Safety Guidelines
•This grill is intended for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Do not attempt to use this grill in an
enclosed area or under an overhead cover of any kind, including a tent, patio cover or any
other building.
•Do not use grill with in 36” of any combustible material. Combustible materials include,
but are not limited to wood, or treated wood decks, patios, porches, walls, vehicles,
gasoline, lighter fluid, or any other flammable liquid.
•Do not add charcoal lighter fluid or charcoal that is pre-soaked in lighter fluid to hot or
warm charcoal.
•Do not use gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, or any other highly flammable liquid, except for
lighter fluid that is intended for lighting charcoal. Be sure to follow lighting instructions
on carton. Be sure to clean up any spills before lighting charcoal.
•Place grill outside on a firm level surface that will NOT burn or melt.
•Do not use morethan 5 pound of charcoal in this grill.
•Do not leave hot grill unattended or where children or pets are present.
•Do not attempt to move grill once it has been lit or while it is still hot.
•Do not use grill unless all parts are in working condition and in place. Never use grill
without the ash catcher attached (if equipped).
•Grill will be extremely hot while in use, always use proper cooking mitts and utensils while
cooking, or adjusting cooking or charcoal grates. Avoid skin contact with hot grill.
•To extinguish charcoal, close all vents and place lid on grill until coals are completely out.
•Do not remove ashes or used coals from grill, until coals are completely burned out and
fully extinguished.
•Do not use in windy conditions.
•Lid will be very hot; avoid setting hot lid on grass, carpet, furniture or deck.

Step 1
Attach lid vent (I) to top lid (A) by
inserting lid vent bolt (2) through lid vent
(I) and top lid (A). Attach nut (4) onto bolt
(2).
Step 2
Attached handles (M) by inserting handle
screw (5) through metal washer (7) through
lid (A), through nylon washer (9), and into
handle. Repeat step for bottom bowl
handle.
Tighten hardware
Step 3
Leg Assembly
Note: Handle on bottom bowl (B) faces the
front of the grill, opposite the wheels.
Attach stationary legs (G), by inserting leg
bolt (1) through washer (8), bottom bowl
(B), leg bowl (L), and into legs (G). Repeat
step for wheel legs (H).
Step 4
Wire rack Assembly
Insert the longer threaded ends on rack (K)
through the wheel legs (H), washers (10),
and wheels (J), attach with lock nut (6).
Stationary legs are attached to shorter
threaded ends of wire rack in the same
manner.
Tighten Hardware

Step 5
Hinge Assembly
Attach upper right hinge (N) to top lid (A),
by inserting hinge bolt (3) through washer
(7), top lid (A) nylon washer (9) and into
hinge (N). Repeat steps for all hinges.
Tighten hardware
Step 6
Attach top lid (A) to bottom bowl (B)
Align holes in upper and lower hinges.
Insert pin (11) through both hinges and
insert cotter pin (12) through hole in end
of pin

Step 7
Slide Ash Catcher (F) into slots on underside of bottom bowl. Insert wire ends of
condiment rack (P) into holes on stationary legs. Insert charcoal rack (D) and cooking
grid (C). Insert wire ends of warming rack (E) into holes on both the top and bottom
bowls.
Your charcoal grill is now ready to be used. Be sure to follow all warnings and
safety guidelines before using.
Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this grill for replacement or repair of parts for a period of 90 days from original date
of purchase. Paint is not warranted and may require touchup. The original sales receipt is required for all
warranty claims. This warranty is limited to non-commercial residential use only. This warranty does not
cover normal wear and tear, damages resulting from abuse, misuse, weather, or accidental damages. This
warranty excludes incidental or consequential cost due to damages, injuries or losses of property of any
nature. Please read and understand all instructions and warnings before using this item. NOTICE: Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may or may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to
