phono input offers correct matching and amplification for the type of cartridge used. If the
outboard phono preamp or receiver/integrated amplifier has a ground connection, you can
connect the ground wire (attached to included RCA cable) from it to the ground connection on
the back of the Como Audio Turntable if you experience a hum noise.
Take care about connecting the left and right channels of the audio cable correctly. The right
channel is usually marked red, the left channel black or white.
➢It is normal to continue to hear a few seconds of music through your Como Audio
model after lifting the tone arm on the record.
➢It is normal to hear motor noise as the motor ramps up to the correct speed.

Note: Like most high-performance turntables, Turntable Analog is fully manual, meaning the tone
arm is manually placed on the record and when one side of a record is finished playing, manually
lift the tone arm up using the tone arm lift lever and place it in the tonearm rest.
Power input (Figure C, #15)
Connect the included 15V external power supply to this rear input. Several different plugs are
included. Select the correct plug for your region, insert the plug’s four tabs into the power supply,
and push down on the center of the plug while pushing the plug upwards to lock it into position.

Replacing the stylus

A damaged or worn stylus may damage your records and should be replaced. The stylus is changed
by pulling it straight out and in the opposite direction of the turntable's arm: with one hand, grasp
the stylus from both sides and pull. Installing the new stylus: Holding the new stylus from the top,
press it gently into the space at the tip of the cartridge where the old stylus was. Don't force it. If
you wish to replace the entire cartridge we strongly recommend using a local professional service
center of your choice, as the tonearm wires connecting to the cartridge are very delicate and can
break very easily. The included allen wrench can be used to remove the cartridge from the
headshell.

Placement, cleaning, and other suggestions
Turntable Analog requires little or no regular maintenance. Remove dust with a slightly
moistened antistatic cloth. Never use a dry cloth because this will create static electricity which
attract more dust. It is recommended to fit the clear protective cap over the stylus before cleaning
or maintenance is carried out to avoid damage.
