• Keep theair intake free from dust, fluff, hair and anything that
can reduce theairflow.
• Do not vacuum any burning or smoking objects such as hot
ashes, matches or cigarette butts. Do not vacuum any liquids.
• Do not use thevacuum cleaner for vacuuming construction
site waste such as cement, gypsum or concrete dust.
• Take extra care when vacuuming on stairs.
• Do not use thevacuum cleaner if theair intake dust filter or
exhaust filter is damaged, clogged or not in place. Always use
thecorrect dust filter.
• Thevacuum cleaner should not be used if it or themains lead
is in any way damaged or malfunctioning.
• Thevacuum cleaner must only be repaired by qualified service
technicians.
• Themains lead should be checked regularly. Do not use
thevacuum cleaner if themains lead or its plug is damaged.
• Themains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to
prevent therisk of electric shock or fire and should only be
carried out by themanufacturer, authorised service facility or
aqualified tradesman.
• Thevacuum cleaner can be used by children aged from
8 years and above if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of theappliance in asafe way and
if they understand thehazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep thevacuum cleaner and its mains lead out of reach of
children under theage of 8.
• Thevacuum cleaner may be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or
knowledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided they
have been given proper supervision or instruction regarding
thesafe use of theproduct and understand any hazards involved.
• Never let children play with thevacuum cleaner.
