IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Thank you for choosing a Comfort Zone® humidier. To ensure the best performance from your product, please read and
save the following instructions.
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED TO REDUCE THE
RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK AND INJURY TO PERSON, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
• This humidier is for indoor use only. Do not use in wet or damp locations such as bathrooms, laundry areas or other
similar indoor locations. Never locate humidier where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause risk of re. However, if you
must use an extension cord, the cord shall be No.14AWG minimum size and rated not less than 1875 watts.
• Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away
from a trafc area so it will not be tripped over.
• Do not use this product if parts are missing. Do not use this unit if the power cord shows signs of damage or wear or if
the unit has been dropped or misused.
• Use this unit on a at, level surface only. If unit is placed on a non-level surface, this unit may not function properly or
water may overow from the water ume.
• Place this humidier on a water-resistant surface.
• Be sure to turn off and unplug this unit when not in use.
• Never tip or move this appliance while it is operating or while water is in the base or tank.
• This humidier is not to be serviced or repaired by anyone except the manufacturer or service/repair facilities authorized by
the manufacturer. Never disassemble your humidier. Doing so will void your warranty and possibly allow water it get into
sealed parts.
• Do not use this humidier with timers, programmers or any other automatically controlled devices.
• Use this humidier in the manner described in this operations manual only. Not following this manual may cause
damage to the humidier, may create a re hazard, electrical shock, or injury to persons or property.
• Do not place this humidier near furnaces, heaters, stoves, or any other source of heat.
• Position this humidier out of the reach of children and pets.
• This humidier requires periodic maintenance. Refer to those instructions in this manual.
• DO NOT use anything other than water in this appliance. Do not use additives.
• Never block the mist outlet.
• Do not cover any part of this humidier. Do not insert any object into any area of this humidier.

You can adjust the mist output volume and direct the mist by turning the mist out let in any direction.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
1. Lift the tank and turn it upside down.
2. Remove the tank cap.
3. Fill the tank with cool tap water.
4. Securely replace the tank cap.
5. Place the tank back on to he base.

OPERATING YOUR HUMIDIFIER
Plug the humidier into a polarized 120 VAC outlet
Press to turn on/off
• When all the water has been used up, the will illuminate and the unit will automatically shut off.
Press to set the desired humidity level 40%, 45 %, 50% ...70%, 75%
• The unit will not mist unless the target humidity setting is above the current room humidity level.
• Auto mode: You can set a desired humidity level for the room, when the room reaches the preset humidity
level, the unit will switch itself On or Off as necessary to maintain that level. will illuminate when the unit
is working in auto mode.
Press to select the mist level
1 = Low; 2 = Medium; 3 = High.
Press to set the timer
1 = 1 hour; 2 = 2 hours ; 4 = 4 hours; 8 = 8 hours.
• It indicates continuous misting if none of the numbers (1, 2, 4 and 8) illuminate.
Long press to switch to the Night mode.
• In Night mode, the unit runs with low mist level, press any button to exit the Night mode.
A comfortable humidity level is between 40 -60%. If you notice condensation on the walls, windows or around the unit,
set humidity level lower and turn the unit off.

AROMA FUNCTION
1. Open the aroma tray which is located at the back of the unit.
2. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the sponge
then reinsert the aroma tray.
3. Follow the instructions in the OPERATION section and turn on
the humidier. The essential oil will incorporate into the cool
mist and produce fragrant mist.
4. To change the fragrance, simply wash the sponge with clean
water and a few drops of fragrant free dish washing soap.
Apply a different fragrant oil once the sponge is dried.
5. Remove the aroma tray to stop the fragrant mist operation.
CAUTION: If you start feeling light headed, nauseous, or any kind of discomfort, stop operating the humidier
immediately and consult with a health care professional.
MAINTENANCE
1. Turn off the unit and unplug it.
2. Remove the mist outlet by aligning the arrow on
it to the arrow on the unit and pulling up.
3. Empty water from the water tank and base.
4. Fill the water tank and base with a mixture of
water and white vinegar, place the mist outlet
inside the base too. Let stand for 20 minutes to
dissolve any residue.
• Mixed at a ratio of one cup of (8 oz.) undiluted
white vinegar per 1 gallon of water
5. Empty after 20 minutes, rinse the water tank,
base and mist outlet thoroughly until the smell of
vinegar is gone.
6. Wipe the exterior surface of water tank and base
dry with a clean, soft cloth.
7. Replace the mist outlet and the water tank.
END OF SEASON CARE AND STORAGE
Empty the tank and tray of water. Clean all surfaces with a damp, soft cloth. When completely dry, store the humidier in its
original carton, in a cool, dry, clean location. Remember to clean and inspect your humidier before using it the next season.

Common Troubleshooting Methods

LIMITED WARRANTY
This unit is guaranteed to the original retail purchaser against defects in quality or workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of original purchase. If this unit fails because of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase,
return the unit, with your receipt, to the retailer. After 30 days, but within the warranty period, if the unit was purchased
within the continental United States, return it, freight prepaid, to World and Main for repair or replacement. If the unit
was purchased outside the continental United States, return the unit to the place of purchase. This warranty does not
cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, overheating or alteration. Repairs made by anyone other than World and Main
are not covered in this warranty. World and Main will not be held liable for any losses due to neglectful operation. All
implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and of tness of purpose, if applicable, are hereby limited
in duration to the period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Incidental or consequential damages
arising from a breach of either express or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded. Some states do not
allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you. Upon the expiration of this warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No
informal dispute settlement mechanisms are available. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties.
