ANWENDUNGSBEREICH/ BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Cable Integrated Mounting (CIM) Systeme, also Trägersysteme mit Kabel-
integration, sind für die Aufnahme und Positionierung von Monitoren,
Maus/Tastatur, Laptops und anderen medizinischen Geräten oder Appara-
turen (im Folgenden ME-Geräte genannt) bestimmt. Sie sind an Wänden,
Rollwägen, Tischen und anderen Oberächen oder Geräten mittels eines
speziellen Befestigungsadapters befestigt. CIM Systeme erfüllen keinen
eigenständigen medizinischen Zweck.
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der CIM Wandkanal gemäß der Montageanleitung
montiert ist. Bei Wandkanälen anderer Hersteller beachten Sie die entspre-
chende Montageanleitung des Herstellers.
Falls Sie den höhenverstellbaren Dreigelenkarm für hohe Montageposi-
tionen (im Folgenden Tragarm genannt) in eine bestehende Normschiene
einhängen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Schiene ordnungsgemäß mon-
tiert ist und der Gewichtsbelastung Stand hält. Überprüfen Sie das Gewicht
des zu befestigenden Gerätes. Die zulässige Gewichtsbelastung nden Sie
auf dem entsprechenden Produktdatenblatt.
WARNHINWEISE Installation, Bedienung und Wartung
Dieser Abschnitt beinhaltet Warnhinweise bzgl. der Installation, Bedien-
ung und Wartung des Tragarms. Bitte lesen Sie den gesamten Absatz
vollständig durch, bevor Sie mit der Installation, Bedienung oder Wartung
des Tragarms beginnen. Nichtbeachtung dieser Vorschrift kann zu Geräte-
schäden oder Verletzung von Personen führen.
Installation, Bedienung und Wartung darf nur von qualiziertem Personal
durchgeführt werden. Die Kabelintegration und die Montage darf nur von
technischem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Die CIM med GmbH über-
nimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch nicht fachgerechte Montage
entstanden sind.
Positionieren Sie den Tragarm nie über dem Patienten. Beachten Sie, dass
der Tragarm einen weiten Schwenkbereich nach oben und unten bzw. nach
links und rechts hat. Bitte beachten Sie den bestimmungsgemäßen Ge-
brauch des Tragarmes bei der Auswahl des zu befestigenden ME-Geräts und
berücksichtigen Sie die Nähe des montierten Tragarmes zu anderen Geräten,
Krankenhauspersonal und Patient. CIM med GmbH empehlt die Konsultation
Ihres Sicherheitsbeauftragten, um die ordnungsgemäße Installation und den
bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch des Tragarms sicher zu stellen.
Der Tragarm enthält eine pneumatische Feder, um das Gewicht mit
montiertem ME-Gerät auszugleichen. Das ME-Gerät darf nur dann vom

AREA OF APPLICATION/ INTENDED USE
Cable Integrated Mounting systems (CIM) are intended to mount
and position monitors, mouse/keyboard, laptops and other medical
devices or equipment (hereafter referred to as ME equipment). They
are mounted to walls, carts, tables, other surfaces or machines using
specific mounting adapters. CIM systems do not fulfil any specific
medical purpose on their own.
GENERAL NOTES
Verify that the CIM wall channel has been installed and approved according
to the CIM channel installation instructions. If you have a wall channel of
another manufacturer, please read the corresponding assembly instruction
of the manufacturer carefully.
If you want to attach the extended high position height adjustable arm
(hereafter referred to as support arm) to an existing European rail or vertical
pole, please verify that the rail can hold the weight. Check the weight of the
device to be mounted. Please check the weight of the device to be mounted.
The permissible total weight is mentioned on the corresponding data sheet.
WARNING Installation, Operation and Maintenance
This section contains warnings regarding the installation, operation and
maintenance of the support arm. This section must be read in its entirety
before installing, operating and maintaining the support arm. Failure to
follow these warnings may result in damage to equipment or injury to people.
Installation, operation and maintenance may only be carried out by qualied
personnel. Cable integration and assembly may only be done by qualied
technical personnel. CIM med GmbH cannot be held responsible for any
damage due to poor installation.
Do not position the support arm above a patient. Note that the support
arm has a wide range of motion both up/down and side to side. Please
consider carefully the ME equipment being mounted and the proximity of
the mounting assembly to other equipment, hospital personnel, and the
patient. CIM med GmbH recommends that the hospital’s risk management
personnel verify that the application is appropriate prior to installation
and use of the support arm.
Your support arm contains a powerful spring, used to counterbalance the
weight of the bearing load. Mounted ME equipments must be removed with

Tragarm entfernt werden, wenn sich der Tragarm in der obersten Position
bendet und der Feststellhebel blockiert ist. Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser
Vorschriften kann es zu schweren Verletzungen kommen.
Bitte überprüfen Sie das zugeladene Gewicht. Dieses kann sich verändern,
wenn zusätzliches Zubehör zum eigentlichen Monitorgewicht hinzugefügt
oder entfernt wird. Bei Veränderung der Gewichtszuladung kann sich der
Tragarm nach oben oder unten bewegen, wenn der Feststellhebel nicht fest-
gestellt ist.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das maximal zulässige Gewicht nicht überschritten ist.
Veränderungen am Produkt, Demontage einzelner Komponenten, Montage
bzw. Zusammenbau der Einzelteile in anderer Form als nachfolgend be-
schrieben, sind nur nach ausdrücklicher und schriftlich erteilter Genehmi-
gung durch die Konstruktionsabteilung der CIM med GmbH zulässig. Für
Schäden, die durch nicht genehmigte Produktänderungen entstehen, über-
nimmt die CIM med GmbH keine Haftung.
ACHTUNG: LEBENSGEFAHR DURCH STROMSCHLAG
Stromführende Kabel von ME-Geräten bzw. ME-Systemen sind erst nach
Beendigung der Erstmontage mit den entsprechenden Geräten zu verbinden.
Vor Wartungsarbeiten sowie Demontage müssen alle stromführenden Kabel
vom Stromnetz und den Geräten getrennt werden. Es dürfen nur doppel-
isolierte Leitungen für die Stromversorgung im Tragarm verwendet werden.
ACHTUNG: ERDUNGSANSCHLUSS
Der Tragarm ist mit einer Komponentenerdung versehen. Es liegt in der Ver-
antwortung des Endkunden, den Tragarm an die Hauserde anzuschließen.
Bei Anbindung am Wandkanal bzw. seitlichen Schienen am Narkosegerät,
ist der Tragarm mittels der Adapterschrauben leitend mit den Schienen-
systemen verbunden.

MONTAGE VON ME-GERÄTEN
Beachten Sie, dass der Feststellhebel festgestellt ist, bevor Sie mit der
Montage beginnen und erst dann wieder gelöst wird, wenn das ME-Gerät
am Tragarm befestigt ist. Dabei muss sich der Tragarm in oberster Position
benden. Erst wenn alle Sicherungsschrauben festgezogen sind, kann das
ME-Gerät adaptiert werden. Detaillierte Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte
der Montageanleitung „Monitoraufnahme “.
REINIGUNG UND DESINFEKTION
CIM Tragarme können mit allen gängigen Reinigungs- und Desinfektions-
mitteln gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung keine Stahlwolle
oder Schleifmittel. Das Eindringen von Reinigungsüssigkeiten in das Innere

of the components in any other way than described below are permitted only
after written approval by the CIM med GmbH construction and engineering
department. CIM med GmbH cannot be held responsible for any damage or
injury caused by product modications and/ or amendments without prior
permission by CIM med GmbH.
WARNING: MORTAL DANGER BY ELECTRIC SHOCK
The electric cables of ME equipment and ME systems may only be connected
to the power source and to the medical device respectively after nishing
installation. Prior to maintenance or disassembly all power cables must be
disconnected from the power source. Only cables with double insulation may
be used for running through the support arm.
WARNING: EARTHING CONNECTION
The support arm is delivered with components’ grounding. It is the health-
care institution’s responsibility to connect the support arm to the electrical
grounding of the building. When mounting the support arm to wall channel
or side channels of anesthesia machines the support arm is connected to
the channel via the screws of the adapter.

MOUNTING THE MEDICAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Ensure that the locking lever is engaged with the support arm in the
highest vertical position. Do not disengage the locking lever until mounting
is complete. Only when all screws are tightened and securely xed can the
ME equipment be mounted. For detailed instructions please see assembly
instruction „monitor adaptation“.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
CIM support arms may be cleaned with mild, non-abrasive solutions
commonly used in hospital environment. Do not use steel wool or other
abrasive materials. Avoid all liquids entering the support arm. Your support

des Tragarmes ist zu vermeiden. Die Konstruktion bzw. das Design ist so
ausgelegt, dass eine optimale Reinigung bzw. Desinfektion gewährleistet
ist. CIM med GmbH übernimmt keine Haftung bzgl. der Efzienz der Desin-
fektion bzw. Reinigung des Tragarmes zur Infektionskontrolle. Es wird
empfohlen, die Tauglichkeit Ihres Reinigungsmittels an einer kleinen, nicht
sichtbaren Stelle des Tragarmes zu testen. Bitte wenden Sie sich bei Fragen,
welche die Infektionskontrolle betreffen, an Ihren Hygienebeauftragten.
Mit folgenden Wirkstoffgruppen wurden beispielhaft Desinfektionstests
durchgeführt: alkoholische Schnell-Desinfektionsmittel (z.B. Bacillol AF/
Hartmann), Aldehyde und Quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen (z.B. B5/Oro-
chemie), alkoholfreie quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen (z.B. Sani-Cloth
AF3/PDI Healthcare). Die genannten Substanzen sind alle VAH-/DGHM-
gelistet/ EPA-registered und müssen nach den Vorgaben der Hersteller an-
gewendet werden. Die Anwendung von Aceton und Trichloroethylen führt zu
einer dauerhaften Beschädigung der Oberäche des Tragarms.
WARTUNG: ART UND HÄUFIGKEIT
Sehr geringe Wartungsarbeiten sind während der gesamten Lebensdauer
erforderlich. Bitte kontrollieren Sie bzw. Ihr technisches Personal in regel-
mäßigen Abständen (mindestens einmal jährlich) alle Lagerstellen und alle
Schrauben und ziehen Sie diese ggf. nach.
Der Tragarm ist ausgelegt für 26.000 Bewegungen oder 13.000 Zyklen (ein
Zyklus = eine volle Bewegung bis zum Anschlag und zurück). Bei 10 Bewe-
gungen pro Tag und 365 Tagen (= Bedienung an 7 Tagen in der Woche) im
Jahr beläuft sich die jährliche Bewegungszahl auf 3.650, was einer Lebens-
dauer von 7,1 Jahren entspricht.
Bei Beschädigung der tragenden Teile des Systems darf das Tragarm-
system nicht weiter betrieben werden.
Die Wartungsinspektion muss folgendes beinhalten:
Bewegen Sie den Tragarm mit montiertem ME-Gerät über den gesamten
vertikalen Bewegungsbereich. Lösen Sie zuvor den Feststellhebel. Das ME-
Gerät soll in jeder Position stehen bleiben.
Überprüfen Sie die Neigefunktion, indem Sie das ME-Gerät nach vorne und
zurück bewegen. Die Neigefunktion sollte genug Widerstand aufweisen, um
das ME-Gerät in jeder Position zu halten. Ziehen Sie ggf. die Schrauben
nach (siehe Kapitel „Einstellung der Schwer-/Leichtgängigkeit der Neige-
funktion“).
Überprüfen Sie den horizontalen Schwenkbereich des Tragarmes an der Be-
festigungsschnittstelle. Bewegen Sie hierzu das ME-Gerät von einer Seite
zur anderen. Dabei sollte genug Widerstand spürbar sein.
Überprüfen Sie alle Feststellhebel auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit.
Bei Nichtbeachtung oder Unterlassung der Wartungsanweisung kann es zu
Schäden am Tragarm oder an Ihrem Equipment kommen.
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Bitte bewahren Sie die Montageanleitung auf, falls sich zu einem späteren
Zeitpunkt Fragen ergeben sollten.
arm has been designed to the highest specications to make cleaning as
easy as possible and to avoid liquids from penetrating. CIM med GmbH
makes no claims concerning the efcacy of the disinfection processes. It is
recommended to test any cleaning solution on a small area of the support
arm not visible to verify compatibility. Please consult your hospital’s
infection control manager.
Exemplary disinfection tests have been carried out with the following active
substance groups: alcoholic quick disinfectants (e.g. Bacillol AF/ Hartmann),
aldehyde and quaternary ammonium compounds (e.g. B5/ Orochemie),
alcohol-free quaternary ammonium compounds (e.g. Sani-Cloth AF3/PDI
Healthcare). These compounds are VAH / DGHM listed and EPA registered
and must be used as per the manufacturers’ instructions. The surface nish
will be permanently damaged by acetone and trichloroethylene.
MAINTENANCE: MANNER AND FREQUENCY
Very little maintenance is required during the life span of the support arm;
however, it is recommended to check all pivot/ swivel points as well as all
bearing points regularly. Please check all screws on a regular basis (at least
once a year) and tighten them if necessary.
The support arm is designed for 26,000 movements or 13,000 cycles (one
cycle = a full movement from one extreme to the other and back again).
A daily number of 10 movements on 365 days (= operation on 7 days a
week) means 3,650 movements per year which correspond to a durability of
7.1 years.
In case of damage done to the load-bearing parts of the system it has to be
strictly refrained from further usage of the mounting system.
Inspection must include the following steps:
With the ME equipment mounted, release the height lock and move the
support arm through its entire vertical range of motion. The load should
maintain its position at every point in the travel of arm.
Grasp the support arm and pivot it from side to side at the attachment. The
support arm should pivot with some tension or resistance.
Grasp the ME equipment and tilt it forward and back, through its entire
range of motion. There should be enough tension or resistance in the tilt
mechanism to prevent the ME equipment from tilting forward unexpectedly.
If necessary, the tilt tension may be adjusted in accordance with section
„Tilt adjustment“.
Inspect fasteners for looseness.
Failure to periodically inspect and adjust the support arm as instructed may
result in damage to equipment or injury.

LÖSEN DER VORSPANNUNG
Falls Ihr Tragarm mit Vorspannung, also in horizontaler Position mit fest-
gestelltem Hebel geliefert wird, muss der Feststellhebel vor Beginn der
Montage gelöst werden. Zum gefahrlosen Entspannen den Tragarm mit
einer Hand mittig am Aluminiumteil festhalten und mit der anderen Hand
den Feststellhebel entriegeln. Der Tragarm entspannt sich und geht in die
oberste Montageposition.

MONTAGESCHRITTE
1. Die Verlängerung weist drei Abdeckungen auf. Diese sind für den
Transport jeweils mit einer Schraube befestigt. Die restlichen
Schrauben benden sich innerhalb des hinteren Schwenklagers.
Lösen Sie zunächst alle Deckel.

RELEASING THE PRETENTION
If your support arm is delivered with the locking lever engaged holding the
support arm in a horizontal position you have to release the pretention be-
fore the installation. Hold the support arm at the middle of the aluminium
part with one hand and disengage locking lever with the other hand. This
ensures an upward movement in a slow and even tempo and brings the
support arm into the highest mounting position.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. The extension arm has three covers. Those are mounted with only one
screw for transport purposes. The remaining screws are stored within
the rear swivel part. Start with removing all covers.

2. Installieren Sie den Tragarm an der vorgesehenen Stelle (Wandkanal,
Rundrohr, Normschiene etc.). Die Abbildung zeigt einen Adapter zur
Aufnahme am CIM Wandkanal. Bitte beachten Sie die Montageanlei-
tung der jeweiligen Anbindung.

3. Schieben Sie die Kabel nacheinander von oben durch die Öffnung des
hinteren Schwenklagers. Anschließend führen Sie das Kabel von unten
durch die Öffnung in der Verlängerung nach oben.
HINWEIS: Bei mehreren Kabeln immer das Kabel mit dem größten
Stecker zuerst durchführen.

2. Mount the support arm to its designated place (wall channel, tube,
DIN rail etc.). The illustration shows a wall channel adapter. Please
refer to the corresponding assembly instruction for all other adapters.
3. Feed cables through rear swivel part from above one after the other
before feeding them through the cut-out of the extenion arm back from
below.
NOTE: Always start with the largest cable rst if you have multiple
cables.

4. Schieben Sie das Kabel von oben durch das mittlere Schwenklager.
5. Entfernen Sie die Aluminiumabdeckung mit Hilfe eines Schlitz-
schraubendrehers.

6. Bringen Sie den Tragarm in eine horizontale Position und sichern Sie
diese durch den Feststellhebel. Führen Sie die Kabel weiter durch den
festgestellten Tragarm.
HINWEIS: Je nach Steckergröße kann es erforderlich sein, die
Position des Tragarmes unter Verwendung des Fest-
stellhebels leicht anzupassen.
HINWEIS: Bei mehreren Kabeln immer das Kabel mit dem größten
Stecker zuerst durchführen.

4. Push the cable through the middle swivel part from above.
5. Remove aluminium prole by using a slot head screwdriver.

6. Bring the support arm in a horizontal position and secure it by
engaging the locking lever. Feed the cable through the support arm.
NOTE: Depending on the plug size, it may be necessary to adjust
the position of the support arm slightly using the locking
lever.
NOTE: Always start with the largest cable rst if you have multiple
cables to thread through the support arm.

7. Bringen Sie den Tragarm in eine untere Position (ca. 30°) und führen
Sie die Kabel von unten durch das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager.
HINWEIS: Bei mehreren Kabeln immer das Kabel mit dem größten
Stecker zuerst durchführen.
8. Bringen Sie den Tragarm wieder in die oberste Position.

9. Ab dieser Stelle haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten die Kabel herauszuführen:
OPTION A: durch das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager (Abb. 9.A) oder
OPTION B: unterhalb des vorderen Dreh-/ Neigelagers (Abb. 9.B).
Option A ist je nach Kabelquerschnitt bei der Verwendung von 1 - 4
Kabeln möglich.
Option B ist aufgrund der einfacheren Verkabelung bei 3 oder meh-
reren Kabeln zu empfehlen.

8. Bring the support arm to its highest position.

9. From this point there are two options for cable exits.
OPTION A: through the front swivel part (illustration 9.A) or
OPTION B: underneath the front swivel part (illustration 9.B).
Option A is suitable for 1 - 4 cables depending on the wire cross
section.
Option B is recommended for easier cabling with 3 or multiple cables.

OPTION A: 1 - 4 KABEL
a. Drehen Sie das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager um 180° nach innen,
bis die Aussparungen übereinander stehen. Je nach Ausführung
muss dazu die Monitoraufnahme in eine horizontale Position ge-
bracht werden (Bild 1).
b. Legen Sie die Kabelschlaufen ein und schieben Sie die Kunststoff-
abdeckungen ein, bevor Sie den Deckel des vorderen Dreh-/ Neige-
lager mittels der zwei Schrauben M5x20 montieren. Ziehen Sie
beide Schrauben fest.
ACHTUNG: Drücken Sie die Kabel ganz ans hintere Ende des vorderen
Dreh-/ Neigelagers, um die Kabel beim Verdrehen nicht
einzuklemmen.
c. Drehen Sie das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager wieder in die Ausgang-
sposition zurück (Ausnahme: Philips Zapfenadapter). Klipsen Sie
die Kunststoffabdeckung am Kabelauslaß ein (Bild 5 - 6 ).

OPTION A: 1 - 4 CABLE
a. Turn the front swivel part by 180° facing inwards towards the
rear end of the support arm, so that the two cutaways line up.
Vertical monitor adaptations have to be positioned horizontally
(illu. 1).
b. Push the cables all the way to back to the front swivel part form-
ing a loop. Attach the little plastic cover before mounting the
aluminium top cover to the front swivel part by using (2) M5x20
screws. Screw both securely.
WARNING: Push the cables all the way to the back of the front swivel
part in order to avoid cable pinching when turning the tilt to
the head.
c. Turn the front swivel part back to the starting position (except
the Philips table top mount). Attache the cable cover (illu 5 - 6).

OPTION B: LEICHTE VERKABELUNG AB 3 KABEL
a. Drehen Sie das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager um 180° nach innen,
bis die Aussparungen übereinander stehen. Je nach Ausführung
muss dazu die Monitoraufnahme in eine horizontale Position ge-
bracht werden (Bild 1).
b. Führen Sie die Kabel von oben durch die Öffnung nach unten.
Schieben Sie die Kunststoffabdeckung ein, bevor Sie den Deckel
des vorderen Dreh-/ Neigelagers mittels der zwei Schrauben
M5x20 montieren. Ziehen Sie beide Schrauben fest (Bild 2 - 4).
c. Drehen Sie das vordere Dreh-/ Neigelager wieder in die Ausgangs-
position zurück (Ausnahme: Philips Zapfenadapter). Klipsen Sie
die Kunststoffabdeckung am Kabelauslaß ein (Bild 5 - 6).

OPTION B: EASY CABELING FOR MORE THAN 3 CABLES
a. Turn the front swivel part by 180° facing inwards towards the
rear end of the support arm, so that the two cutaways line up.
Vertical monitor adaptations have to be positioned horizontally
(illu. 1).
b. Feed the cables through the front swivel part downwards. Place
the plastic cover. Mount the aluminium top cover by using the two
M5x20 screws. Screw both securely (illu 2 - 4).
c. Turn the front swivel part back to the starting position (except
the Philips table top mount). Attache the cable cover (illu 5 - 6).

10. Bringen Sie den Tragarm in die unterste Position. Schieben Sie die
Kunststoffabdeckung ein und montieren Sie den Deckel des mittleren
Schwenklagers mittels der beiden Schrauben M5x20. Ziehen Sie beide
Schrauben fest.
ACHTUNG: Sobald sich der Tragarm in der untersten Position bendet,
muss der Feststellhebel verriegelt werden.
11. Klipsen Sie die Aluminiumabdeckung in das Prol des Tragarmes ein.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kabel entlang des dafür vorge-
sehenen Kanals verlaufen (Abb. 11).

10. Bring the support arm to the lowest position. Place the plastic cover
into the slot and mount the aluminium top cover to the rear swivel part
using the two M5x20 screws. Screw both securely.
WARNING: As soon as the support arm is in its lowest position the
locking lever has to be engaged.
11. Clip the aluminium cover into the support arm.
WARNING: Make sure that the cables are placed along the intended
cable channel (illustration 11).

12. Montieren Sie am hinteren Schwenklager den Deckel Verlängerung un-
ten mittels der (2) M4x10 Linsenkopfschrauben und den Stahldeckel
mit den (4) M4x8 Linsenkopfschrauben.
13. Montieren Sie den Deckel Verlängerung oben mit (4) M4x8 Linsenkopf-
schrauben mit Bund und die Kunststoffdeckel am mittleren Schwen-
klager und am vorderen Dreh-/Neigelager mittels der (8) M4x8 Linsen-
kopfschrauben.
Nur bei Option B: Die Kunststoffdeckel weisen eine Sollbruchstelle auf,
um einen Kabelauslass zu generieren.
14. Montieren Sie das ME-Gerät entsprechend der Montageanleitung
„Monitoraufnahme“.

12. Mount the extension cover to the rear swivel part by using (2) M4x10
pan head screws and the steal cover by using (4) M4x8 pan head
screws.
13. Mount the extension cover by using (4) M4x8 pan head screws with
ange. Mount the plastic cover caps to the front swivel part and mid-
dle swivel part by using (8) M4x8 pan head screws.
Only for option B: The plastic cover cap offer a snap-out section for
cables which is only required for option B.
14. Mount the ME equipment according to the assembly instruction
„monitor adapation“.

EINSTELLUNG DER SCHWER-/ LEICHTGÄNGIGKEIT DER NEIGEFUNKTION
15. Die Schwer- bzw. Leichtgängigkeit der Neigefunktion lässt sich durch
Festziehen bzw. Lösen der beiden Innensechskantschrauben individuell
einstellen. Verwenden Sie hierzu den mitgelieferten Innensechs-
kantschlüssel 4 mm. Durch Festziehen beider Schrauben lässt sich die
Neigung komplett blockieren. Maximal erlaubtes Anziehmoment 8 Nm.
ACHTUNG: Bei zu starkem Anziehen der Schraube (> 10 Nm) kann das
Gussteil bzw. Gewinde brechen und führt zu Funktionsverlust.
ACHTUNG: Beim Lösen beider Schrauben besteht die Gefahr des
Herunterklappens des ME-Gerätes.

TILT ADJUSTMENT
15. To adjust the overall tilt tension, tighten or loosen the both hex screws
with the hex key 4 mm provided. By tightening both of the screws the
tilt function can be locked completely. Maximum permissible tighten-
ing torque is 8 Nm (70 in-lbs).
WARNING: In case of overtightening the screw (> 10 Nm/ 88 in-lbs)
the casting repectively the threads may break which leads
to loss of function.
WARNING: When loosening both hex screws the ME equipment will
tilt forward.

mit M4 Schrauben befestigt ist, die Aufnahme-
bohrung jedoch größer ist. Dadurch muss das
ME-Gerät exakt ausgerichtet werden.

Monitor adaption VESA / at panel are not
mounted parallel to oor.
Loosen the (4) M4 screws, adjust the ME equip-
ment and pull the (4) screws tight again. Make
sure that the ME equipment appears level or
parallel to the oor.
