Warning:Excessiveabrasiveinthehoppermay
causepowdertoleakthroughventholes.
FilterCleaners
Filtercleaningmalletsarelocatedonboth
sidesoftheProCenterPlus.Beforeeach
shift,withthepowerturnedoff,pulland
releasethemalletstwoorthreetimes.
Thisactionwilldislodgespentmediathat
mayhavecollectedintheHEPAfilter.
ChangingtheHEPAFilter
Removeanyequipmentsitting
ontopofthefilterbox.
Disconnectthepowercords
onbothsidesofthefilterbox.
Removefilterboxcover.
Removeandreplacefilter.

filterassembly)
AirDryerMaintenance
Thedesiccantinsidetheairdryerbowlwillgraduallyturnfrombright
orangetodarkgreenasitbecomessaturated.Changeaccordingto
theinstructionsincludedwiththe
airdryer.
Formaintenanceinstructionsonyour
airdryer,pleaseseemanual“AD5100
Series– DesiccantAirDryer.”

ProCenterPlusandconnectionofair
hoses.
•Locatescrewholesandpositionair
dryeronsideofProCenterPlus
•Raisedryercartridgetofacilitate
drivingscrews
•Connectairhoses
Blow‐OffGun
Cleananypowderresiduefromthepartwith
aquickblastofair.
•Graspthegunasshown.
•Applypressurewithyourthumbtodirect
ablastofair.
Themorethetipisbent,thegreaterthe
volumeofairreleased.
AirPressureRegulators
Therearetwoairregulatorcontrolsonthe
electronicsboxlocatedonbackoftheunit.
•AirPurge:regulatesflowtotheairjets;
preventsabrasivefromaccumulatingin
frontoftheworkchamber.
Note:Thereshouldalwaysbeairflowing
outoftheairjets
•Blow‐Off:setsairpressureontheblow‐off
