INSTALLATION
Ensure the compressor is turned off.
1. Fit the mounting bracket to a
suitable support, situated in line
with the compressed air supply.
• Ensure sufficient free space
above the regulator for future
adjustments.
2. Remove the retaining ring and fit
the regulator to the mounting
bracket.
• Note the arrow mark
underneath the regulator body, indicating the direction of air flow.
3. Fit the pressure gauge to the threaded port on the front of the regulator.
4. Remove the blanking plugs from the connection ports and connect to the
supply and delivery hoses.
NOTE: Note that a pair of 1/2” to 1/4” BSP adaptors are supplied.
5. Use PTFE tape if required, to ensure airtight connections.
6. Your regulator is now ready for use.
SETTING
1. The adjustment knob is of the locking type. Pull the knob away from the
body until the red band is visible. Adjust the air supply as required and push
the knob back down to its locked position to prevent acccidental setting
changes.
• Turning the adjustment knob clockwise increases the pressure.
Turning counter clockwise will reduce the pressure.
• + and - are marked on the knob.
AIRLINE MAINTENANCE
1. Before using the airline, drain water from the air reservoir at the compressor.
2. Check the supply airline filter for blockage and clean if necessary.
