reflection from structures, objects and people.
a. Field strengths from fixed transmitters, such as base stations for radio (cellular/cordless) telephones and land
mobile radios, amateur radio, AM and FM radio broadcast and TV broadcast cannot be predicted theoretically
with accuracy. To assess the electromagnetic environment due to fixed RF transmitters, an electromagnetic
site survey should be considered. If the measured observed, additional measures may be necessary, such as
re-orienting or relocating the MS-3400-1.
b. Over the frequency range 150KHz to 80MHz, field strengths should be less than 3V/m.

The MS-3400-1 is intended for use in the electromagnetic environment in which
radiated RF disturbances are controlled. The customer or the user of the
MS-3400-1 can help prevent electromagnetic interference by maintaining a
minimum distance between portable and mobile RF communications equipment
(transmitters) and the MS-3400-1 as recommended below, according to the
maximum output power of the communications equipment.

For transmitters rated at a maximum output power not listed above, the
recommended separation distance d in metres (m) can be estimated using the
equation applicable to the frequency of the transmitter, where p is the maximum
output power rating of the transmitter in watts (W) according to the transmitter
manufacturer.

the display will return to zero for the second time weighing of
the gross weight.
3. Place the gross object/person to be weighed (Including the
tare object on the tread platform)
4. The weighing result is the Net weight of the item / person.
5. To delete the saved tare value, remove the tare object from
the tread platform and press [TARE] key.
CONNECTING AC ADAPTER
Plug in AC adapter or put in batteries as power source.
(For rechargeable version)
Please connect to AC adapter to charge your scale for at least 14 hours

HOW TO USE HOLD FEATURE
By using the HOLD function the identified weight will be stored and is
shown on the display even if you stepped already off the scale.
1) Press ON/ZERO/OFF to turn on the scale.
2) Step on the scale, wait until stable zero symbol Oappears.
3) Press HOLD/BMI while subject is being weighed.
4) An arrow will blink and point HOLD mark on the panel.
5) Step off the scale, and the weight value will continue showing
on the display.
6) Press HOLD/BMI again to disable HOLD function.
HOW TO USE BMI (Body Mass Index)
1) Press HOLD/BMI for at least 3 seconds to enter BMI setting mode.
2) A pre-set height value (in centimeter) will show, and the first
digit will blink.
3) Press UNIT/WEIGHT to change the value.
4) Press HOLD/BMI to set next digit.
5) Input height value of weighed person digit by digit.
6) When input completed, press TARE, and 0.0kg will shown on
the display.
7) Step on the platform, and the display will show the weight and
BMI value alternately.
8) Step down and press HOLD/BMI to leave BMI setting mode.
USING TARE FUNCTION
[TARE] key function allows the user to deduct the excess weight of a
single tare object value (additional loads or clothes) from the display
reading, thus calculate the actual net weight of the object/ person.
