WARNING
• Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result
in instability causing possible injury.
• Correct installation is essential to safe and reliable operation of the
AV/VC One product and falls outside the scope of responsibility
of Colebrook Bosson Saunders. Please follow assembly instructions carefully.
• Do not use this product for any purpose other than that for which it
was designed.
• Ensure that oor or wall surface is strong enough to support the weight of
the fully-loaded AV/VC One and that the oor surface is at and level.
• Do not install AV/VC One outdoors or in environments where it will be
directly exposed to moisture or highwinds.
• Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for mounting of monitors, displays
and other equipment.
• Please take care to avoid trapping ngers when installing or adjusting
the product.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Safe installation of electrical equipment is the responsibility of the installer.
• Colebrook Bosson Saunders recommends that only double-insulated
electrical equipment and cables are installed in AV/VC One unit.
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
• Ensure all screws and xings are fully tightened and occasionally re-tighten if necessary.
• Clean with a dampcloth. DO NOT use solvents.

IMPORTANT
• Maximum screen size to be mounted:
• Single screen installation: 80” max size. 60kg (132lbs) max weight.
• Dual screen installation: 65” max size. 60kg (132lbs) max weight.
• Note that screen sizes of 65” to 80” may be mounted in dual screen conguration but only
if the AV/VC One is stabilised by securing to the wall or building structure using the
accessory ‘AV/VC One Wall Brace Bracket’ (Product code: AVS/021/WBK1)
• It is recommended that screens are removed before moving the AV/VC One unit.

Key must be inserted in
lock to open back panel.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Ensure washers are used.
FULLY TIGHTEN FIXING SCREWS

Ensure both screws are
fully tightened.

ESTABLISH FIXING HEIGHT OF WALL BRACKET

Mark xing hole positions in centre of
elongated holes.
When bracket is xed this will permit a small
amount of vertical adjustment to optimise the
t with the height of the AV/VC One unit.

that the unit anchor bracket can be
pushed easily inside.

FIX WALL BRACKET TO WALL / BUILDING STRUCTURE

IMPORTANT NOTE
It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that the
wall fixings used are suitable for the surface/structure
to which the bracket is being mounted and are ap-
propriate to the potential loads.
Suitable washers/load spreaders should always be used
to spread the load over the elongated mounting holes.
Wall xings are not supplied

PUSH THE AV/VC ONE UNIT INTO THE WALL BRACKET

should be moved carefully
so that the anchor bracket
slides easily into the wall
bracket.
FIX AV/VC ONE UNIT TO WALL BRACKET

Ensure washers are used.
Use xing holes according
to distance from wall of
AV/VC One unit
IMPORTANT NOTE
It is advised to install any
required equipment into
the AV/VC One column
before attaching the unit
to the wall bracket.
FULLY TIGHTEN THE FIXING SCREWS

Ensure both screws are
fully tightened.

until AV/VC One is
secured to the wall bracket.
You may wish to pre-install
any necessary cabling in
preparation for screen
mounting.

The AV/VOne unit should
be moved carefully so
that the anchor bracket
slides easily out of the wall
bracket.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Dismount screen(s) before
detaching AV/VC One
from the wall bracket.
