IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical products, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
• Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and
before cleaning.
• Do NOT reach for this product if it has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
• This product should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet
when not in use.
• Close supervision is needed when this product is used near children, or with
disabled persons.
• Do NOT use adapters or attachments not recommended by Comfort Products, Inc.
• NEVER operate this product if it has a damaged cord, plug, or power adapter. Do
NOT operate this product if it is not working properly, if it is damaged, or if it has been
dropped into water.
• Use heated surfaces carefully. Persons with sensory deficiencies should not use
this product.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• NEVER insert objects into any openings of the cushion.
• Do NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are used or where oxygen is
administered.
• Do NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause
fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• Do NOT carry this product by the cords.
• Do NOT use outdoors.
CAUTION
• This product is not recommended for medical use.
• Consult your doctor prior to using this product if you are pregnant, have a pace-
maker, or if you have concerns regarding your health.
• Do NOT use this product for more than 30 minutes at a time.
• Extensive use could lead to excessive heating and shorter life of product. Allow the
unit to cool 30 minutes after use.
• Do NOT use product on swollen or inflamed areas of the skin.
• Do not use this product on any wood surfaces as this may cause damage.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects, which might cut or puncture the
fabric.
• Do NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user-serviceable parts.
MAINTENANCE
• For long-term storage, place unit in its box or a safe, dry, cool place.
• Do not place cushion in any liquid to clean. To clean, first disconnect cushion from power
supply. Test on a small area of fabric. Clean fabric cover by wiping with a damp sponge, using
a mild detergent or soap. Pat dry with clean, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, paint
thinner or water hotter than 120°F to clean.
INSTALLATION
• Carefully remove contents from packaging, and check all contents.
• Position the cushion on your chair or car seat.
• Loop the two adjustable straps of the back cushion around the back of your chair or car seat,
and then tighten until secure.
• Complete the installation by connecting the small elastic straps together behind your chair or
car seat.
• Connect the car adaptor or the home adaptor to the power plug located in the back of the
cushion. To change out the car or home adapters, see illustration below.

One Year Limited Warranty
Comfort Products warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty is made by Comfort Products only to the
original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Comfort Products' authorized dealers as shown by the original sales receipt. Any problems
arising from misuse, attempts at repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this warranty. If you experience any problems, or have any questions
regarding the operation of this unit, please visit www.comfortproducts.net/support. This warranty applies only to end-user customers in the United States. Any
authorized return should include original cushion, dated receipt, and be shipped prepaid to:

HEAT
Press the HEAT button to activate the heat (after you have activated the POWER button).
The “HEAT” icon will blink when heat is activated. Press again to deactivate heat.
NOTE: This product uses a warming heat with a maximum temperature of 130°F. It is not
intended to be used as a therapeutic heating pad. Please allow a few minutes to reach
maximum temperature.
MASSAGE
• Press the POWER button on the LCD controller to start massaging.
• Press the FUNCTION button to cycle through the random massage modes of
“Tapping”, “Up&Down”, “Wave”, “All Motors”, and “Random”.
• Select the desired massage area by pressing the NECK, UPPER BACK, THIGHS,
LOWER BACK, or LUMBAR buttons.
• Press the TIMER button to select options of 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
• To choose the massage speed, press either the FAST or SLOW buttons to increase or
decrease the massage speed.
• To choose the massage intensity, press either the FAST or SLOW buttons to increase
or decrease the massage intensity.
