Please read these leaflet thoroughly and carefully follow all instructions given. By
doing so you will ensure the safety of yourself, and others around you, and at the
same time you should look forward to long and trouble free service from your Trolley.

This CLARKE product is guaranteed against faults in manufacture for 12 months
from purchase date. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
This guarantee is invalid if the product has been abused or
tampered with in any way, or not used for the purpose for which it is intended.
The reason for return must be clearly stated.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Assembly Instructions
Unpack your Clarke 3 Drawer Tool Trolley and check to make sure that it was not
damaged during transit and that all items are included. Your Trolley comprises
the following items: (Item Nos. refer to Fig.1).

Note: All four Frame Brackets have the same hole pattern. You may use any one
of the four Frame Brackets at any of the four corners.

Upper Shelf
1. Locate the upper shelf (with the drawers and lid).
2. Align the 4 holes in any one of the
frame brackets with the 4 holes at any
corner of the upper shelf.
3. Insert an M8 x 12 bolt through
each of the holes of the
frame bracket and through
the upper shelf holes.
4. Place a lock nut on each
of the bolts and hand tighten.
Note: Install the handle at
either end of the trolley.
Place M8 x 16 bolts through
the 4 holes in the handle, frame
bracket and shelf and secure with lock nuts.
5. Repeat steps 1 -4 for remaining frame brackets.
Support Frame
1. Locate the 4 frame pieces (2 side frames, front
frame and rear frame).
2. Align the 2 holes in any one of the side frames
with the 2 holes in the centre of the frame brackets
on the side of the cart. The side frame should be
installed on the inside of the frame brackets.
3. Insert an M8 x 12 bolt through each of the holes of
the frame bracket and through the side frame holes.
4. Place a lock nut onto each of the bolts and
hand tighten
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for other side frame, front frame
and rear frame
Lower Shelf
1. Locate the lower shelf (lower shelf has caster holes).
2. Align the 4 holes in any one of the frame brackets with the 4 holes at any
corner of the lower shelf.
3. Insert an M8 x 12 bolt through each of the holes of the frame bracket and
through the lower shelf holes.
4. Place a lock nut onto each of the bolts and hand tighten.
5. Repeat step 1-4 for remaining frame brackets.

Note: With both shelves in place, use a spanner to fully tighten all nuts which
connect the Frame Brackets to the Shelves.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten nuts until the cart is fully assembled - see below:

Casters
1. Align the 4 holes in either of the locking casters with the 4 holes located in
the lower shelf which are closest to the handle.
2. Place a washer on to each of the M8 x 16 bolts and then insert bolts through
each of the holes of the caster and lower shelf.
3. Place a lock nut onto each of the bolts and tighten firmly.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 with the remaining 2 casters. These should go on the side
opposite the handle. Your trolley is now ready to use.
Finishing
Features
The lower two drawers may be locked (prevented from opening) by sliding the
lever at the rear of the top shelf appropriately.
The lid may also be locked using the key provided.
