WARRANTY
CHUANDA Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from
defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended,
under the conditions that it has been installed and operated in accordance with
CHUANDA's Owner's Manual. CHUANDA's obligation under this warranty is
limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any parts which may prove to
be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include any
damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1
(one) year. All parts and workmanship, including electronics and its console
cases, upholstery, foam, ball bearings, pulleys, cables, shocks, all tension
mechanisms, wheels, pedals and hardware are to be free from defects for 90
days. This warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not
transferable.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following
important precautions before using this stationary home gym.
1. Read all instructions in this manual before using this stationary home gym.
2. This stationary home gym is intended for home use only.
3. Only one person at a time should use this stationary home gym.
4. The stationary home gym should be placed on the level surface when
using.
5. Inspect and tighten all parts each time before using the stationary home
gym.
6. Keep children and pets away from the stationary home gym at all times.
The minimum free space required for safety operation is not less than two
meters.
7. Keep hands and feet away from the moving parts.
8. Always wear proper clothes and athletic shoes while exercising.
9. If you feel pain or dizziness at any time while exercising, stop immediately
and begin cooling down.
10. Before using this stationary home gym to exercise, please do stretching
exercises to properly warm up.
WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your
physician. This is especially important for people who are over the age of 35 or
people with pre-existing health problems.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: It is strongly recommended this stationary home gym to be assembled
by two or more people to avoid possible injury.

Step 1 (FIG. 1)
1, Insert Rubber Bumpers (56-2pcs) onto each Weight Sliding Tube (10-2pcs) from the end
Which have 2 hole as shown. Attach Weight Sliding Tube (10-2pcs) into the Weight
Support (2) in place.
2, Attach Weight Support (2) & Weight Sliding Tube (10-2pcs) to the Base Tube (1),
Secure them into place by Hexagon Head Bolt M10x70(28-2pcs),M10 Nylon
Nuts (42-2pcs), and φ11Washers (38-4pcs).Fully fasten them.
3, Slide the Weight Stacks (63 & 62-10pcs) onto the Weight
Sliding Tubes (10) from the top of Weight Sliding Tubes (10).
Insert the Weight Pick Up Pole (11) into the center
hole of Weight Stacks.
4. Use the Round-Shaped Pin (25) to select the number of
Plates
Note: The bottom of Weight Plate is 45 kgs, The top of
Weight Plate is 4.5kg Each piece decrease 5kgs by turn.

Step 2 (FIG. 2)
1, Attach the Main Support Tube (3) to the Base Tube (1) by Hexagon Head Bolt
M10x70 (28-2pcs), M10 Nylon Nuts (42-2pcs), and φ11Washers (38-4pcs).
2.Attach Lock Bar (13) to the Main Support Tube (3) with Hexagon Head Bolts M8x45(34),
M8 Nylon Nuts (43), and two φ9 Washers (39). Fasten the Deck Bumper (57) to the
Main Support Tube (3).
3.Attach Swivel Pulley Bracket(16-2pcs) to Main Frame Support (3) by Hexagon Head
Bolt M10x70(28-2pcs),M10 Nylon Nuts (42-2pcs), and φ11Washers (55-4pcs).

Step 3 (FIG.3)
1, Attach the Upper Frame (6) to the Main Support Tube (3) by M10x70 Hexagon
Head Bolts (28-2pcs), M10 Nylon Nuts (38-2pcs), and φ11 Washers (38-4pcs).
2, Maneuver each of Weight Sliding Tube (10)into the holes on the Upper Frame(6) and
Secure it into place by Hexagon Head Bolt M8x20 (32-2pcs), φ9 Washers (39-2pcs).
3 Attach the Support Tube for Butterfly Arm (7) to the Upper Frame (6) with one
Shaft Bolt (24), Sleeve φ16.2(60-2pcs), φ13 Washers (54-2pcs), and M12 Nylon Nuts
(41-2pcs).
4, *Slide Butterfly Arm Foam Rolls (46-2pcs) onto the Right and Left Butterfly Arms(9R,8L)
*Attach Front Press Handles(12-2pcs) to Right & Left Butterfly Arms (9R,8L) with
*Hexagon Head Bolts M8x20 (32-2pcs) and φ9 Washers (39-2pcs)
*Attach the Right and Left Butterfly Arms (9R,8L) to the Support Tube for
Butterfly Arm (7) with Washers φ16.2(67-4pcs), φ13 Washers (37-2pcs), and
M12Nylon Nuts (41-2pcs).

Step 4 (FIG.4)
1, Attach seat Support Tube (4) to the Main Support Tube (3) with Hexagon Head Bolt
M10x70 (28-2pcs), M10 Nylon Nuts (42-2pcs), and φ11Washers (38-4pcs).
2, Attach the Leg Developer (5) to the Seat Support Tube (4) with M10x80Hexagon
Head Bolt (29), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ11 Washers (38-2pcs).
3, Insert two Roll Pad Tube (20) halfway through the holes on the Seat Support Tube (4)
and Leg Developer (5). Push four Heel Holders (47) onto the Roll Pad
.

Step 5 (FIG. 5)
1, Attach the Seat Pad (23) onto the Seat Support Tube (4) with Hexagon
Head Bolts M8x65 (33-2pcs) and φ9Washers (39-2pcs).
2, Attach the Backrest (22) to the Main Support Tube (3) with
Hexagon Head Bolts M8x65 (33-2pcs) and φ9 Washers (39-2pcs).
3. Attach the Arm Curl Pad(27)to the Arm curl Pad support tube(26) with
Hexagon Head Bolts M8x20(32-2pcs) and φ9Washers (39-2pcs).
4. Fasten the Deck Bumper (57) to the Leg Developer (5).and Fasten the Round spring
Knob(68)to the Seat Support Tube (4).

PART II CABLE GUIDELINES
Step 6. CABLE MAPPING DIAGRAM (FIG. 6)
INSTALL THE CABLE A
Attach the Cable A to the opening at the front of the Pulley (58). Note: 1)The Ball Stopper on the cable
should be underneath the Upper Frame (6). As FIG 6 shown
Attach the Pulley (58) to the Upper Frame (6) with Hexagon Head Bolt M10x45 (31), M10 Nylon Nut
(42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
2) Draw the Cable A towards the back of the machine to the open bracket on the Main Support Tube (3).
Attach the Pulley (58) to the Main Support Tube (3) with one M10x65 Hexagon Head Bolt (30), M10
Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).

3) Draw the Cable A around the Pulley (58) then pull it down towards to the opening on the Double
Floating Pulley Bracket (17).
Attach one Pulley (58) to the Double Floating Pulley Bracket (18) with one M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt
(31), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
4) Draw the Cable A around the Pulley (58) on the Double Floating Pulley Bracket (17) then pull it up
towards to the opening on the Upper Frame (6).
Attach two Pulleys (58) to the Upper Frame (6) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (31-2pcs), M10 Nylon
Nut (42-2pcs), and φ10 Washers (38-4pcs).
5) Draw the Cable A around these two Pulleys (58) on the Upper Frame (6) then pull the Cable A
downwards to the Weight Pick Up Pole (11).
6)Thread the bolt at the end of the Cable into the opening on top of the Weight Pick Up Pole (11) to
secure the Cable.
INSTALL THE CABLE B
Attach one end of the Cable C to the hook on the Right ButterflyArm (9R).
7-8) Draw the Cable B to the right Swivel Pulley Bracket (16).
Attach a Pulley (58) to the right Swivel Pulley Bracket (18) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (31), M10
Nylon Nut (42), and two φ10 Washers (38).
9) Draw the Cable B downwards to the Crossed Double Floating Pulley Bracket (18).
Attach the Pulley (58) to the Crossed Double Floating Pulley Bracket (18) with M10x45 Hexagon Head
Bolt (31), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
10) Draw the Cable B to the left Swivel Pulley Bracket (16).Attach a Pulley (58) to the left Swivel Pulley
Bracket (16) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (31), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
11) Attach the other end of the Cable C to the hook on the Left ButterflyArm (8L).
INSTALL THE CABLE C
12) Attach the CableC to the open bracket on the bottom of the Leg Developer (5). Note: The Ball
Stopper on the cable should be underneath the Pulley (58).
Attach the Pulley (58) to the Leg Developer (5) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (31), M10 Nylon Nut
(42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
13) Draw the Cable c around the main support tube (3)then attach the Pulley (58) with one
M10x65Hexagon Head Bolt (30), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
14) Draw the Cable c to open bracket on the Base Tube (1).
Attach the Pulley (58) to the Base Tube (1) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (31), M10 Nylon Nut (42),
and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
15) Pull the Cable c up to the open bracket on the Crossed Double Floating Pulley Bracket (18).Attach
the Pulley (58) to the Crossed Double Floating Pulley Bracket (18) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt
(31), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
16) Draw the Cable c to the Double Floating Pulley Bracket (17).
Attach one Pulley (58) to the Double Floating Pulley Bracket (17) with M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt
(46), M10 Nylon Nut (42), and φ10 Washers (38-2pcs).
Draw the Cable c around the Pulley (58) on the Base Tube (1) and then pull it up towards to the open
bracket on the Double Floating Pulley Bracket (16).and pull it downwards to the triangle plate on Main
support Tube (3)

Step 7 (FIG. 7)
1. Attach the bottom ends of the Right and Left Weight Stack Covers (21R, 21L)
to the Weight Support (2) and Base Tube (1) with Hexagon Head Bolts M8x10 (35-2pcs)
and φ9Washers (39-4pcs).And with Hexagon Head Bolts M6x12 (36-2pcs) and φ6.5
Washers (40-2pcs).
2. Attach the top ends of the Right and Left Weight Stack Covers (21R, 21L) to the Upper
Frame (6) with Hexagon Head Bolts M8x10 (35-2pcs) and φ9Washers (56-4pcs). And
with Hexagon Head Bolts M6x12(36-2pcs) and M6 Nylon Nuts(36-2pcs) and
φ6.5Washers (40-4pcs).

3, Attach both Right and Left Weight Stack Covers (21R, 21L) together from the back of
covers with Hexagon Head Bolts M6x12 (36-4pcs) and M6 Nylon Nuts
(36-4pcs) and φ6Washers (40-4pcs).
Step 8 (FIG.8)
1, Attach the Chain (61) to the Cable A with a C-Clip (59). Attach the Lat Bar (14) to the
Chain (61) with another C-Clip (59). Adjust the Chain (61) to the desired length.
2, Attach a Chain (61) to the Cable B with C-Clip (59) to Main Support Tube (3),
Adjust the Chain (61) to the desired length.
3. Attach the Foot Bar (15) to the Chain (61) with C-Clip (59). Adjust the Chain (61) to the
desired length.
NOTE: Move the Chain (61) and the Handle when using the Leg Developer.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down
Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between
workouts.After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per
week.
AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via
your heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise improves the fitness of your lungs and
heart.Aerobic fitness is promoted by any activity that uses
your large muscles eg: legs, arms and buttocks. Your heart beats quickly and you breathe
deeply. An aerobic exercise should be part of your entire
exercise routine.
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. It should begin every session to
prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your
muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your
muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in
tired muscles.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the
stretch up the left side of your neck, then rotate your head
back for one count, stretching your chin to the ceiling and
letting your mouth open.Rotate your head to the left for
one count, then drop your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count.Then lift your left shoulder up for one count as you
lower your right shoulder.

SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.
QUADRICEPS STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and your
knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close
to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees
toward the floor.Hold for 15 counts.

TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of
your left foot against your right inner
thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as
possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax
and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward. Keep your
right leg straight and the left foot on the floor;
then bend the left leg and lean forward by
moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then
repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
