La red eléctrica está sujeta a sobretensiones eléctricas inducidas o causadas por
descargas de rayos. descargas atmosféricas.
Para resolver este problema, CLAMPER desarrolló el SPD e-CLAMPER TEL con LED un
Dispositivo de Protección contra Sobretensiones (SPD) de clase III, con tecnología de
Varistor de óxido metálico (MOV), descargador de Gas (GDT) y PTC. Para la protección
de equipos electroelectrónicos conectados simultáneamente a las redes de
alimentación. redes de señal (voz y datos) simultáneamente. Conexión a la línea de
alimentación a través de una toma 3P y a la línea a través del conector RJ11.

1 - Plugue o seu iCLAMPER Energia 8 na tomada.
2 - Verifique se a luz do LED ‘‘PROTEÇÃO ATIVA’’ acendeu. A não sinalização do LED
‘‘PROTEÇÃO ATIVA’’ indica proteção com defeito. Se o produto apresentar proteção com defeito,
providenciar a sua substituição.

4. INSTALACIÓN
Antes de iniciar la instalación, debe comprobarse la integridad física del
producto y, si hay algún fallo, debe sustituirse.

Enchufe el SPD e-CLAMPER TEL en la toma de energía. La luz del LED
ascenderá, señalizando que el protector está en operación.
Enchufe su modem banda ancha o su computadora directamente en la
toma de energía del SPD e-CLAMPER TEL.
Desenchufar el cable telefónico del modem banda ancha o de la
computadora (si él tiene placa interna de fax-modem) y enchufe el en
conector, modelo RJ11, identificado como “LÍNEA” del SPD e-CLAMPER TEL.
Utiliza el cable telefónico que acompaña el SPD e-CLAMPER TEL para
conectar en el conector, modelo RJ11, identificado como “EQUIPO”.
Enchufe el cable telefónico protegido en la placa de fax-modem de su
computadora o de su modem banda ancha.

The electrical network is subject to electrical surges induced or caused by lightning
strikes or atmospheric discharges.
To solve this problem, CLAMPER developed the SPD e-CLAMPER TEL with LED a class III
Surge Protection Device (SPD), with Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV), Gas Discharger (GDT)
and PTC technology. Protect electroelectronic equipment connected simultaneously
to the power supply networks, signal networks (voice and data) simultaneously.
Connection to the power line through a 3P socket and to the line through the RJ11
connector.

Plug the SPD e-CLAMPER TEL into the power outlet. The LED light will
ascend, signaling that the protector is in operation.
Plug your broadband modem or computer directly into the SPD e-CLAMPER
TEL power socket.
Unplug the telephone cable from the broadband modem or computer (if it
has an internal fax-modem board) and plug it into the connector, RJ11 model,
identified as "LINE" of the SPD e-CLAMPER TEL.
Use the telephone cable that comes with the SPD e-CLAMPER TEL to plug
into the connector, model RJ11, identified as "EQUIPMENT".
Plug the shielded telephone cable into the fax modem board of your
computer or broadband modem.

CLAMPER disclaims all warranties which are not expressly covered by this instrument or may
not result from express legal purpose. CLAMPER limited warranty: shall be 36 (thirty-six)
months (period which comprises legal and contract warranty) from the date of purchase,
