1 - Operation principle
The SVP air collector operates by taking in air at
the bottom of solar air heater, and the air is heated several
times by going through a special construction inside the
panel. The heated or fresh air is blown into the room by
a fan, driven by electricity generated from sunlight by
photovoltaic panel. SVP-TWIN 10/40.
2 - Application
The SVP can be used anywhere: residence,
garage, cottage, greenhouse, etc. We recommend placing
the product on a vertical surface providing the best angle
between the panel and the sun during the winter, spring and
autumn months. It should always be in a position favorable
to sun exposure. For the Northern Hemisphere, place the
panel facing South; For the southern hemisphere, place the
panel facing North. If mounted on a cover, the angle should
be 45 ° to 65 °. The closer the poles are, the higher the
angle will be. The fan will blow up as much air as possible.
If the air becomes too hot, turn off the fan controller.
3 - Assembly procedures
Find a suitable place where the panel has the
maximum solar exposure possible. This location should
allow the drilling of the wall to apply the panel and
to pass the air duct. When applying the panel, make
sure that the air intakes are at the bottom, preventing
rainwater from entering.
4 - Installation
4.1 - Use the flexible pipe to
mark a location on the wall.
Drill the wall, use a 132 mm
drill bit.
4.2 - Mark the place where
you want to pass the conduit.
Open the hole with a suitable
drill bit. Pass the duct and
attach it to the outer flange.
4.3 - Screw the outer flange
against the wall.
4.4 - The digital thermostat
cable may also pass through
this hole. If you prefer, make
another hole for the cable.
4.5 - Apply the panel to the wall with
the screws and dowels contained in
the installation kit in the appropriate
locations on the panel.
4.6 - Inside the building, pull out the
flexible conduit and secure it to the
diffuser. Also pull out the thermostat
cable.
4.7 - Attach the diffuser to the wall
with the screws and dowels in the
installation kit. Apply the thermostat
away from the hot air flow and connect
the cable.
