Safety precautions
The non-professional personnel or unauthorized repair personnel shall not repair or modify the
machine by themselves.
It is forbidden to operate with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance
department or a similar professional in order to avoid danger.
Do not clean, repair and move the machine with power.
If you do not use the camera for a long time, unplug the power plug.
Please do not insert foreign objects into the air inlet and outlet, because the machine is
equipped with high-speed rotating wind blades to prevent accidentally injury or damage the
machine.
It is forbidden to use this machine in an environment with flammable and explosive gas.
After adding water to the water tank, do not tilt or bump it while placing or moving the unit. To
move the unit, slowly push it from the side to avoid water overflow.
The use of this unit is strictly prohibited to turn over to prevent accidents. If the unit is
accidentally dumped and there is water in the machine, unplug the power plug immediately
and allow it to dry after 24 hours.
10. Do not place objects on the unit and do not cover the outlet.
11. When cleaning the exterior of the unit, wipe it with a damp cloth (or a small amount of
detergent)
12. Do not put the air inlet and outlet of this unit close to walls, curtains, etc., otherwise it may
block the airflow and affect the air supply effect.

13. This machine uses a temperature range of 5-45 degrees, the water in the summer tank is
easily deteriorating and produces odor. Please pay attention to changing the water. Use
humidification of the machine in winter. If the room temperature is lower than zero, it is best to
use warm water to humidify.
14. Do not place this unit directly on the power outlet.
15. Product maintenance must be performed at the designated maintenance point.
16. It is forbidden to use the cooling function without water.
Cooling Principle

The evaporative cooling air cooler is a very economical German refrigeration method. This
product makes full use of the principle of “evaporation and cooling” and use a wet curtain as an
evaporator. It not only has a good cooling effect, but also filters dust from the air and improves
air quality. To prevent secondary pollution, the principle of cooling is, through the fan’s
ventilation, negative pressure is generated in the machine, and the water pump sends the
water to the water to the upper water filter, and the water is filtered twice and enters the
water separator. Example (Figure 3) The water evenly wets the surface of the entire curtain,
and the special angle of the curtain allows the water to flow directly to the side where the air
enters the wind. The hot air passes through the curtain that is wetted by water and absorbs a
large amount of heat in the air, so that the curtains passes through the wet curtain. After the
temperature of the air cools down, the fan’s rapid rotation causes the wind to produce a
cohesive force through the specially designed air duct, thus achieving the effect of farther
blowing distance and greater wind pressure, making the sent air cool, moist and fresh. The
unevaporated water falls back into the chassis and forms a water circuit.

Installation and use
Open the package and remove the machine
Install casters
Add water: Open manual water inlet of the chiller (press the buckle down to open it) and use
the tap water connection to connect the float directly, or open the lid directly from the filter
box in the upper tank. Note clear water.
When adding water, pay attention to the following points:
Remember the splash water on the motor and its surrounding area to avoid damage to
electrical components.
Add water to highest position, or the water will overflow, be sure to use clean water.
Connect the power supply, enter the standby state, and then turn the rotary knob clockwise (or
press the on/off key) to use, and set the wind speed, swing, cooling, etc.
In the running state, the remote control model can be operated by the remote controller or the
control panel. The mechanical model can rotate the switch to the off position (turn on/off key)
to stop the operation and return to the standby mode.

Repair and maintenance
Warming: The power plug must be unplugged (power off) before performing
any maintenance.
After removing the air filter and clearly rotating the detents of the
filter remove the right and left sides and the rear stencil and rinse it.
Then, reinstall it.

Water tank drain
Turn the lid under the tank counterclockwise to empty the sewer. Suggestion: Better clean
water every day, so as not to put too long to produce odor. If you do not use it for a long time,
you must clean and drain the tank to prevent bacteria breeding
Maintenance and storage methods
Reminder: After the machine has been running for a long time, filters, curtains, and water tanks
will be affected by dust and other dirt blockage, dust and humidification effect, it is
recommended to clean once a week according to the actual situation.
1.Before cleaning the air filter, unplug the power plug and remove the air filter. Clean the air
filter directly with a soft brush. Rinse with water and dry it, the reinstall it on the machine.

2. After cleaning the water curtain, please unplug the power plug, remove plug, remove the air
filter, then remove the curtain fixing plate, rinse with fresh water, and then put it back on the
machine.
3. Please clean the water tank, unplug the power plug, remove the rear plate and the side plate,
turn the drain cover under the tank counter-clockwise, empty the sewage, wipe the scale in the
tank with a brush and dilute the detergent, and then use the water. Rinse clean and then install
the tank drain cover side plate and rear plate.
Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Cause/Solution
Cold fan cannot start
1.1 The power cord is not correctly linked.
1.2 The power switch is not turned on, please turn the switch or
touch switch key
Can not be cooled
2.1 The pump is not started, please press the cooling or touch
switch buttom
2.2 The water level is too low. Please add water and confirm that
cooling is on.
2.3 Damage to the pump or water level switch. Please replace the
water pump or water level switch
The fan does not turn
3.1 Check if the power supply is properly connected
3.2 The power switch is not turned on, please turn the switch or

3.3 If ground protection is connected, check for open circuit.
Leaves do not move
4.1 Please check whether the swing button is open, please open
the swing buttom
4.2 Pendulum motor damaged, please replace the blade motor

5.1 Please check whether the drain cover is tightened and the
cabinet is broken

products that are out of warranty or out of warranty, paid repair services are provided.
If this product requires repair , please send it to an authorized dealer an present this warranty

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
