Your security light works by using electricity generated by the solar panel to charge internal
batteries. These batteries are then used to power the light. When switched on the lights
automatically illuminate at night when the PIR detector senses movement. The number of
operations will depend on the amount of sunlight and therefore charge received by the batteries.
Die Sicherheitsleuchte arbeitet mit einem Solarmodul, welches bei Sonneneinstrahlung die
Batterien aufl6dt. Bei entsprechender Ladung der Batterien funktioniert die Sicherheitsleuchte.
Bei der Schalterstellung ,,on'schaltet die Leuchte bei Bewegung iiber den PIR
Bewegungsmelder ein. Die Anzahl der Beleuchtungen richtet sich nach der Ladung der
Batterien.

GB The solar panel should be positioned to
receive the maximum amount of sunlight and
must not be in a shaded location (1). The
Security Light can be installed within the 2m
cable length of your chosen solar panel
location. When locating the light unit
remember that the PIR sensor detects within
a range of 10 metres at an angle of 120' (2).
The solar panel and light should be secured in
place using the screws and wall plugs
provided (3). Connect the solar panel and lighl
by pushing the male and female plugs
together and secure by tightening the
threaded cap (4). The angle of light head and
PIR sensor can be adjusted to suit (5).

beiliegenden Schrauben und DUbeln (3).
Verbinden Sie die Leuchte und das Modul
anhand der Steckers und Buchse ( ). Die
Leuchte und der Sensor krinnen nun optimal
justiert werden (5).

fix6s avec les vis et chevilles fournies (3).
Connectez les deux en enfongant la fiche de
l'un dans l'autre et bien s6curiser le joint en
vissant le petit capuchon protecteur (4). Vous
pouvez orienter l'6clairage de manidre
optimale (5).

Whilst there may be some initial charge in the batteries they should be fully charged
before first use. Ensure the slide switch on the side of the light unit is in the OFF position
and expose the solar panel to direct sunlight for 2-3 sunny days. Once fully charged
switch to the ON position and ensure the TEST/AUTO switch on the underside of the PIR
is in the AUTO position. With your light set to ON and AUTO mode it will automatically
turn ON at night when motion is detected and charge during the day. The number of
operations and duration per night will depend on the amount of sunlight received during
the day.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sollte sichergestellt werden, daB die Batterien entsprechend
voll geladen sind. Stellen Sie den seitlichen Schalter auf OFF und setzen Sie das
Solarmodul dem vollen Sonnenlicht aus, und zwar liir etwa 2 - 3 Tage. Stellen Sie dann
den Schalter auf ON und stellen Sie sicher, dass der TEST/AUTO Schalter an der
Unterseite des Bewegungsmelders auf AUTO steht. Mit dieser Einstellung ON und AUTO
schaltet der Bewegungsmelder bei Dunkelheit automatisch das Licht ein und kidt
tagstiber die Batterien. Die Anzahl der Beleuchtungen richtet sich nach der Ladung der
Batterien.

position OFF et charger les batteries en plein soleil pendant 2 d 3 jours. Lorsque cela est
fait, assurez vous que le switch TEST/AUTO sous le D6tecteur de Mouvement scit en
position AUTO. En position ON et,AUTO, votre pi"ojecteur s'allumera la nuit lorsque un
mouvement est detecte, et se chargera pendant le jour. Le nombre d'illuminations sera

The Security Light settings can be adjusted using the dials on the
underside of the PlR.
TIME - adjust between 5 seconds (-) and 5 minutes (+).
SENS - adjust between 2 m (-) and 10 m (+).
To adjust and test the settings we suggest you push the switch to the test
position, this will allow the sensor and light to come on during daylight.
Die Sicherheitsleuchte kann mit dem Schalter an der Unterseite des Bewegungsmelders eingestellt
werden:
TIME - Zeitdauer der Beleuchtung zwischen 5 Sekunden (-) und 5 Minuten (+)
SENS - Erfassungsentfernung zwischen 2 m O und 10 m (+)
FUr die Justierung schlagen wir vor, den Schalter auf TEST zu setzen, da dann die Beleuchtung und
Sensor bei Tageslicht funktionieren. Vergessen Sie nicht, es anschlieBend wieder auf AUTO zu
setzen.

Rechargeable batteries become less efficient over time.
lf your batteries are not charging first try leaving the
light off for 2 or 3 sunny days to boost charge. lf after
this boost charge the batteries are still not charging
properly they should be replaced. Push the button
located behind the light head to release the battery
drawer. Carefully pullout the battery drawer, replace
the old batteries and push back in.
Wiederaufladbare Batterien verlieren mit der Zeitan
Etrizienz. Sollten Sie mit der Zeit feststellen, dass die
Batterien sich nicht mehr richtig aufladen, m0ssen diese
ausgewechselt werden. Das Batteriefach befindet sich
auf der RUckseite der Leuchte.
Les batteries rechargeables s'usent avec le passage du
temps. Sivous constatez que l'6clairage n'est plus
aussi puissant qu'il ne l'6tait, essayez de mettre en
position OFF, et de recharger d fond les batteries
pendant 2 i 3 jours. Si l'eclairage reste encore faible, il
est temps de changer les batteries. Appuyez sur le
bouton derridre l'6clairage pour lib6rer le cache-
batteries. Changer les batteries et remettre en place.
