Elección de la localización
Para las instalaciones nuevas, escoja la localización de montaje más adecuada, es decir, a unos
1'5 metros del suelo aproximadamente, en una zona con una buena ventilación y lejos de:
1. Corrientes de aire
2. Fuentes de calor
3. Calor procedente del sol o de aparatos
4. Tuberías o chimeneas empotradas
Además tenga en cuenta que es aconsejable que lo instale en una habitación donde vaya a estar
habitualmente, como p. ej. el salón-comedor.
Montaje del cronotermostato en la pared
Recuerde que debe desconectar la red eléctrica desde el interruptor general de la vivienda antes
de iniciar la retirada del antiguo termostato y/o la instalación del nuevo.
1. INTRODUCCIÓN
Este cronotermostato ha sido diseñado para ser utilizado con sistemas fijos de calefacción
eléctrica, a gas o de aceite. Este cronotermostato puede sustituir la mayoría de los termostatos
domésticos de interior.
2. INSTALACIÓN
PRECAUCIÓN
Este cronotermostato sólo puede montarse en lugares interiores secos, en instalaciones de
calefacción fijas y sobre superficies no conductoras.
Para evitar las descargas eléctricas, desconecte siempre el sistema de calefacción desde la
red eléctrica principal desde el interruptor general de la vivienda. Lea atentamente las
instrucciones siguientes antes de instalar el cronotermostato.

7. Acerque el cronotermostato a la pared y conecte los cables a los terminales del cronotermostato
de acuerdo con el diagrama que se muestra a continuación. Si tiene cualquier duda, llame a
nuestro teléfono de atención al cliente.
8. Los terminales de conexión se encuentran en la parte trasera del cronotermostato, siendo solo
precisa la conexión con dos cables al sistema de calefacción. La conexión debe efectuarla como
sigue: De la caldera al cronotermostato se conectan 2 hilos que tienen que estar indicados en el
esquema eléctrico de la caldera o bien en el esquema del termostato que sustituye.
1. Antes de colocar las pilas, realice un orificio en la pared, procurando que los terminales del
cronotermostato para la conexión de los cables queden alineados en la posición correcta.
2. Seguidamente, coloque uno de los tacos de plástico que se suministran con el cronotermostato
en el orificio que ha realizado, procurando que quede nivelado con la pared.
3. Fije uno de los tornillos en el taco que ha colocado.
4. Mirando el cronotermostato por su cara posterior verá que hay un orificio en el lado derecho.
Alinee el cronotermostato a la pared apoyándolo en su cara posterior, hasta que consiga el
encaje del tornillo en el orificio y desplace el cronotermostato hacia la izquierda hasta que encaje
en la guía.
5. Abra la tapa frontal del cronotermostato. Dentro del compartimento de las pilas verá el segundo
orificio para fijar el cronotermostato. Marque la posición del segundo tornillo procurando que
quede bien nivelado y retire el cronotermostato.
6. Haga un orificio en la marca que ha realizado en la pared y coloque el taco de plástico
procurando que quede nivelado con la pared.

En caso de que la pantalla muestre una información diferente, presione la tecla "BORRAR"
mediante un objeto puntiagudo como por ejemplo, el extremo de un clip sujetapapeles.
Tras la instalación de las pilas, cierre la tapa frontal del cronotermostato.
Cuando el nivel de las pilas esté bajo, la pantalla mostrará la palabra BATT parpadeando. En este
caso sustituya las pilas por otras nuevas, preferiblemente alcalinas. De no ser así, la caldera no
arrancaría.
Si una vez sustituidas las pilas la palabra BATT no desapareciera, presione la tecla BORRAR.
3. PROGRAMACIÓN DEL DÍA Y LA HORA ACTUALES
Para programar la hora, siga los siguientes pasos:
Nota: Cuando no exista preinstalación, tenga en cuenta que la mayoría de calderas existentes
disponen de su propio termostato. Debe retirar de la caldera el puente de conexión de ese
termostato y conectar entre los dos bornes libres los dos cables dirigidos al nuevo cronotermostato.
Sin embargo, para mayor seguridad, consulte con el manual de instrucciones de su sistema de
calefacción.
9. Vuelva a colocar el cronotermostato en la guía del primer tornillo. Abra la tapa frontal y fije el
tornillo en el taco que verá en el compartimento de las pilas.
10. Una vez fijado y conectado el cronotermostato, puede proceder a la conexión de la red
eléctrica desde el interruptor general de la vivienda.
Colocación de las pilas
El cronotermostato funciona con dos pilas tipo AA de 1'5V, preferiblemente alcalinas. Para poner en
marcha la unidad, coloque las pilas dentro del compartimento destinado a las pilas.
Cuando se colocan las pilas por primera vez la pantalla debe mostrar la hora y la fecha así como la
temperatura de la habitación (por ejemplo 22ºC) tal y como se muestra en la figura siguiente:

1. Presione la tecla "ENTRAR" durante más de dos segundos hasta que en la pantalla aparezca la
indicación "1.2 ºC SWING".
2. Puede entonces cambiar el valor mediante las teclas triangulares.
3. Para fijar el valor y volver al modo normal de funcionamiento presione la tecla "ENTRAR" de
nuevo.
Ajuste de calibración
En algunos casos especiales el cronotermostato puede estar instalado en lugares donde no puede
medir directamente la temperatura de la habitación. Por ejemplo, si lo que se desea es controlar la
temperatura del salón y el cronotermostato está instalado en otra habitación, deberemos tener en
cuenta que existe una diferencia de temperatura lógica entre los dos lugares. Para compensar esta
diferencia podemos modificar la medida que toma el cronotermostato entre -5 ºC y +5 ºC,
dependiendo de las circunstancias de la instalación. Para ello:
1. Presione dos veces y mantenga presionada la tecla "REG/MAN" hasta que en la pantalla
aparezca la indicación CL 0.
2. Con las teclas triangulares modifique el valor según sus necesidades.
3. Para fijar el valor y volver al modo normal de funcionamiento presione la tecla "ENTRAR".
1. Mantenga presionada la tecla "HORA" hasta que los dos puntos del reloj dejen de parpadear.
2. Presione la tecla "HORA" hasta fijar la hora actual.
3. Una vez seleccionada la hora actual, presione la tecla "MIN", hasta fijar los minutos actuales.
4. Para fijar el día de la semana presione la tecla "DIA", hasta fijar el día actual y recuerde:
SUN= Domingo TUE= Martes THU= Jueves SAT= Sábado
MON= Lunes WED= Miércoles FRI= Viernes
5. Finalmente, presione la tecla "ENTRAR" para volver al modo normal de funcionamiento. Los dos
puntos del reloj volverán a parpadear.
4. AJUSTES DEL CRONOTERMOSTATO
Este cronotermostato dispone de diversas funciones de regulación que pueden ser definidas por el
usuario.
Regulación del Diferencial
El Diferencial de Temperatura en un cronotermostato es la diferencia de temperatura mínima entre
la ambiental y la fijada por el programa para que haya un cambio de funcionamiento. Este valor se
puede seleccionar entre 0'2 ºC y 3 ºC, para ello:

debería de ser una temperatura baja (la temperatura mínima que uno desea cuando no esta en la
vivienda). Aunque también podría ser a la inversa.
Antes de proceder a la programación, por favor lea atentamente las siguientes indicaciones:
Los programas 1 y 3 siempre tienen el mismo nivel de temperatura, tanto para el bloque de diarios
como para los fines de semana. Esto es debido a que la temperatura de dichos programas
corresponde normalmente a la temperatura de confort, y por tanto suele ser la misma en todo caso.
Debe usted definir los 4 programas para todos los bloques tanto de diarios como de fines de
semana. Es decir, si usted quiere solamente que el sistema mantenga 22°de 6:30 a 10:00 AM y el
resto del día 15º, deberá establecer:
Programa 1: 6:30 AM a 22º
Programa 2: 7:00 AM a 22º
Programa 3: 8:00 AM a 22º
Programa 4: 10:00 AM a 13º
por ejemplo, pero siempre todos los programas establecidos, tanto para diarios como para fines de
semana.
Los programas deben estar ordenados cronológicamente, el programa 1 deberá estar programado
para antes del 2, y así sucesivamente.
5. AJUSTE DE LOS PROGRAMAS
Bloques de programación
Este cronotermostato dispone de dos bloques distintos de programación (laborables y fines de
semana) y de 4 programas distintos para cada bloque. Los programas están predefinidos como
sigue:

Esta tabla de programas indica que el sistema se irá poniendo en marcha y a la vez efectuando
paradas con tal de mantener los niveles de temperatura indicados. Sin embargo, tanto las horas de
maniobra como las temperaturas pueden ser reprogramados. Normalmente, el primer y tercer
programas son de encendido, por lo que se tendría que programar una temperatura confort, (la que
uno desea cuando esta en casa), y el segundo y cuarto programas son de desconexión, por lo que

Para establecer los horarios y temperaturas de los diferentes programas, siga los siguientes pasos:
Programación días laborables
1. Presione la tecla "DIARIOS" y en la pantalla aparecerá la hora de conexión del Programa
2. Puede cambiar la hora de conexión presionando las teclas "HORA" y "MIN" hasta que en la
pantalla aparezca la hora deseada. Tenga en cuenta que los intervalos de minutos serán como
mínimo de diez.
3. Cuando haya seleccionado la hora de conexión correcta, presione la tecla "ENTRAR"
4. La pantalla mostrara un 1 y la temperatura predefinida. Para cambiar el nivel de temperatura
utilice las teclas triangulares.
5. Una vez seleccionada la temperatura correcta, presione la tecla "ENTRAR".
6. En la pantalla se mostrará el siguiente programa y así sucesivamente. Puede modificarlos todos
repitiendo los pasos 2 a 5.
7. Cuando finalice presione la tecla "REG/MAN" para volver al modo normal de funcionamiento.
En la pantalla alternará la temperatura ambiente con la temperatura objetivo que muestra las
palabras TARGET TEMP es su parte inferior.
El Programa 4 y último no puede ser establecido más tarde de las 11:50PM, debido a que es la
última hora del día. Si usted quisiera establecer un programa a las 12:00 o más tarde, deberá
hacerlo como primer programa del día.
Ejemplo:
• Puesto que nos levantamos a las 7:30h., establecemos que el Programa 1 que se active a las
7:00h. con una temperatura de 22°C (temperatura de confort, puesto que estamos en la vivienda).
• Salimos de casa a las 9:30h., por tanto establecemos el programa 2 que se active a las 9:30, con
una temperatura de 15°C (temperatura económica, puesto que no vamos a estar en la vivienda).
• Volvemos a casa sobre las 07:30PM h., por lo que establecemos el Programa 3 que se active a
las 07:00PM h. con una temperatura de confort de 22°C.
• A las 11:00 PM queremos que se active la temperatura económica a 14°C.
Por tanto, el esquema general para los días laborales que queremos establecer, sería :
Programa 1: de 7:00 AM a 9:29 AM, temperatura de confort, 22°C
Programa 2: de 9:30 AM a 06:59 PM, temperatura económica, 15°C
Programa 3: de 07:00 PM a 10:59 PM, temperatura de confort, 22°C
Programa 4: de 11:00 PM a 6:59 AM del día siguiente, temperatura económica, 14°C

Indicador de funcionamiento
La palabra HEAT, siempre aparecerá en la pantalla. Cuando HEAT esté fija en la pantalla, significa
que la caldera está parada y cuando HEAT esté parpadeando la caldera estará en funcionamiento.
6. FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL
Este cronotermostato permite establecer manualmente un nivel de temperatura,
independientemente del programa que esté activado en ese momento. Esta función puede
activarse de forma indefinida o de forma temporal. De forma indefinida, la temperatura fijada se
mantendrá hasta que pulsemos la tecla "ENTER" y de forma temporal sólo se mantendrá hasta el
siguiente programa, en el cual de forma automática se anulará la función manual.
Para fijar la función manual de forma temporal:
1. Presione las teclas triangulares hasta que la pantalla muestre la temperatura deseada. Al
presionar las teclas triangulares, las palabras TARGET TEMP y HEAT parpadearán en la pantalla
y usted estará visualizando la temperatura que desea establecer (temperatura objetivo).
2. Pasados 20 segundos sin que usted presione ninguna tecla, TARGET TEMP quedará fija debajo
de la temperatura objetivo que alternará con la temperatura ambiental en la pantalla. El nuevo
Programación fin de semana
Los pasos para la programación del bloque de fin de semana son los mismos que para el bloque
de los días laborables, pero iniciando la programación con la tecla "SAB/DOM".
1. Presione la tecla "SAB/DOM" y en la pantalla aparecerá la hora de conexión del Programa 1.
2. Puede cambiarla hora de conexión presionando las teclas "HORA" y "MIN" hasta que en la
pantalla aparezca la hora deseada. Tenga en cuenta que los intervalos de minutos serán como
mínimo de diez.
3. Cuando haya seleccionado la hora de conexión correcta, presione la tecla "ENTRAR"
4. La pantalla mostrara un 1 y la temperatura predefinida. Para cambiar el nivel de temperatura
utilice las teclas triangulares.
5. Una vez seleccionada la temperatura correcta, presione la tecla "ENTRAR".
6. En la pantalla se mostrará el siguiente programa y así sucesivamente. Puede modificarlos todos

puede forzar la parada del sistema de calefacción. Es decir, si selecciona la posición 0, el sistema
de calefacción no se pondrá en marcha aunque el valor de la temperatura ambiental se encuentre
por debajo del establecido por el programa actual. En cambio, si selecciona la posición 1, el
sistema de calefacción actuará según los programas establecidos.
7. CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS
Alimentación: 2 pilas AA de 1'5 V preferiblemente alcalinas
Conexión a la red: 250VAC 50Hz
5A para carga de resistiva
Rango de temperatura de control: de 7°C a 39°C
Diferencial : de 0,2 a 3°C
Cuatro programas para los días laborables y cuatro para los fines de semana.
Con interruptor de funcionamiento para forzar la parada del cronotermostato.
nivel de temperatura establecida como TARGET TEMP (temperatura objetivo) se mantendrá
hasta la entrada del siguiente programa.
3. Si desea anular el funcionamiento manual antes de la llegada del siguiente programa, presione
la tecla "ENTRAR".
Para fijar la función manual de forma indefinida:
1. Presione la tecla "REG/MAN" una sola vez. La pantalla mostrará la indicación HOLD de forma
intermitente.
2. Seleccione entonces la temperatura deseada mediante las teclas triangulares.
3. Para fijar el valor presione la tecla "ENTRAR". La pantalla mostrará alternativamente la
temperatura ambiental y la temperatura objetivo acompañada de la palabra HOLD.
Recuerde: Esta función se mantendrá activada mientras no se presione la tecla "ENTRAR".
Interruptor de funcionamiento:
En la parte frontal del cronotermostato existe un interruptor manual de funcionamiento con el cual

1. INTRODUCTION
This cronothermostat has been designed for use with fixed oil, gas, or electric heating systems,
and may be used in place of most indoor home thermostats.
2. INSTALLATION
WARNING
The thermostat should be installed only in dry, indoor areas, in fixed heating systems,
and on nonconductive surfaces.
To avoid electrical discharges, always disconnect the heating system from the main
electrical line from the master switch in the house. Carefully read the following
instructions before installing the thermostat.
Where to Install Thermostat
The ideal location for your thermostat is a spot approximately 1'5 meters from the floor, in a well
ventilated area, and far from:
1. Indoor drafts
2. Heat sources

5. Open the front cover of thermostat. In the battery compartment there is a second hole for
mounting the thermostat. Mark on the wall the location for the second screw, making sure
that it is in line with the first screw, and remove the thermostat.
6. Make a hole where you put your mark, and place another plastic plug, again ensuring that
the plug is flush with the wall.
7. Mount the thermostat on the wall and connect the cables to the terminals as shown in the
following diagram. If you have any questions or concerns, call our customer service number.
8. The terminals are found on the back of the thermostat. Only two cables are needed to
connect the thermostat to the heater. Connect the cables as follows:
Connecet cables L and N to the furnace as shown in the diagram. Connect two additional cables
between the furnace and the new thermostat, as indicated in the diagram on your furnace. Never
connect the L and N cables directly to the cronothermostat.

4. Built-in pipes or chimneys
It is advisable to install your thermostat in a frequently used room, such as the living room or dining
room.
Mounting the cronothermostat on the wall
Remember to disconnect the electrical main from the central swtich before taking out the old
thermostat and installing the new one.
1. Before placing the batteries, make a hole in the wall, making sure that the thermostat cable
terminals are properly aligned.
2. Next, place one of the plastic plugs provided with the thermostat into the hole. Make sure
that the plug is flush with the wall.
3. Fit one of the screws provided into the plug.
4.On the back of the thermostat, there is a hole on the right side. With the back of the
thermostat facing the wall, line up the hole on the thermostat with the screw on the wall,
moving the thermostat toward the left until it fits into the guide.

If the informatoin displayed on the screen is not correct, press the "erase" key, using a pointed
object, such as a paper clip.
After inserting the batteries, close the front cover of the thermostat.
3. PROGRAMMING TIME AND DAY
To program the time, follow the steps below:
1. Hold down the "HOUR" key until the two dots on the clock stop blinking.
2. Press the "HOUR" key to set the correct hour.
3. Once the hour is correctly set, press the "MIN" key to the correct time.
4. To set the days of the week, press the "DAY" key to read the correct day. Days are
designated as follows:
SUN= Sunday TUE=Tuesday THU= Thursday SAT= Saturday
MON= Monday WED= Wednesday FRI= Friday
5. Lastly, press the "ENTER" key to return to the standard operating mode. The two dots on the
clock will again start blinking.
Note: Bear in mind that most furnaces have their own thermostat. Remove the connecting bridge
between the furnace and the old thermostat, and connect the furnace to the cables leading directly
to the chronothermostat. For greater safety, however, consult the manual for your particular
heating system beforehand.
9. Again line up the new thermostat with the hole for the first screw. Open the front cover, and
fit the screw into the plug located behind the battery compartment.
10. Once the thermostat is mounted and connected, procede to reconnect the main electrical
line from the household main switch.
Inserting Batteries
The cronothermostat operates with 1'5 V AA batteries, preferably alcaline. The batteries must be
inserted in the battery compartment of the thermostat.
When inserting the batteries for the first time, the screen should show the proper time, date, and
room temperature, as shown in the drawing below.

the two rooms, the thermostat gauge needs to be modified between -5°C and +5°C, depending on
the temperature difference existing between the two rooms.
1. Press the "REG/MAN" key twice and hold down until you see on your screen CL O.
2. Use the triangular buttons to set the correct temperature.
3. To program the temperature and return to the standard operating mode, press ENTER.
Maintaing Constant Temperature
In cases where you are absent from the home for extended periods, the thermostat can set and
maintain your home at a contstant temperature. This temperature is usually very low. To set the
temperature:
1. Press the "REG/MAN" key once. The word HOLD will appear blinking on the screen.
2. Using the triangular buttons, select desired temperature.
3. To program temperature, now press "ENTER". The word HOLD (not blinking) will again
appear on the screen.
To return to standard operating mode, press ENTER.
4. REGULATING THERMOSTAT
The thermostat can be regulated in various ways.
Regulating Temperature Differential
The temperature differential refers to the difference between actual room temperature and
thermostat's programmed temperature. The temperature differential can be set between 0'2°C and
3°C. To set the temperature differential:
1. Press the "ENTER" key for at least two seconds until you see on the screen "1.2°C SWING".
2. Use the triangular key to change the differential.
3. To set the differential and return to the standard operating mode, again press the "ENTER"
key.
Adjusting Temperature Gauge
Occasionally the chronothermostat can not be installed in the same room whose temperature you
wish to control. For example, you may wish to control the temperature in the dining room, and the
thermostat is located in another room. To compensate for the difference in temperature between

Example:
• Suppose we get up each morning at 7:30 am. We can set Program 1 to begin at 7:00 in order
to heat the house to 22°C. (provided we are in the house).
• Suppose we leave the house at 9:30 am. We can set Program 2 to begin at that time, in order
to maintain the house at 15°C. (given that we are not going to be there).
• We return home at around 7:30 pm. We can set Program 3 to begin at 7:00 in order to raise
the indoor temperature to a comfortable 22°-23°C.
• At 11:00 pm. we can set Program 4 to lower the room temperature again to 14°C.
Therefore, the general programming schedule for weekdays would be:
Program 1: from 7:00 a 9:29 am, 22°C
Program 2: from 9:30 am to 6:59 pm, 15°C
Program 3: from 6:00 pm to 10:59 pm, 23°C
Program 4: from 11:00 pm to 6:59 am, 14°C
To set program times and temperature, procede as follows:

Program Blocks
The thermostat has two program blocks (weekdays and weekends), with four programs in each
block. The programs are preset as follows:

This table indicates the time and temperature for each program. The programs turn the heat on and off at
the specified times in order to maintain the indicated temperatures. Program times and temperatures may
be reprogrammed according to your individual needs and preferences. Normally programs 1 and 3 turn
the heater on, and are set at a comfortable room temperature. Prorams 2 and 4 usually turn off the heat,
and are set for a fairly low room temperature. These can be reversed, however, with programs 2 and 4
maintaining a higher temperature, and 1 and 3 maintaining a lower temperature.

3. Once you have selected the correct connecting time, press "ENTER".
4. The screen will display a "1" and a preset temperature. To change the desired temperature,
use the triangular keys.
5. Having selected the correct temperature, press "ENTER".
6. The screen will now display program 2. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for each of the remaining
programs
7. When finished, press the "REG/MAN" key to return to the standard operating mode.
Operating
The word HEAT will always appear on the screen.When it is blinking it means the furnace is on.
When the word HEAT is not blinking, it means the furnace is turned off.
6. Manually Operated
The thermostat can be regulated manually, independently of the program that is on at the time. To
adjust the temperature manually:
Weekday Programming
1. Press the "DAILY" key. On your screen will appear the connecting time for Program 1.
2. The connecting time can be changed by pressing the "HOUR" and "MIN" keys until the
screen reads the desired time. Remember that the minutes can only be set at minimum
intervals of 10 minutes.
3. Once you have selected the correct connecting time, press "ENTER".
4. The screen will display a "1" and a preset temperature. To change the desired temperature,
use the triangular keys.
5. Having selected the correct temperature, press "ENTER".

Weekend Programming
For weekend programming, begin by pressing the "SAT/SUN" key, and then follow the same steps
used for weekday programming:
1. Press the "SAT/SUN" key. On your screen will appear the connecting time for Program 1.

Switch to turn off thermostat.
Press the triangular keys until the screen displays the desired temperature. The words TARGET
TEMP will appear blinking on the screen. After approximately 20 seconds, without pressing any key,
the words TARGET TEMP will stop blinking, and the actual room temperature will reappear on the
screen. The thermostat will establish and maintain the newly selected temperature until the next
program begins.
If you wish to cancel the manual function before the next program begins, press the "REG/MAN"
key.
In the front of the thermostat there is a manual switch for turning off the heater. By setting the switch
in the position designated "0", the heater will not turn on, even if the room temperature is below the
temperature programmed for that time. Setting the switch to position "1" will turn your heating
system back on in accordance with the preset programs.

Dieser Chronothermostat wurde entworfen zum Gebrauch mit fest installierten Systemen von
Elektro-, Gas-, Öl- Heizungen oder mit Kühlsystemen. Dieser Chronothermostat kann die meisten
der internen Haushalts- Thermostate ersetzen.
2. INSTALLATION
ACHTUNG
Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich innen an trockenen Stellen montiert werden, an fest
installierten Heizungs- oder Kühl- Systemen oder auf nicht leitenden Oberflächen.
Um elektrische Schläge zu vermeiden, trennen Sie immer das Heizsystem vom
Stromnetz durch das Abschalten der Hauptstromzufuhr. Lesen Sie vor der Installation
aufmerksam die folgenden Anweisungen des Chronothermostats.
Auswahl des Orts der Anbringung
Anmerkung: Wählen Sie für neue Installationen den am besten geeigneten Platz, d.h. ca. 1,5 Meter
vom Boden an einer gut belüfteten Stelle und entfernt von:

übereinstimmt und durch Verschieben nach links in die Führung einrastet.
5. Öffnen Sie den vordere Deckel des Chronothermostats. Im Batteriefach sehen Sie die zweite
Öffnung zum Anschrauben des Thermostats. Markieren Sie die Position der zweiten
Schraube so, dass sie richtig liegt und entfernen Sie den Chronothermostat.
6. Bohren Sie an der markierten Stelle ein Loch in die Wand und setzen Sie den
Kunststoffdübel so ein, dass er ebenflächig mit der Wand sitzt.
7. Bringen Sie den Thermostat in Wandnähe und schließen Sie die Kabel an die Anschlüsse
des Chronothermostats so an, wie es auf dem anschließend gezeigten Diagramm gezeigt
wird. Falls Sie irgendeinen Zweifel haben, rufen Sie unser Kundendienst- Telefon an.
8. Die Kabelschuhe für den Anschluss befinden sich hinten am Thermostat, wobei nur der
Anschluss mit zwei Kabeln an das Heizungssystem notwendig ist. Das Anschließen muss
wie folgt vorgenommen werden:
Mit dem Boiler müssen wie das Diagramm anzeigt L und N verbunden werden, aber vom
Boiler zum Chronothermostat werden 2 Drähte angeschlossen, die im Elektrodiagramm des

Berücksichtigen Sie außerdem, dass es ratsam ist, dass er in einem Raum installiert wird, in dem
Sie sich gewöhnlich aufhalten, wie z. B. das Wohn- oder Esszimmer.
Montage des Thermostats an der Wand
Vergessen Sie nicht, dass Sie vor Beginn der Entfernung des alten Thermostats und / oder der
Installation des neuen, die Hauptstromzufuhr vom Netz durch Abschalten des Hauptstromzufuhr-
Schalters unterbrechen müssen.
1. Bohren Sie vor dem Einsetzen der Batterien ein Loch in die Wand, nachdem Sie vorher
abgeklärt haben, dass die Anschlüsse des Thermostats für die Kabel richtig liegen.
2. Führen Sie anschließend einen der Kunststoff- Dübel, der mit dem Chronothermostat
mitgeliefert wird, so in das gebohrte Loch ein, dass er ebenflächig mit der Wand sitzt.
3. Schrauben Sie eine der Schrauben in den eingesetzten Dübel.
4. Bei Betrachten des Chronothermostats von der hinteren Seite aus sehen Sie, dass an der
rechten Seite eine Öffnung vorhanden ist. Halten Sie den Chronothermostat mit der
Hinterseite an die Wand und richten Sie in so aus, dass die Schraube mit der Öffnung

Einsetzen der Batterien
Der Chronothermostat funktioniert mit zwei vorzugsweise alkalischen Batterien des Typs AA von 1,5
V,. Zur Inbetriebnahme des Geräts, setzen Sie die Batterien in das für sie vorgesehene Fach ein.
Beim erstmaligen Einsetzen der Batterien muss der Bildschirm die Zeit und das Datum sowie die
Raumtemperatur anzeigen (zum Beispiel 22°C) und zwar so wie auf der folgenden Abbildung
angezeigt wird:
Falls der Bildschirm eine anderslautende Anzeige aufweist, drücken Sie die Taste "LÖSCHEN" mit
einem spitzen Gegenstand, wie zum Beispiel dem Ende einer Büroklammer.
Nach dem Einsetzen der Batterien schließen Sie den vorderen Deckel des Chronothermostats.
Boilers angegeben sein müssen. Schließen Sie L und N nie direkt an den Chronothermostat
an.
Anmerkung: Falls vorher keine Installation vorhanden war, berücksichtigen Sie, dass die Mehrzahl
der vorhandenen Boiler über ihren eigenen Thermostat verfügen. Sie müssen von diesem Boiler die
Verbindungsbrücke dieses Thermostats entfernen und zwischen den beiden freien Klemmen die
zwei Kabel anschließen, die zum neuen Chronothermostat gehen. Sicherheitshalber lesen Sie
nochmals das Handbuch mit den Anweisungen Ihres Heizsystems.
9. Setzen Sie den Chronothermostat wieder in die Führung der ersten Schraube ein. Öffnen Sie
den vorderen Deckel und schrauben Sie die Schraube in den Dübel, den Sie im Batteriefach
sehen.
10. Nachdem der Chronothermostat festgeschraubt und angeschlossen ist, können Sie die
Stromzufuhr wieder einschalten durch Betätigen des Hauptschalters der Wohnung.
