INTRODUCTION
ClubCarvehiclesaredesignedandbuilttoprovidetheultimateinperformanceefciency;however,proper
maintenanceandrepairareessentialforachievingmaximumservicelifeandcontinuedsafeandreliableoperation.
Thismanualprovidesdetailedinformationforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheelectricandgasoline-powered
vehicles,andshouldbethoroughlyreviewedpriortoservicingthevehicle.Theproceduresprovidedhereinmustbe
properlyimplemented,andtheDANGER,WARNING,andCAUTIONstatementsmustbeheeded.
Thismanualwaswrittenforthetrainedtechnicianwhoalreadypossessesknowledgeandskillsinelectricaland
mechanicalrepair.Ifthetechniciandoesnothavesuchknowledgeandskills,attemptedserviceorrepairstothe
vehiclemayrenderthevehicleunsafe.Forthisreason,ClubCaradvisesthatallrepairsand/orservicebeperformed
byanauthorizedClubCardistributor/dealerrepresentativeorbyaClubCarfactory-trainedtechnician.

Thetwoletters(1)atthebeginningoftheserialnumberindicatethevehiclemodel.Thefollowingfourdigits(2)
indicatethemodelyearandproductionweekduringwhichthevehiclewasbuilt.Thesixdigits(3)followingthehyphen
representtheuniquesequentialnumberassignedtoeachvehiclebuiltwithinagivenmodelyear.SeefollowingNOTE.
