hook one end of extension spring into small hole of
trigger, hook the other end into small hole in elevation
arm and test trigger by pivoting to make sure it moves
freely.
2. Place brass washer on shaft, followed by block assembly
with round base facing down.
3. Align holes, put aluminum throwing arm on block and
place plastic washer over exposed shaft. Snap E-clip
retainer completely into groove of shaft using a pair of
pliers.
4. Put 10mm lock washer on 10mm x 30mm bolt. Insert bolt
upward through hole closest to bronze bearing, place
10mm at washer over exposed threads and hand tighten
10mm hex nut.
5. Put black spring bushing on 10mm x 50mm hex bolt,
thread 10mm hex nut to within 1/16”of the spring
bushing (use thickness of gap gauge for proper
clearance), place 10mm lock washer on 10mm x 50mm
bolt, insert upward through hole in block, place 10mm
at washer over bolt and hand tighten 10mm nut.
6. Hold bolt head stationary with wrench and tighten both
nuts on top of the throwing arm with another wrench.
BE SURE A 1/16” GAP IS BETWEEN BLACK SPRING BUSHING
AND BOLT HEAD OF 10mm x 50mm BOLT.
WARNING: NEVER STORE, TRANSPORT OR
PERFORM MAINTENANCE WITHOUT FIRST
REMOVING TENSION SPRING.
TENSION SPRING ASSEMBLY
1. Place the 8mm x 90mm bolt into extended hook end
of tension spring so threads of bolt protrude through
tapered end of spring.
2. Place hook end of spring into groove around spring
bushing. With the hook end facing toward the right
side, insert the 8mm x 90mm bolt through rear hole of
elevation arm.
3. Install 8mm at washer and 8mm wingnut. Hand tighten
to remove spring slack. BE SURE SPRING STAYS IN GROOVE
OF SPRING BUSHING.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
1. Install the 8mm x 20mm carriage bolt through the square
hole of elevation arm and square hole of support leg,
then install 8mm at washer and hand tighten 8mm wing
nut.
2. Install 8mm x 20mm hex bolt through the round
elevation arm hole and round support leg hole, install
8mm lock washer and tighten 8mm hex nut with wrench.
3. Thread lanyard thru eye bolt and tie one end to trigger
and the other end to gap gauge.
4. Assembly is now complete. Please refer to operating
instructions before use.

STAY CLEAR OF THROWING ARM AT ALL TIMES. ALWAYS LOAD TARGETS FROM THE LEFT, REAR SIDE OF
TRAP.
NEVER STORE, TRANSPORT OR PERFORM MAINTENANCE WITHOUT FIRST REMOVING TENSION SPRING.
NEVER TURN TENSION ADJUSTMENT OR ELEVATION ADJUSTMENT WING NUTS WHEN THE THROWER IS
COCKED.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
POSITIONING
1. Position thrower in desired location.
2. Step rmly on each of the 3 ground spikes to rmly
implant. For maximum stability, the top of the base must be
embedded ush with the ground.
FLIGHT ANGLE & ELEVATION ADJUSTMENT
1. The elevation of the clay targets is adjustable by removing
the wing nut and moving it to another adjustment hole.
Never adjust the elevation angle while the thrower is
cocked.
2. The elevation wing nut must be re-tightened following the
adjustment.
3. Flight direction is determined by the location of the clay
target on the throwing arm.
COCKING THE THROWER
1. Stand on the left side and to the rear of the thrower base
when facing forward. NEVER STAND ON THE RIGHT SIDE!
2. Grasp top and end of throwing arm and rotate clockwise
until it catches in the trigger. Be sure that the throwing arm
is secured by the trigger before releasing.
CHECKING THE GAP
1. The throwing arm is designed to have a specic gap
between the upper and lower edges of the aluminum
throwing arm.
2. To check, use the gauge provided. If the gauge does not
enter, gently spread the upper part of the throwing arm until
the gauge slides easily the full length of the throwing arm.
DO NOT CHECK WITH THROWER COCKED!
LOADING
1. Place clay target on the throwing arm against the neoprene
strip.
WARNING: ALWAYS LOAD TARGETS FROM THE LEFT,
REAR SIDE OF TRAP.
LAUNCHING THE CLAY TARGETS
1. Pull lanyard while standing to the rear of the thrower.

INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE
ASSEMBLAGE DE LA BASE
1. Placer le boulon hexagonal 8 mm x 25 mm vers le haut dans
l’ouverture avant de la patte arrière puis, placer l’ouverture
gauche correspondante de la patte avant sur le boulon.
*REMARQUE : Si le lanceur de cibles doit être monté sur un pneu,
la patte avant devrait être en position inversée et horizontale.
Consulter le diagramme de droite et celui de la page 5!
2. Placer l’ouverture du coin de la patte de support par-dessus le
boulon; poser la rondelle frein 8 mm et l’écrou hexagonal 8 mm.
Placer deux boulons 8 mm x 20 mm vers le haut dans les deux
ouvertures restantes, suivies des rondelles 8 mm et des écrous 8
mm. Serrez le tout à l’aide d’une clé.
3. Placer le boulon à œillet dans la petite ouverture de la patte
arrière. Installer l’écrou 4 mm et serrer à l’aide d’une clé.
L’assemblage de la base est terminé.
4. Si le lanceur de cible doit être installé sur un pneu, insérer le
long boulon 8 mm x 150 mm dans l’ouverture centrale de la
patte arrière et dans l’ouverture prévue pour l’écrou de roue
dans la jante. Installer une rondelle plate 8 mm et un écrou
hexagonal 8 mm puis serrer. Si la section de la patte arrière ne
permet pas d’accommoder le pneu, procéder comme suit : retirer
le boulon 8 mm x 20 mm de l’arrière de la patte de support et
de l’assemblage de la patte arrière. Le remplacer par le long
boulon 8 mm x 150 mm; poser la rondelle frein 8 mm et l’écrou
hexagonal 8 mm puis resserrer. Placer le long boulon 8 mm x 150
mm dans l’ouverture prévue pour l’écrou de roue dans la jante,
poser une rondelle plate 8 mm et un écrou hexagonal 8 mm puis
resserrer.
5. Si on prévoit installer le lanceur de cibles sur une fondation
solide tel un banc de tir, il est conseillé de placer une surface de
caoutchouc ou tout autre matériel adéquat entre le lanceur de
cibles et la fondation pour un eet amortisseur.
ASSEMBLAGE DE LA BUTÉE DU DÉCLENCHEUR
1. Placer la butée sur le bras de lancement de façon à ce que les
ouvertures soient alignées et que l’encoche soit face à l’extrémité
rapprochée du bras de lancement.
2. Insérer la tige d’aluminium 4 mm de l’intérieur du bras de
lancement à travers les ouvertures puis visser les vis à métaux 4
mm et serrer fermement le tout à l’aide d’un tournevis.

INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE (SUITE)
ASSEMBLAGE DU BRAS D’ÉLÉVATION
1. Accrocher une extrémité du ressort d’extension dans la petite
ouverture du déclencheur, accrocher l’autre extrémité dans la
petite ouverture du bras d’élévation et tester le déclencheur en
le pivotant pour s’assurer qu’il bouge librement.
2. Placer la rondelle de laiton sur l’arbre, suivie du bloc de
montage avec la base ronde vers le bas.
3. Aligner les ouvertures, placer le bras de lancement en
aluminium sur le bloc et placer la rondelle de plastique sur
l’arbre exposé. Insérer complètement l’attache E-Clip dans la
fente de l’arbre à l’aide de pinces.
4. Placer la rondelle frein 10 mm sur le boulon 10 mm x 30
mm. Insérer le boulon vers le haut dans l’ouverture la plus
rapprochée du roulement en bronze, placer une rondelle plate
10 mm sur les lets exposés et un écrou hexagonal 10 mm puis
serrer manuellement.
5. Mettre la bague de ressort noir sur un boulon hexagonal 10
mm x 50 mm, visser l’écrou hexagonal 10 mm à moins de 1/16
po de la bague (utiliser l’épaisseur de la jauge d’espacement
pour le dégagement approprié); placer la rondelle frein 10
mm sur le boulon 10 mm x 50 mm, l’insérer vers le haut dans
l’ouverture du bloc, placer une rondelle plate 10 mm sur le
boulon et serrer manuellement l’écrou 10 mm.
6. Stabiliser la tête du boulon à l’aide d’une clé et serrer les deux
écrous situés sur le dessus du bras de lancement à l’aide d’une
autre clé. BIEN S’ASSURER D’AVOIR UN ESPACEMENT DE
1/16 PO ENTRE LA BAGUE DU RESSORT NOIR ET LA TÊTE DU
BOULON 10 mm X 50 mm.
AVERTISSEMENT: NE JAMAIS RANGER, TRANSPORTER
OU PROCÉDER À L’ENTRETIEN SANS D’ABORD RETIRER
LE RESSORT DE TENSION.
ASSEMBLAGE DU RESSORT DE TENSION
1. Placer le boulon 8 mm x 90 mm dans le crochet étendu du
ressort de tension de manière à ce que les lets du boulon
émergent de l’extrémité elée du ressort.
2. Insérer le bout à crochet du ressort dans la rainure située autour
de la bague du ressort. Avec le bout à crochet faisant face au
côté droit, insérer le boulon 8 mm x 90 mm dans l’ouverture
arrière du bras d’élévation.
3. Installer une rondelle plate 8 mm et un écrou à oreilles. Serrer
manuellement pour éliminer le relâchement du ressort.
S’ASSURER QUE LE RESSORT DEMEURE DANS LA RAINURE
DE LA BAGUE DU RESSORT.
ASSEMBLAGE FINAL
1. Insérer le boulon de carrosserie 8 mm x 20 mm dans l’ouverture
carrée du bras d’élévation et l’ouverture carrée de la patte
de support puis placer une rondelle plate 8 mm et serrer
manuellement l’écrou à oreilles 8 mm.
2. Insérer le boulon hexagonal 8 mm x 20 mm dans l’ouverture
ronde du bras d’élévation et l’ouverture ronde de la patte de
support puis placer une rondelle frein 8 mm et serrer l’écrou
hexagonal 8 mm à l’aide d’une clé.
3. Passer la lanière dans l’anneau du boulon à œillet; attacher
une des extrémités au déclencheur et l’autre à la jauge
d’espacement.
4. L’assemblage est maintenant terminé. Veuillez vous référer au
mode d’emploi avant d’utiliser cet appareil.

MODE D’EMPLOI
POSITIONNEMENT
1. Positionner le lanceur à l’emplacement désiré.
2. Appuyer fermement avec les pieds sur chacun des 3 piquets de sol
pour bien les planter. Pour une stabilité maximale, le dessus de la
base doit être à l’égalité du sol.
RÉGLAGE DE L’ANGLE DE VOL ET DE L’ÉLÉVATION
1. L’élévation des pigeons d’argile se règle en retirant l’écrou à oreilles
et en le déplaçant vers une autre ouverture de réglage. Ne jamais
régler l’angle d’élévation lorsque le lanceur est armé (« cocked »).
2. L’écrou à oreilles doit être resserré après l’ajustement.
3. La direction du vol est déterminée selon la position du pigeon
d’argile sur le bras de lancement.
ARMER LE LANCEUR
1. Se tenir debout du côté gauche et en arrière de la base du lanceur
lorsqu’on regarde vers l’avant. NE JAMAIS SE TENIR À LA DROITE
DU LANCEUR!
2. Saisir le dessus et le bout du bras de lancement et le tourner en
sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit engagé dans le déclencheur.
S’assurer que le bras de lancement est bien retenu par le
déclencheur avant de le relâcher.
VÉRIFIER L’ESPACEMENT
1. Le bras de lancement est conçu pour respecter un espacement
spécique entre les bords supérieur et inférieur du bras de
lancement en aluminium.
2. Vérier l’espacement à l’aide de la jauge fournie. Si la jauge n’entre
pas, séparer doucement la partie supérieure du bras de lancement
jusqu’à ce que la jauge glisse facilement tout le long du bras de
lancement. NE PAS VÉRIFIER LORSQUE LE LANCEUR EST ARMÉ!
CHARGEMENT
1. Placer le pigeon d’argile sur le bras de lancement, contre la bande
de néoprène.
AVERTISSEMENT: TOUJOURS RECHARGER LES CIBLES À
PARTIR DU CÔTÉ GAUCHE ARRIÈRE DU LANCEUR.
LANCEMENT DES PIGEONS D’ARGILE.
1. Tirer sur la lanière en vous tenant debout à l’arrière du lanceur.
