INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ
The Aqua Dual Mate dispenses boiling water – please treat with care.
This unit is fitted with a computerised element and boil dry protection.
The computer is set at 97°C, altitude will alter temperature (refer to
manufacture).

3500.4.2

• If fitted with filter we recommend changing the cartridge every 6
months

• The manufacturer recommends the cleaning and service of the
unit every 12 months

• IF SUPPLIED CORD IS DAMAGED IT MUST BE REPLACED
BY AN AUTHORISED SERVICE AGENT (ELECTRICIAN).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position heater unit underneath the sink as close as possible to
its outlet tap.
2. Position the tap in the desired location. Drill 36mm O hole
3. Observing the attached labels
a) Measure and cut pipes to desired length.
b) Connect the ¼” pipe from the tap to the inlet of the
heater.
c) Connect the 5/16” pipe from the tap to the outlet of the
heater.
d) Connect the ¼” pipe from the tap to the water supply via
pressure limiting valve and one of the tee pieces to the
cold port of the mixing valve. Connect hot tap and top coil
connection to mixing valve.
4. Connect the cold tap (basin set) and the expansion control valve
to the other tee connections. Connect from the remaining tee to
the bottom coil connection. Connect drain from the expansion
control valve to drain facility at a lower level.
5. Open tap until water is flowing from the boiling water port, also
open hot and cold taps in basin set until water flows.
6. Plug unit into power point and switch on and allow 30 minutes
before use.
