consumer products with the safety of you, our valued customer foremost in mind.
In addition, we ask that you exercise a degree of care when using any electrical
appliance and adhere to the following precautions:
Important safeguards for your blender
Carefully read all instructions before
operation and save for future reference.
Remove any packaging material and
promotional stickers before using the
blender for the first time.
Do not place the blender near the edge of
a bench or table during operation. Ensure
that surface is level, clean and free of
water, flour etc. Vibration during operation
may cause the appliance to move.
Do not place this appliance on or near a
hot gas or electric burner, or where it could
touch a heated oven.
Always ensure the blender is properly
assembled before use. Refer to assembly
and operation (page 6).
Use only the blender jug and lid supplied
with the blender.
Always ensure the blender lid is firmly
positioned on the blender jug before
operating.
Do not leave the blender unattended when
in use.
Ensure that the switch in the control panel
is in OFF position and then unplug from
the power outlet before attaching the
blender or attempting to move the
appliance, or when the blender is not in
use and before cleaning and storing.
Do not operate the appliance continuously
for more than 3 minutes. After the 3
minutes, stop for one minute before you
continue.
Never place your fingers or utensils inside
the blender without unplugging the unit
from the power outlet.
DO NOT use carbonated liquids in the
blender jar or any blending container.
Using carbonated liquids in the blender jar
or any blending container may result in injury.
DO NOT blend oil or oil-based products
such as peanut butter for greater than 5
minutes.
Be careful when handling the blending
blade as the blade is very sharp. Mis-
handling of the blade may cause injury.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as
spatulas and other utensils away from the
blender jug during operation.
Do not remove blender jug from the motor
base whilst in operation. Remove the jug
only when the appliance is completely off.
To protect against electric shock do not
immerse the motor base, plug or cord in
water or any other liquid.
Do not use the blender for anything other
than food and/or beverage preparation.
Do not process boiling liquids; allow to
cool before placing into the blender jug.
Make sure the motor and blade have
completely stopped, the POWER switch is
pressed down and it is unplugged from the
power outlet before disassembling.
Display window area will scratch when
contacted with a scouring pad or sharp
object. Use a soft cloth to wipe the control
panel area clean.
Keep the appliance clean. Refer to care
and cleaning (page 10).
The maximum capacity is equivalent to the
liters listed on the container, and is less
with thicker mixtures.
When making nut butters or oil based
foods, DO NOT blend for more than one
minute after mixture starts circulation. This
could lead to dangerous overheating
DO NOT start processing hot liquids on a
high speed. Always process on a low
speed and progress to high speed as the
machine is running.
Use caution with hot liquids, liquids may
spray from under the lid. Steam and
liquids may cause injuries.

Important safeguards for all electrical appliances
Fully unwind the cord before use.
To protect against electric shock, do not
immerse cord, plug or motor base in water
or any other liquid.
Do not let the cord hand over the edge of a
table or counter, touch hot surfaces or
become knotted.
This appliance is not intended for use by
young children or infirm persons unless
they have been adequately supervised by a
responsible person to ensure they can use
the appliance safely.
Young children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
It is recommended to regularly inspect the
appliance. Do not use the appliance if the
power supply cord, plug or appliance
becomes damaged in any way. Return the
entire appliance to the nearest authorized
COLORATO Service Centre for
examination and / or repair.
Any maintenance other than cleaning
should be performed at a COLORATO
authorized Service Centre.
This appliance is for professional use. Do
not use this appliance for anything other
than its intended use. Do not use in moving
vehicles or boats. Do not use outdoors.

The symbol on the product means that at the end of its life, the appliance has not to be
considered a common waste. It is a special waste and has to be demolished in specific
recovery and disposal area, as prescribed by the EC Directive 2002/96/EC(WEEE). By
disposing this product correctly, you can avoid negative consequences for the environment

1. Before starting, make sure that the blender is unplugged and container is not positioned on
the blender.
2. Put ingredients into container and cover it. Do not fill above MAX line.
3. Place container on blender base. Be sure container is fully seated and that drive coupling is
properly engaged. Plug blender cord into outlet.
This blender is equipped with an electronic membrane keypad. The ON/OFF and
speed ,Timer buttons and a 999-second countdown timer with up and
down arrows and confirm with ok to set desired speed and time.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the blender. Red LED will illuminate. The
electronic timer will indicate 180 seconds (default) . Press the up or down arrow
to set the desired time. The electronic timer will indicate run time in 1-second (short press)
or 10-second(long press) intervals up to maximum of 999 seconds. After the desired time is
set, press speed from 1 to 8 gears of speed as your need, then press ok to start the
blender.
The timer will count down to 0 in 1-second intervals and blender will shut off. Pressing the
ON/OFF button will override the timer and the blender will stop regardless of time left
on timer.
NOTE: If you want to increase or decrease time while timer is counting down, press
Timer and up or down arrows. Time will increase or decrease in 3-second
intervals.
5. If the blender is not used for three seconds, the timer function will turn off and return to

manual mode. To reactivate timer, press Timer ,then up or down arrows.
Time will increase or decrease in 3-second intervals.
For speed adjust operation, press speed from 1 to 8 gears speed. When pressing
speed , the LED screen will show “1”, which indicates the lowest speed, and press up
or down arrows. Speed will increase from 1 to 8 gears, or decrease from 8 to 1
gears. When finished blending, press ON/OFF . For momentary operation, press the
PULSE button. Motor will run on highest speed until the button is released.
6. NOTE: The Electronic Blender is with slowstart feature, when pressing ON/OFF , and
ok , the unit will start in the lowest speed for 3 seconds and then switch to highest
speed, the default time is 180 seconds when not using Speed and Timer
button.
7. Allow to remove the jar from the motor base while motor is running, the switch will shut off
automatically, put the jar back to motor base until the drive stop moving completely.
Wash and dry container after each use. See Care & Cleaning instructions.
8. To turn the unit off, press ON/OFF button. Red LED light will go off.

Control with Timer
1. Before starting, make sure that the blender is unplugged and container is not positioned on
the blender.

2. Put ingredients into container first, solid items last. Thawed or partially thawed fruit is
recommended, do not fill above MAX line, and cover it.
3. With the unit in OFF position, place container on blender base. Be sure container is fully
seated and that drive coupling is properly engaged. Plug blender cord into outlet.
4. The motor speed can be adjusted by pressing speed , and press up or down
arrows buttons. Speed ranges from one (lowest) to eight (highest) speed
reprogrammable beverage stations. Speed ranges from 15% to 100%.
1. The Speed Up will increase the motor speed display in 1% increments and the Speed
Down button will decrease the motor speed display in 1% increments. Holding down
either button will quickly scroll through speeds.
2. Using the Speed with Up and down arrows, then ok button, set
desired motor speed.
3. If no speed is selected, motor will default to 100%.
4. NOTE: The motor does not run at the newly set speed until the ON/OFF button is
pressed. If Speed button is not pressed within 3 seconds, the new speed setting will
be stored for next use and the blender will return to STANDBY mode;
5. Press ON/OFF button, after set desired motor speed and time, press OK to run
the blender. The LED will display the time count backwards. Default time is 180 seconds,
and the default speed is the highest speed without setting the time and speed. Motor speed
and time can be changed while blender is running by simply pressing Speed and Time,
then arrows to or button.
6. To stop continuous blending operation, press ON/OFF button.
Resetting thermal protection
The blender you have purchased is equipped with an Automatic Reset Switch to protect the
motor from overheating.
If your blender stops running under heavy use, turn the power switch to the ON/OFF
position and unplug the power cord. Empty the blender container of all its contents and
allow approximately 5 minutes for the motor to cool down.
Plug the power cord back into the outlet and continue blending.
Hot Blending Instructions
To minimize the possibility of being scalded when blending hot materials, the following
precautions and procedure must be observed.
Hot materials are those that are 100 (38) or hotter.

Limit the amount of materials processed to 1 pint.
Completely remove the center portion of the two-piece container lid before starting motor
(this will allow venting of the rapidly heated and expanded air inside the container when
blender is running).
Always start blending on lowest speed setting, and the progress to desired speed.
Never stand directly over blender when it is being started or while it is running.
TURNING OFF YOUR BLENDER
Whether your blender is in STANDBY mode, NEW PROGRAM mode, or the motor is running,
pressing the ON/OFF button will stop the unit from running and will turn the power off. The
LED display will turn off.
NOTE: All programs and current settings will be restored next time you turn unit on.
Remark:
1. On all units the built-in thermal sensor keeps track of how hot the motor
gets and will automatically shut down the motor if the motor is overheating.
User should remove the container and run the machine until cool. This takes
about 2 minutes.
2. Special Note:
Please check your operation when the motor is overheated. If the machine run
all the day or the material is too thick , it will easy to get overheated.
Disassembling your blender for cleaning, care and storage

Storage
Store the Blender on the top of the
workbench. The blender jug and lids can be
assembled and stored on top of the motor
base or next to it.
The chopping blade is extremely sharp!!
Use caution when handling and storing
these parts.
Note
Cleaning after use
1. Always ensure the blender is OFF by
pressing the POWER switch down or letting
the PULSE switch and unplugging the
power cord from the power outlet.
2. Remove the blender jug from the motor
base by grasping the handle and lifting the
jug in an upward direction.
Cleaning the motor base
1. Wipe the motor base with a soft, damp
cloth, and then dry thoroughly.
2. Wipe any excess food particles from the
power cord.
Cleaning the blender jug, inner lid
and lid
Wash all parts in warm water with a little
baking soda and dry with a soft cloth. To
remove hard, stubborn stains, soak the
blender jug in warm water. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Do not use detergents or sponges or
souring pads for cleaning the jug, as they
might cause alterations in its face.
Do not use abrasive souring pads or
cleaners when cleaning the parts of motor
base as they may scratch the surface.

Suggested uses for your blender

Fruit Ice
1. Material: Ice, Fruits, Water. They are all
necessary.
2. Put the material into the container, cover the
lid, when make thick drink, please plug the
blending stick.
3. Set the variable button to a high speed (or the
highest speed.)
4. Turn on SET Switch, if water is limited, please
use the stick.
5. 3-5 seconds later, when the blending sound
suddenly diminish, which means the material
has been enough mashed, Stop the machine
at once, to prevent the ice get into water with
too much blending.
6. When mixing the fruits, water and ice, the fruit
juice will wrap the ice grain. This is the best
Fruit Smoothie. If using just Ice or water, won’t
get the right Smoothie effect. So Ice, Fruit,
Water are all necessary ingredients.
Blending Fruit & Vegetable
1. Put fruit or vegetable and little water into
the container.
2. Set medium speed or high speed.
3. Turn On SET switch, after 4-6 seconds
blending, when the material roll smoothly,
which means the material has been
enough mashed, Stop the machine at
once, to prevent over blending.
Quantities and handy hints
Do not put more than 2 cups of warm
ingredients into the blender before handling
commences. After the blending process has
begun and the blades are turning you may
slowly add another 1 ½ cups of ingredients
through the opening in the lid if desired.
Thick mixtures puree more efficiently if the
blender is ¼ to ½ full.
When using several ingredients, place
liquid ingredients in the blender jug first
unless specified in the recipe.
When blending thick or dry mixtures it may be
necessary to stop the blender and scrape
down the sides of the blender jug with a
plastic or rubber spatula, once or twice during
blending. Cut all food pieces into 2 cm cubes
where appropriate.

Margarita
60 ml Tequila
60 ml Cointreau
80 ml lime juice
12 ice cubes
1. Place Tequila, Cointreau,
lime juice and ice cubes into
blender jug.
2. Set at the Max Speed and
blend until well combined and
ice is crushed.
Serve in salt rimmed glasses.
Rockmelon and pineapple
frappé
1 cup chopped rockmelon
1 cup canned pineapple
pieces
1 cup ice
Mint leaves, to serve
1. Place rockmelon, pineapple
and ice into the blender jug.
2. Set at the max Speed and
blend until all ingredients are
crushed and mixture is
smooth and thick.
3. Serve with chopped mint
leaves.
Strawberry Smoothie
150 g strawberries
250 ml milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Strawberry topping, to
serve
1. Place strawberries, milk
and ice cream into the
blender jug.
2. Set at the Max Speed and
blend until smooth and
combined.
Serve with strawberry topping
drizzled over top.

Troubleshooting chart
Follow these steps if the unit fails to operate:
1. Check instructions have been follow closely and correctly
2. Check “Troubleshooting Guide” for possible solutions
3. Check fuse has been blown.
Problem Solution
Motor doesn’t start or blade doesn’t rotate
Check that the blender jug and lid are
securely locked into position
Check that the power plug is securely
inserted into the power outlet
Be sure to press only one function control
button at a time
Food is unevenly chopped
Either too much food is being chopped at one
time or the pieces are not small enough. Try
cutting food into smaller pieces of even size
and processing a smaller amount per batch.
For best results the food should be chopped
into pieces no larger than 2 cm.
Food is chopped too fine or is watery
The food is over processed. Use brief pulses
or process for a shorter time.
Food sticks to blade
Processing too much food. Turn the blender
off. When the blade stops rotating, remove the
blender lid and remove some food with a
spatula.
Higher than normal levels of vibration and
container noise
Leaking from the bottom of the container
Check blade assembly for loose, damaged or
nicked components and replace.
The appliance is not working Double-check to make sure power cord is
firm plugged into the power outlet.
Check to make sure switches are clean and
moving freely
The thermal protector may have shut the
machine off. Leave power off for up to 45
minutes. Try circulating air with a fan at the
bottom of the motor base.
Loud noise from blade area
Blades do not spin or rotate worn
Drive socket may be broken. Check for a fine
crack down the center or worn teeth.
In case you cannot make the appliance work after the above suggestions,
contact your supplier to inform you for the service center.
