Thank you for purchasing the H2-BP(model name of Automated Electronic Sphygmomanometer made by
Charmcare Co., Ltd. ("Charmcare")} ). For the safe operation of this product, it is recommended that you read this
user manual thoroughly before using.
This sphygmomanometer is a "Medical Device" suitable for IEC80601-2-30 and is an electronic device that
measures blood pressure indirectly (non-invasive). It's cuff is automatically pressurized and is intended for the
indication of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate.

· Please do not adjust dosage on your discretion according to the measurement results.
· Please take your medicine according to your physician's prescription.
· Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension is only possible with your physician.
· Please consult with your physician before using, if you have any of the symptoms below.
- Arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation,
arteriosclerosis, poor circulation, diabetes, aging, pregnancy,
pregnancy addiction {pregnancy, preeclampsia, or kidney disease}, kidney disease.
· During the measurement, blood pressure measurements may be affected by movement, trembling, chills, etc.
· Please do not make measurements on wrists that are injured or under treatment.
· Please do not press the cuff around any wound which could make the wound worse.
· Please do not use cuffs on intravenous or transfused arms.
· Please consult with your physician in advance if you are measuring an arm with arteriovenous (AV) shunt.
· Please do not use this product with other electronic medical products together; hence mutual interference may
undermine the intended purpose.
· Please do not use in the vicinity of HF surgical instruments, MRI, CT scanners, or in environments with high
oxygen concentrations.
· Please keep the charging cable away from infants, toddlers, or children; hence the small parts are likely to cause
suffocation if swallowd.
· Please stop the usage of this product and consult with a physician if you feel any pain or other abnormalities on
your skin.
· Please do not use this product on infants, toddlers, children, or people who cannot express themselves.
· Please consult with your physician before using this product if you have severe blood flow problems or blood
disorders as cuff inflation can cause bruising.

· Please do not use in a location where there is moisture or a risk of splashing water over this product which may
damage the product.
· Please keep this product clean. If this product is causing skin irritation due to sweat or contamination, stop
using it and consult with your dermatologist.
· Please do not let chemical products such as lotions, oils, skin creams or cosmetics collect on the product. To
avoid damage to this product, make sure to wipe off any chemical products that have collected on the product.
· Continuous rubbing and pressure may irritate the skin. Give your wrist a break by removing the product for a
while after a long wear.
· Please do not take blood pressure measurements more often than necessary because bruising, due to blood
flow interference, may occur.
· Please consult with your physician or healthcare provider if you begin a weight reduction or exercise program.
· Please be sure to tighten the band strap correctly and always check at your discretion.
· Please do not change any part of the product at your disposal.
· Please do not disassemble or attempt to repair this product or any components. This may cause an inaccurate
reading.
· Please do not touch or wet the charging port of the band, terminal of the charging clip, and plugs of cables.
· Please do not crush or puncture the battery because it may cause spontaneous combustion.
· Please do not connect the + and - poles using a piece of metal or other conductive objects.
· This product has a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not either throw into fire, apply heat, puncture, crush, use,
or leave it in a high temperature environment since it may cause overheating.
· Please do not use this product after the durable period has expired.

· Please consult with your physician for specific information about your own blood pressure.
· Self-diagnosis or self-treatment according to measurement results is dangerous.
· Please consult with your physician if you have the symptoms following below.
- In case of wire ablation
- In cases of severe blood disorders or internal bleeding due to compression.
· Please do not measure more often than necessary. Internal bleeding may occur due to compression.
· Please do not use this product for purposes other than blood pressure measurement.
· Please do not disassemble or modify the body or wrist cuff.
· Please do not use this product in a humid place or wet place which may cause malfunction. This may cause
malfunction.

· Use this product to measure your blood pressure regularly, record your results and consult with your physician.
· When measuring blood pressure, the position of the cuff should be accurately set at the radial artery, and the
cuff should be at the same level as your heart.
· Blood pressure changes frequently during the day, and can be greatly affected by smoking, drinking,
medication, and exercise, so please measure 30 minutes after exercise and 2 hours after meals.
· Be careful not to shock or vibrate the blood pressure monitor during blood pressure measurement.
These shocks or vibrations may cause the measurement results to be wrong or impossible to measure.
· While measuring your blood pressure, you should measure yourself comfortably without speaking.
· Inaccurate measurement results may be obtained due to arrhythmia or the very slight movements of blood
vessel expansion and contraction.
· Measurement for adults with small wrists, may not be applicable. Even though this product is for adult-use.
· This product can't be used for infants, toddlers, or children.
· This product is for adults.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Wearable blood pressure monitor device can be kept clean using various methods. Avoid any damage or contamina-
tion of this product using the methods recommended below.
●This product is not covered under the guarantee period free of charge in cases of using unauthorized substances
that can damage the product.
●Using lukewarm water and/or alcohol, rub with a soft cloth once a month to keep this product's body clean but do
not use thinner, ethylene, or oxide because these materials can damage this product.
●Do not store this product in places exposed to excessive temperature, humidity, moisture or direct sunlight.
●Do not disassemble this product.
●Do not shock or vibrate this product hard such as dropping this product on the floor.
●Do not repair by yourself in any case.
●Wipe this product with a soft, dry cloth.
●Keep the product and accessories in a clean and safe place.
· After cleaning this product, check it's monitor.
· Do not use this product if it is beyond the expiration date or damaged.

●This product emits radio frequencies (RF) in the 2.4 GHz band. Do not use this product in areas where RF is
restricted, such as on an aircraft or in hospitals. Turn off the Bluetooth®feature of this product when in RF
restricted areas .
●The accuracy of this product has been carefully tested and is designed to last.
●To maintain proper operation and accuracy of this product, it is recommended that you inspect it regularly once
a year.

Precautions when using
Principle of operation
● Use this product within the ambient temperature of 10℃ - 40℃ and the humidity of 0% - 85%.
●Check the battery charge status.
●Be careful because this product is easily damaged by impact.
●Use this product within the range of the ambient temperature and the humidity guided by Charmcare, and store
it away from dust and flammable materials.
●Check whether if the external appearance of this product is changed or not.
●Make sure that there should be no deformation in the appearance of the charging cable.
●This product starts measuring by pressing this switch 1.
●The cuff is automatically inflating to press the radial artery and measure the systolic and the diastolic blood
pressure by analyzing the waveform amplitude, using the oscillometric method of measuring pulsating
phenomena.

① Height Adjustment: Insert the adjusting pin to be matched to the hole on the band and push or pull
the band to adjust the height to the letter from A to C you measured.

●Make sure the hard part
not to press the ulnar artery
* Before wearing the device, please make sure there is
some gap between the wrist and the band. Be careful
not to press the ulnar artery with the hard part of
the band.
You can normally wear the band loosely except when
you measure your blood pressure.
* Note: The H2-BP device fits adult
wrists from 6.7 inch to 8.7 inch (17
cm to 22 cm) in circumference.
② Strap Adjustment: Tighten the band
size to the number from 1 to 5 you
measured.
