CSI 026 – Door adjustment VIRO neo / TORO neo
1. General Information
These Instructions are directed toward trained specialized staff. The basic safety information in
the operating manual has to be followed.
1.1 Instruction for installation
No special installation instructions.
1.2 Work schedule
The working time is approximately 20 minutes. The working time can vary depending on the condition and
equipment of the machine.

2. Work procedure
2.1 Adjustment at the loading shelf
On the loading shelf, the parallelism of the door to the
loading shelf and the cover can at the top be adjusted.
To do this, slightly loosen the four screws and slide the
loading shelf to the left or right to find the best possible
position of the door.
The distance above and below should be about the same.
2.2 Adjustment at the door lock
The actuator should be aligned centrally in the door
switch.
Loosen both screws slightly and position actuator up or
down.

If necessary, the actuator can be carefully bent inwards
with a screwdriver, approx. 1 mm is sufficient.
DANGER
Danger of death by dangerous voltage
•Turn off on the main switch. Disconnect the system from the power supply.
•There is a residual electrical energy in lines and equipment after the system is switched off.
WARNING
Risk of injury by machine parts that continue to rotate
•Do not bypass, remove, or render ineffective the safety equipment.
•Do not operate the system if the safety equipment is not complete or fully functional.
•After the machine is turned off, there are still rotating parts that can cause injuries. Never stop the ma-
chine by hand.
