BATTERY REMOVAL
1. Remove the 4 screws from the bottom ring with a screwdriver.
2. Take out the bottom ring and inner parts by hands, and take
the battery housing out.
3. Remove the 5 housing screws with a screwdriver, open the
housing and take the battery with connector out.
4. Remove the battery from the connector and place the battery
in a small plastic bag.
5. Properly recycle or dispose of the battery and the remains of
the lantern. Do not apply electrical power to the unit once
the battery has been removed or when the housing is not
intact.
6. Recycle responsibly. Contact your local recycle center for a
disposal location near you.
This product
uses a Lithium-
ion Rechargeable
Battery. The battery
is Recyclable.
At the end of the
battery’s useful life, it
should be removed
from the unit and be
recycled or properly
disposed of. Do not
discard in a landfill
or incinerate the
battery.
