Thank you for choosing CommPact wireless intruder control panel. This quick start guide describes
the main user operating actions of the CommPact . To download the full version of the CommPact
User Manual go to www.riscogroup.co.uk enter the Downloads menu and select Electronics Line

Full Set Press

O : System unset
Green : System set
Flashing red : Alarm
'OK' LED:
Green: Power OK
Yellow: System trouble
Flashing green: Open zone
Flashing yellow: (Slow) Low battery
(Fast) AC loss.

Edit/Delete User Code
1. From the main display press .
2. Enter master code (Default code
1234).
3. Select [4] User Code and press .
4. Select a user and press .
5. Select [1] Edit Code.
6. Edit the user code or enter 0000 to
delete.
7. Press .
Omit a Zone
1. From the main display press .
2. Enter master code (Default code
1234).
3. On the main menu press [21].
4. Select a zone and press to
toggle.
5. To save the status press .
SMS Control Commands
Controlling the System through SMS
SMS Structure:
[Free text - Up to 43 characters][#][User Code][Command]

Telephone Control Commands
1. Dial the number of the premises
oIf your system is connected to a regular phone line dial the number of the panel
and wait for three rings then hang up. Wait at least five seconds and dial the
number again. On the second ring the control system answers and sounds two
tones.
oIf your system supports cellular communication dial and wait until the system
answers and two tones are heard.
2. Within 15 seconds enter the Telecontrol Code (code 29). After a tone sounds press:
3: Full set
6: Unset
7: Extend the call
9: Cancel sounder
2: 2 Way Audio
430: PGM on
530: PGM off
*#: Disconnect the line

Register to MyELAS
1. Go to www.MyELAS.com/register.
2. Fill in your first name and last name.
3. Enter your email address as Login Name (required for 1st time activation and can be
altered later)
4. Define password (minimum of 6 characters and at least one digit) and confirm.
5. Enter in the 15 digit Panel ID as it appears on the sticker located on the side of the panel.
6. Complete registration form and press the Register Button.
7. To complete registration open the email message received on the email account you
defined as Login Name.
Login to MyELAS
1. Go to www.MyELAS.com.
2. Enter User Name and Password that you supplied during the registration process.
3. Enter Passcode (CommPact User Code).
4. Click the Enter button.
You can also login to MyELAS using your Smartphone: Download MyELAS
app from the Apple App store or from Android Play Store.
