XLUL 11 A is intended to be used with the XLPP 100x128 pallets.
Use the locating module to position pallets with items in preparation for operations,
such as test, assembly or machining.
• Sensor (B1) activates the pneumatic pre-stop cylinder (A1) at the pre-stop posi-
tion if the process area is occupied. When (A1) is activated, it stops the pallet.
• Sensor (B2) activates the pneumatic stop cylinder (A2) at the process position.
When (A2) is activated, it holds the pallet.
• The pneumatic locating cylinder (A3) locates the pallet.
• Sensors (B3) and (B4) monitor if the pallet is located or not.
• When the operation is finished, the pneumatic stop cylinder (A2) releases the
pallet.
• An RFID-reader at the pre-stop (B5) can identify pallets and be used to increase
efficiency.
The chain is moving throughout the process.
