IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Thank you for choosing a Comfort Zone®humidifier. To ensure the best performance from your
product, please read and save the following instructions.
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE
FOLLOWED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK AND INJURY TO ANY PERSON,
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
• This humidifier is for indoor use only. Do not use in wet or damp locations such as bathrooms, laundry areas or other
similar indoor locations. Never locate humidifier where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause risk of fire. However, if you
must use an extension cord, the cord shall be No.14AWG minimum size and rated not less than 1875 watts.
• Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away
from a traffic area so it will not be tripped over.
• Do not use this product if parts are missing. Do not use this unit if the power cord shows signs of damage or wear or if
the unit has been dropped or misused.
• Use this unit on a flat, level surface only. If unit is placed on a non-level surface, this unit may not function properly or
water may overflow from the water flume.
• Place this humidifier on a water-resistant surface.
• Be sure to turn off and unplug this unit when not in use.
• Never tip or move this appliance while it is operating or while water is in the base or tank.
• This humidifier is not to be serviced or repaired by anyone except the manufacturer or service/repair facilities
authorized by the manufacturer. Never disassemble your humidifier. Doing so will void your warranty and possibly allow
water it get into sealed parts.
• Do not use this humidifier with timers, programmers or any other automatically controlled devices.
• Use this humidifier in the manner described in this operations manual only. Not following this manual may cause
damage to the humidifier, may create a fire hazard, electrical shock, or injury to persons or property.
• Do not place this humidifier near furnaces, heaters, stoves, or any other source of heat.
• Position this humidifier out of the reach of children and pets.
• This humidifier requires periodic maintenance. Refer to those instructions in this manual.
• DO NOT use anything other than water in this appliance. Do not use additives.
• Never block the mist outlet.
• Do not cover any part of this humidifier. Do not insert any object into any area of this humidifier.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
WATER FILTER
A ceramic ball filter can be used to eliminate any odors that may come from the water. They can also help to soften
hard water.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
1. Put the humidifier on a flat surface.
2. Take off the top cover, fill water into the water tank, and then put the top cover back.
3. Put the water tank back on the main base.
OPERATING THE HUMIDIFIER & CONTROL PANEL
Plug the humidifier into a polarized 120 VAC outlet. Once plugged in, the display will be light up and it will making a buzz
sound once. One second later, the display will turn off and the devise will be in a standby state.
PRESS TO TURN ON/OFF
The humidifier begins to work in mist output level 2. Blue light in the bottom will be on. Display shows current
humidity and then change to show mist output level “2” after 15 seconds. 1 minute later, it turns back to show
current humidity again and repeats circularly.
PRESS TO SET THE DESIRED HUMIDITY LEVEL
Before pressing the HUMIDITY icon, the LED display will show the current humidity level. You may set the humidity
range from 30% RH to 90% RH. The humiditiy level will increase by 5% RH each time you touch the button.
When it reaches 90% RH, touch again, it will show “Co”. Without operation for 5 seconds will exit humidity setting
function. After setting the desired humidity, the humidifier will keep the memory and confirm by flashing for 5
seconds. The display then shows the desired humidity by slow twinkle. After 1 minute, the display shows the
current humidity. The expected humidity is shown as a slow twinkle every 1 minute. If the expected humidity is
higher than the current humidity, the humidify function will work.
PLEASE NOTE:
When setting humidity is 16% RH higher than current humidity, device works in mist output level 3.
When setting humidity is 10% RH ~ 15%RH higher than current humidity, humidifier works in level 2.
When setting humidity is 1% RH ~ 9% RH, humidifier works in level 1.
When the expected humidity is less than the current humidity, the device will be in sleeping state.
When the device is working, press the HUMIDITY icon for 2 seconds for it to enter into night mode. A blue
decoration light in the bottom will turn off as well as the LED display. Touch any button to wake up the display.
Touch the button again to make the unit operational. Long press the HUMIDITY icon again to exit night mode.
PRESS TO SELECT THE MIST LEVEL
Touch the MAX/MIN icon to select 3 desired levels of mist output speed. The corresponding digit will appear on
the display. 1-low, 2 medium and 3-high mist output speed. When current humidity is showing in the display, first
touch the HUMIDITY icon to check the current mist output level, from second touch to selectother desired speed.
PRESS TO SET THE TIMER
This humidifier has a 12 hour timer. Touch the TIMER icon and the LED display will show the desired setting for
the timer, for example “01”. If you touch until “-- --” is displayed, timer setting is cancelled. Without operation for
5 seconds after setting the desired time and the timer stops flashing, this means timer setting is successful. The
display shows the current humidity after 1 minute. The timer shows the rest operation time every minute and
decreases by 1 hour, i.e., if the timer is set at 12 hours, LED display shows 11 after 1 hour.
There is a shortcut for the timer setting. Long press TIMER icon for 2 seconds to cancel timer setting.

MAINTENANCE
HOW TO CLEAN THE TRANSDUCER:
1. Clean with clean water or citric acid if there is scale in it.
2. Brush off the scale from the surface.
3. Rinse the transducer with clean water.
HOW TO CLEAN THE BASIN HUMIDIFIER:
1. Clean the water basin with soft cloth or use citric acid if there is scale in it.
2. If scale is covering the security switch, drop citric acid for 2-5 minutes on the scale and clean it out with a brush.
3. Rinse the water basin with clean water.
HOW TO CLEAN THE CERAMIC FILTER:
1. Clean and activate the ceramic ball filter after using 1000L water regularly. Depending on water quality, if ceramic ball
is dirty, it needs to be cleaned more frequently.
2. It can be dipped in vinegar about 5 minutes. Then rinse it cleanly with clean water.
3. Put filter under the sun for 4-6 hours.
END OF SEASON CARE AND STORAGE
Empty the tank and tray of water. Clean all surfaces with a damp, soft cloth. When completely dry, store the humidifier in its
original carton, in a cool, dry, clean location. Remember to clean and inspect your humidifier before using it the next season.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Remove the aroma cotton, rinse it under
clean water and allow it to dry.

The air inlet grids and nozzle could be
blocked.
Too much scale in the water basin.
The humidity selected rate is too low.
Water is too dirty or water kept too long
in the tank.
Check if doors and windows are closed.
Check if there is no air conditioning
working in the room.
Remove any blocking items from the grids
and the nozzle.
Clean transducer.
Increase mist output speed.
Increase humidity setting rate.
Clean water tank, change to fresh clear
water.
The ambient humidity
is too high.
Humidifier is working in CONTINUOUS
MODE.
The humidity target is too high.

bottom of the base before replacing the

The room temperature is too low. Heat the room up.

This unit is guaranteed to the original retail purchaser against defects in quality or workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of original purchase. If this unit fails because of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase,
return the unit, with your receipt, to the retailer. After 30 days, but within the warranty period, if the unit was purchased
within the continental United States, return it, freight prepaid, to World and Main for repair or replacement. If the unit
was purchased outside the continental United States, return the unit to the place of purchase. This warranty does not
cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, overheating or alteration. Repairs made by anyone other than World and Main
are not covered in this warranty. World and Main will not be held liable for any losses due to neglectful operation. All
implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and of fitness of purpose, if applicable, are hereby limited
in duration to the period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Incidental or consequential damages
arising from a breach of either express or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded. Some states do not
allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you. Upon the expiration of this warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No
informal dispute settlement mechanisms are available. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties.

Incorrect humidity
level is being
displayed.
Room is larger than the effective range of
the humidifier.
Moisture has built up inside of the humidity
sensor.
The nozzle is facing the direction of the
humidity sensor.
Humidity sensor is defective.
Move the humidifier to a room which is with
suitable room size.
Turn off the humidifier and allow the
humidity sensor to completely air dry before
resuming use.
Turn the nozzle so that it is facing away
from the humidity sensor.
Contact Customer Support.
White dust appears
around the humidifier.
Water being used has a high mineral
content.
Humidifier was not properly cleaned after
last use.
Use distilled water with the humidifier. If
distilled water is not available, use purified
or filtered water. Remember to clean water
tank at least once a week.
Clean humidifier.
Mist is coming out
from the base.
Water tank is not positioned correctly. Turn off and unplug the humidifier, then
align the water tank cover with its
respective opening in the inner chamber.
Mist fog coming out
from around nozzle.
There are apertures between the nozzle
and water tank.
Reposition the cover and check if the nozzle
is well plugged in the cover.
